@O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

@O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

@sarah12412 @O2 I've been with them for about 15 years. Not had any problems touch wood. Need to keep an eye on my account. They really should of notified you. I would think you have a case for a refund. Come on @O2 do the right thing. Help this young lady out please
