    Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

    @O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    @SBuz1 @EnglandRugby @O2 Hmmmm There was never going to be mass changes, Gutted lawes is injured but happy for Ribeye. I'd replace Dombrandt for Earl, JVP for Mitchell and Malins for Arundell. I'm happy to see Smith run the show! Let's go at France and play ball!

    @O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

    @Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

    @O2 Hi, the reason why I ask is because I’m a sky customer & I’ve been having issues with no data signal in the Leeds LS29 area since last March & sky are doing sweet FA about it. As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?

    Out of nowhere, I get a 5G signal almost exactly 2.5 miles away from my house, however, when I check your coverage checker it says there is no 5G there? You have until September to provide it in my street or I’m leaving, how can I get accurate information about a roll out? @O2

    @O2 terrible phone signal around billinge, garswood, Prescott and skelmersdale, never experienced anything like it, call quality is dire ! Cannot ring out in some cases , calls constantly drop out and break up etc..
