    Anyone else having data issues with @o2? My signal keeps dropping out randomly, 4G connectivity says it’s at full but majority of my apps take ages to load / or get stuck buffering

    @O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

    @O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    Well, that experience has been an eye opener... NEVER EVER trust @O2. Promised in Oct & Dec to give refund. Nothing happened. Chase today & given choice of making complaint or refund. If complain no refund today. #NaffCustomerService #RipOff #CantBeTrusted

    @O2 When you move house and the signal is so bad, you report it to @O2 and they say no issues found, my data is so slow and sometimes call aren't the best, from 5G to what's supposed to be 4G more like dial up... this is the same for @JadeMarieCarr

    @Amy2489 @O2 I had similar issue but the support service wasn't helpful not until I was referred to stella_coderdev on Instagram who helped me in getting back my asset. She is helpful

    Hi @O2, I have a PAC mobile number transfer I think in progress to your network. My old SIM card has changed to No Service since early this morning but the new o2 sim is still showing the temporary number. Any idea how long this should take?

    @O2 I was just on hold for 15 mins and then cut off. A customer of yours has an account still linked to my address and they moved out in July 2020. This needs to be fixed asap.

    @O2 I’ve had the worst Customer service from any company today from yourselves by phone and in one of your stores I don’t appreciate being lied to and having the phone call being disconnected I have been on the phone from 8:45am till 18:00 on and off all day with no body helping
