Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

@O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

@O2 That link takes you to the dashboard. Even if you log in then click the link again. The only relevant things on the dashboard are "swap my sim" (I've tried that and since neither is working it doesn't work) or track my order which says it's on its way. Guess it's 30 mins on hold

@O2 and @SamsungUK is there any way to cancel this order as it's been over 2 and half weeks, I have seen others waiting since pre launch and still not received their phones (Samsung s22 ultra) this is beyond a joke to not only wait but also pay for something I don't even have!
