Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Please help as I want to cancel the contract and I have already tried by calling the 0330 number.
