    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide This is the bit that’s annoying tho - DD and standing orders working fine but you won’t let us put money in to pay them! Why not stop anything going out that can’t be covered - oh well better send the complaint link out a hope this isn’t going to be a repeat of last Xmas!!!
