If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

Matthew Sparks (@matthew_74) reported from West Bromwich, England@O2 Hi, I completely appreciate the guidance there but, no, it doesn't. When I got through three weeks ago, your colleague was going to escalate my query. I never got the promised call back, hence me trying more recently.

Phil Tonks (@PhilTonks2) reported from Dudley, England@O2 Just runs very slow, if at all. Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.
