O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • g30r93g
    George Nick Gorzynski (@g30r93g) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE coverage means nothing if signal strength is so abysmal the network becomes unusable

  • anyotherleader1
any other leader would be 20 points ahead (@anyotherleader1) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat Your signal is dogshit. I can get signal on o2 outside your o2 store on market street in Manchester

  • wellerfan01
    russell (@wellerfan01) reported

@O2 you have had my ‘deposit’ for 7 days, no email, no call, I was told the credit dept would look at it and would be back to me in 24hrs. When I spoke to someone they said actually it’s 48hrs, then Friday I was told 72 all have passed - I’ve been a customer for over 15 years ??

  • SarahLudford
    Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reported

I want to scream, as so often with ‘customer service’ [sic] these days. @virginmedia and @O2 have merged; neither of my passwords works. I click a link to reset and all I get is ‘verification of email address’ not ‘reset password’. So fed up.

  • TomTugendhat
    Tom Tugendhat (@TomTugendhat) reported

I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

  • ArthurAssendune
    Arthur Assendune 🇪🇺💙🇺🇦 (@ArthurAssendune) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

  • waxwellmilson
    Max Wilson (@waxwellmilson) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.

  • SASBroons
    Stevie Brown (@SASBroons) reported

@Sky & @O2 Update: EH268NZ Sorry, we're carrying out some upgrade work in this area. To help improve our network. While we do this, you'll have some trouble with your calls, texts and data but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted.Should be back by 8pm on 10/06/26.

  • _teambennett9
    Benno 🎸 (@_teambennett9) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet again. Why did you do nothing about this on the 14 (awful) years your party were in government? All you do is piss and moan about things you could have fixed, but didn’t !

  • Nickvilla20
    Nick (@Nickvilla20) reported

@Danjsalt @TomTugendhat @O2 I just switched from O2 to 3 and my phone signal improved dramatically and my bill was lowered by 50%.
