Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

Samantha Wood (@Samanth84119438) reported@AskNationwide I just rang your fraud line. They won’t help as it’s an unauthorised payment from an organisation I’ve used once in the past over a year ago. This payment was not authorised and I received no notification that it would be taken from my account - it was a total shock.
