@O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

So @O2 after spending Over 2 hours talking to 5 service representatives, explaining the issue probably 10 times, being cut off 3 times and requesting a manager call back (still waiting)…. I am no nearer resolving the issue that you caused! #CustomerService #poor #noretention

@O2 Just back from the USA - data was throttled to the point where it is almost unusable. I was getting <1Mb download speeds in Orlando FL despite full reception. Will buy a US network SIM in future and downgrading my 02 plan to remove the Travel Inclusive bolt-on.

@O2 As I said I never click any links. My question was, why isn't it picked up on the server as suspicious? Are there no algorithms to flag up links being sent in texts. This is already in my spam folder and reported so not sure how to forward it?
