@MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

@O2 I paid my bill last month when my bill was £75.80 and it put it in my Air time section I thought It would go and change to my phone plan but it didn't it showed my bill is overdue. Which has never happened till now. I'm now scared...
