Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

The only workaround is to open & log in to the Lloyds app first, then start the process from Monzo. Could both teams please look into this? T for Thanks 🙏

They’re on a remote island ,no immediate neighbours in a beach hut, contract mobile was stolen , only an old PAYG mobile with no calling credit. No cards or cash….
