    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank I haven’t tried the desktop site only form my phone. Yes I get an error message saying ‘we are experiencing technical difficulties’. This happens quite a lot but usually resolves after a while but still having no luck. Might just be my phone maybe. I’ll keep trying. Many thanks

    @LloydsBank Hi Michael, they said they did it and they did not. I have made 4 telephone calls and no movement of money. Poor service seems to be the way now and I’ve been a customer of Lloyds since 1990.

    @LloydsBank I have rang 25 mins ago on 03456072241. Seems you think a 15 wait is normal and good customer service. I am just trying to get ahead of the text to my phone that i require to open my account. The phone has no power. I am not near my 2nd phone link. Still need my bank account.

    @LloydsBank Hi Gillian. I have tried +44 1733 347 007 And +44 1733 232 030 I am currently living in Brazil, and my phone broke in January. I got a new one but I couldn't access my bank account because it tried calling my old phone. And I can't go to a Lloyds branch and change my phone.
