    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide today I tried to make a one off payment from my flex basic account after twice inputting all the correct details was twice told there was an error, so I had to go to a post office to sort it. Card working ok. Do flex basic not allow 1 off payments

    @AskNationwide Hi! My bank card has been acting up, sometimes not working when trying to use contactless & today was showing as invalid/unable to read when trying to use it. How can I get a replacement card? I can only see the option to report lost/stolen, not damaged. Thanks!

    @AskNationwide 1/2 Thanks for reply. Having had my entire education destroyed by bullying & nothing done, when it happened to my children, it was impossible to get the schools to address it. It took my daughter been threatened to be stabbed for me to intervene & police actually dealing with it

    @AskNationwide my elderly mother had her creditcard stolen, cancelled it, now continually receiving demands to pay what was spent on it fraudulently. No one has responded to her letters. It’s very stressful please help.
