    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 20 days since fraudulent activity on my acct and despite many calls and emails I haven’t had a call from the fraud team, their SLA of 10 Days. A new phone contract was take out at ~£50 a month which I cannot afford to pay! Over to you @O2. You have a very unhappy customer.

    @o2 - used to be a customer. Switched networks a few years ago due to high tariff rates. Just been called by one of your phone team offering me 30% discount off my bill, when I mentioned I’m not with O2 they said ‘**** you’ and hung up on me. Charming. Guess I chose well to move!

    @O2 bought two Samsung watch5 on contract , they work fine in the UK but now abroad (EU) don't work. Can only do emergency calls. Enabled data roaming but calls should work in any case. When calling them it goes straight to vicemail. Cannot get through to o2 customer service

    @O2 is still using the "our lines are busier than usual" defence. A hangover from Covid. Your lines are always busier than usual. So employ more people. I've been hanging on for 45mins. Terrible, terrible customer service.
