This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

Waiting to pay large abouts of cash into my account, Have to wait in the 1st room rather than the cashier room because of privacy! WTF #natwest what privacy, I'm standing 20ft away, no privacy before covid so why now. Absolute nonsense, 2 cashiers on duty yet only 1 active !

@SanchoPanzaMule @maitlis Agree, an on the ball, NatWest cashier realised my elderly mother was a dupe of scam. She thought she was in some Miss Marple adventure that required the use of her account to help out the authorities. Thank God it was picked up and police became involved. Forever grateful!!!

@superteadrinker I feel your pain. I spent 10 hours over the space of two days going through same issue to 23 different members of NatWest staff. Seems like after 25 mins they automatically cut off & you never get same person again. Ended up explaining problem 23 times. Infuriating.

@maitlis Thanks for sharing. Your bank should message you about payments, Natwest does. If someone calls, tell them you'll call back, then call your bank (number on your credit/debit cards) and speak to someone in the fraud team, customer services will put you through.

@CrambazzledTask I had a nice Waterman which was a gift. Worked at a Natwest and a customer robbed it. I phoned her and asked for it back - flatly denied it. 100% she did slip it in her bag. So I bought the same one to replace it…..Christ knows where that’s disappeared to
