    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    @O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 I'm not very happy with the customer service I've recieved, where I currently live I've had no signal for 2 months or at my place of work. I've replaced the sim as advised by you and it's still not working. Blaming it on a mask when the problem on going is you not listening!!

    @O2 Hi thank you for your response. Yes we have previously been provided with a link to the O2 complaints page however as the repair of the phone was going through We didn’t want to complain until it was resolved and had all the info. However today the issue has escalated

    @O2 Please tell me how I access webchat on a normal day to day basis? There is no option on your homepage etc. Not very clear or I can see. As a phone company it’s prob vital to have a webchat service. How can people call to sort things out when they have phone issues!?

    @O2 so it takes over half an hour to get through to pay a bill - just to be told he can’t take a payment - has to transfer me to customer services!! Another wait! Awful service
