@O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

@O2 Ive been with O2 for 17 yrs and having the worst experience. They happily take my money for insurance but i have had a broken phone for 9 days as apparently my samsung is out of stock. They have offered to replace with a Motorola (not even another samsung, awful service!!).
