    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Your service is abysmal, I completed a switch of my current account to first direct 3 days ago and due to the incompetence of your staff I’ve been left with no money in my account. 3 days without any money to spend is beyond a joke.

    @AskNationwide A page on your website relating to the BoE’s base rate changes states “This change will affect some of our mortgages and savings accounts.” There’s information below this statement on mortgages, but nothing on savings accounts, which is confusing. Please explain?

    @AskNationwide I've transferred money to a payee with a long name. The payment has gone through. I typed the full name in but only part of it is on the confirmation. Is this a problem?
