    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank But that’s my point, it wasn’t declined, app said it was approved but merchant said there was a problem. I suspect it is a problem@at your end. Frustrating to have to go back to the start with booking flights because this keeps happening.

    @LloydsBank You didn’t read my issue properly did you? You sent out a load of dodgy cards which you cancelled. No idea when you sent new one as I was not informed about the original card. My normal cars run out yesterday and now I’m left with no cards! How do I pay my bills?

    @BankofScotland @LloydsBank when are you planning to fix the mobile app? It is not compatible with new android devices, Samsung in particular but a quick Google shows other devices too. Works once but then dregisters after every use! Been months now.

    @LloydsBank Number cards got cancelled he said Yes doing so now. Although not gunna help put gas on my credit meter today in freezing cold with 4 kids. So looks like we better layer up. 🥶 also can’t pay my mortgage/bills today so my credit gunna be buggered! Plus all the late charges. 🥺😩

    @LloydsBank I’m getting really really fed up and stressed that no one is prepared to help me what so ever. I’m trying to apply for a loan which keeps being declined and from what I can tell, no reason whatsoever. Can some one PLEASE give me some answers and assist!!!

    @LloydsBank you’re not very supportive with people with MH problems, including anxiety etc. you have an in app service where you can talk to someone 24:7 but don’t even let people sort their problems out. You have to call up? Very MH friendly that is.
