Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

Some government AWS server? No such thing as privacy anymore is there. You can read our thoughts.

Honestly, this poor family are at their wits end and you appear to be doing all you can to wriggle out of covering repairs. What is the point of insurance if you refuse to help? Really appalled.
