    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide read in the press today that you paid £60 compensation to those affected by your outage; where is mine? I was Unable to use my card at the shop cos you delayed accepting a payment into my account. I could not transfer my own money out of my account.Disgusting!

    @SteveDu48539969 @AskNationwide I rung up about that according to the person I spoke to there was no issues with payments that day but we all no there was including twitter alot of people didn't get paid till 9am when there payment was due at 12am.

    . @AskNationwide I was affected by the national outage, why am I not in receipt of compensation. You can check for yourself. It was a tiny amount but all I had and I tried to transfer it because I didn't have my card and needed to buy a sugary drunk for a diabetic companion.

    @AskNationwide why are your cards so temperamental? some contactless purchases work and some don’t. very annoying, none of my family with santander have this issue… fix up

    @AskNationwide Written to head office and complained and have been treated terribly, no customer service whats so ever.Not what I would expect from Nationwide, especially when the advertising line reads, Nationwide on your side ??? What a joke that is.

    @AskNationwide I have seen people are getting £60 pound compensation for the outage over Christmas which I don’t seem to be included in. Even tho I missed out on wages being paid in and 2/3 direct debits not being taken ive held an account for 14 years don’t see how this works ?
