Gavin Wallace (@gav_wallace1) reported from Wednesfield, England2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, EnglandSeems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.
-
Matthew Sparks (@matthew_74) reported from West Bromwich, EnglandHi @O2 I've tried to call about a technical problem (more a frustration) regarding voicemail. Called a couple of times last week, where messages advises you were busy. Now the message says, 'Use the website' and then hangs up. Any suggestions?

-
B. (@Bradleyyy98) reported@O2 I have been locked out of My o2 account since the 18th of March 2026. I have made numerous calls and got nowhere. Can you help?
-
N (@NathanCourtney9) reported@virginmedia internets down again. The reliability of this MULTI BILLION pound business is crazy. Im super glad they’ve partnered up with my network provider @O2 who are also just as unreliable. My decisions as an adult are awfully bad.
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedSo two different ombudsman to get you sorted @O2. You've admitted you're at fault by way of a refund, that you never processed, but I have the email. Also the data hasn't worked for most of May too so nothing was resolved in the complaint. #evidenceforombudsman
-
Riemenschneider’s Horse (@larrythehook) reported@O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reported@tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!
-
CryptoeSIM.io (@cryptoesim) reported@ungodlywheesa @O2 What phone are you using? Most phones from 2019+ support eSIMs now — even some budget ones. Drop your model and we'll let you know if you're good to go!
-
Dan (@dannog_8) reported@O2 why am I paying a fortune a month for a service that is non-existent? Data NEVER works. I have to be connected to the internet via WiFi to be able to use the internet. Disappointed as I’ve been an O2 customer for over 10 years.
-
Just me (@TomSoede) reported@O2 has totally lost it ! Anybody else thinks like I do ? Charged me £2,000 this year and the service I required and paid for did not work when i needed it !
-
Nicky B (@nickybarrot84) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!
-
Barry Stokes (@bstokes1977) reported@O2 stop sending me marketing emails as if I'm a new customer! I've been a customer for over 15 years! Why are you doing this? #O2
