Squeakz (@squeakz73) reported from Hillingdon, England@LloydsBank what is the point of having a 24 hour helpline service if you just keep cutting off all the time?!
-
Tales of Scroggs (@Scroggles) reported from Richmond, EnglandDear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

Shelock12 (@shelock99) reported@LuxMeaMundiAM @LloydsBank Never ending missiles sent to Israel. They kill and torture any of their citizens who oppose them whilst spending money sent by Israel to help Palestinians which amounts to billions on homes for themselves whilst their people go without healthcare and vital services. The reason
-
Shelock12 (@shelock99) reported@lespauljunior3 @LloydsBank I’d be wary. They’ve been caught out lying this week and haven’t corrected it. Why have they suddenly been debanked? Presume they’ve been with them a while. They support Hamas and Palestine Action could the bank have noticed a transaction and reported for investigation?
-
The Nativist (@TheNativist_) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK You had no problem when the right was being debunked though did you
-
Mr Onion-Bucket (@shawncbrown) reported@GregHadfield @LloydsBank I would se-bank you for being a ******** to customer service staff who probably have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. *the fact you support Palestine and at least are trying to do a decent thing goes in your favour. But fight the right people.
-
Mardood (@Mardood4) reported@LloydsBank @creva Hey Lloyds - not the first comment about how this efficiency/streamlining for (Lloyds) screws ups things for customers. Was there some form of customer survey ? Yet another business decision forcing customers to bank elsewhere. Totally not thought through by some suit.
-
Umbong Umbongo (@umbongo666) reported@kennardmatt @LloydsBank Could be concerns over fraud, money laundering, reputational risk for Lloyds, regulatory issues with the Canary Ltd Company accounts, financial mismanagement, winding up petitions, insolvency proceedings, international bank transfers from countries such as Iran…etc
-
Burn3r (@Burn3rshtf) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Maybe they have been corrupt? Or broken some rules?
-
Worldismad (@worldlostmorals) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Is it a problem ONLY because you support them Owen? Did you say anything about Nigel Farage being debanked?
-
TwoAndTwoEquals (@TwoAndTwoEquals) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.
-
Jon boy (@jon_boy87617) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK You were all laughing at Farage when it happened to him, and then he warned the hard left that they would be coming for you next. Not so funny now, is it, you little piece of ****?
