Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

I have a few Roku devices in the house, for about a month now they are unable to load the Now tv Home page. Every other app is fine. Now have been useless tbh when asked, so, Is there a glitch re Now on Roku?

I'm being told there's an outage, is it worth even getting an engineer out (if so how) or should I just wait for the servers to get back to normal?
