@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

Trying to get @AskNationwide to send my credit card to the right address since October last year. There's a problem in their system where they're not updating my address across different parts of their backend. So i see the correct address, but they post things to the wrong one.

@AskNationwide My account is compromised they have my phone and banking app. I spoke to your support chat and gave my number and was told someone would call. 4 hours ago!!!
