    @O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan.  I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

    @O2 I haven’t had any signal in my own home for 2 weeks and when I check online it says there won’t be an update until the 10th of June. How is that acceptable for a paying customer? I’ve missed an extremely important medical call back because they can’t get through to me

    @O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

    My mobile phone network is utter rubbish as well. Getting sick and tired of having to balance between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Now the giants of @O2 and @virginmedia have merged I get poor service on both my mobile phone and my broadband 👍🏾

    @O2 if you’re thinking of using o2 pls consider - 8hrs of calls, 10+ call handlers, 3 SIM cards, inordinate conflicting misinformation, 2 failed call backs from complaints team, no phone service since Friday afternoon - just to try and pair a cellular Apple Watch?! Enough said.

    @O2 No I’ve never tried to send a premium SMS before (the number I’m trying to message has changed from regular mobile number to premium). No I’m pretty sure I do not have a spend cap in place.
