It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

Not a great experience

The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

Sally marden (@SallyAMarden) reported@muddymuddymum We were with NatWest and had awful service from them. The best thing we ever did was move to a bank called Handelsbanken. No branches just offices. You get to speak to someone directly. It’s like old fashioned banking. Even went for drinks there yesterday afternoon to catch up.
