Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

@O2 It’s having to be escalated due to a back office technical fault, issue on My O2 and the account behind the scenes, so I’m without data when out of the house for up to 10 days. Not ideal really!

Be prepared to have high blood pressure when calling @O2 to resolve any issue. 7th time calling , constantly being put on hold and cut off , having to explain my situation over and over again. Over 2 hours later and my problem is still not resolved. Disgraceful customer service

@O2 Would really like customer services to get in touch, was on hold for so long yesterday and now been pushed into a 12 month contract I don't want. You sent me a letter saying my contract would go 'down' to £35 (previously around £45) as handset paid off, but increased data (1)
