@NOWTV Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Horrible customer service. The worst I have seen in years !

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@nowtv Broadband service has been hopeless. Trying to watch films via NowTv box. Can't get a connection. NowTV BB router has no internet. Any chance it can work today/ever? 😡
