I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide I have a problem with the NW Android App. When I'm setting up a new payee (Pay or move money) it asks for card-reader verification before paying the the first payment - OK. But the App asks me to choose from a drop-down list of debit cards that includes an expired one!

@AskNationwide You have avoided my question about new customers getting a better rate from day one. The Loyalty Saver account which we have does not appear on this list. Has it been withdrawn? If it has, why were we not told? We obviously want the best instant access rate.

@AskNationwide I am sick of this. I’ve done the chat, been advised to call your help line and am now in a 30 min queue. Really bad customer experience. I simply want to amend my switch application with a different current account! Can this not be done with you? Can I visit a branch to sort?
