Dr Yasemin Allsop MBE (@yallsop) reported@G99____ @O2 No, the customer care told me they had a security breach effected many accounts. I asked why did they not inform us, she couldn't answer. Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
