  • PhilTonks2

@O2 Just runs very slow, if at all. Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.

@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

  • ChrisSammons_
Chris Sammons (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

@O2 direct messaged earlier and nothing back? Is it easier to cancel DD and wait for collections to call so I can sort this out as not having much joy taking the app or direct messaging route right now…

  • BrianSPotter
    Brian Potter (@BrianSPotter) reported

@O2 Hi folks - I've moved to a new house and there is no signal. There are no faults (it's been checked) just no signal. Calls over WiFi helps but not with texts and I and others want a signal. Would O2 investigate and add boosters or does that not happen ?

    ted03 (@ted0319) reported

@O2 If the internet in my phone is not working in London, Bristol, Bath, Ashford, Canterbury and every other place I've been lately, can you explain to me why I am paying you £20 a month?

  • BrianSPotter
    Brian Potter (@BrianSPotter) reported

@O2 Thanks for your reply - yes, connection away from home is fine. The housing development is in a dip and as far as I know no one gets any signal other than in certain areas of the development. The network status checker does confirm there are no issues.

@O2 the c-USB adaptor you sold me as part of my new iPhone contract has just exploded after 2 weeks of use, whilst I was sitting next to it. It’s damaged our plug socket, and broken my new charging cable. Luckily I had already disconnected my iphone. Who do I contact about this!

  • ginge995
    Buster (@ginge995) reported

@O2 can you explain to me why one of your customer service advisors hung up on me? You admitted fault on registering missed payments on an account after it had closed?! (Which weren’t missed) You said it would be fixed and not on a credit report yet it’s still on a year later
