peterm4rtin (@peterm4rtin) reported from Brington, EnglandDiscovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
sentient punctuation (@KatieXeech) reported@o2 your online complaint form doesn't work
-
The Nezir (@The_Nezir) reported@O2 As a computer engineer with a master's degree, this explanation struck me as ridiculous. As a customer who has purchased dozens of iPhones, several iPads, three Macbooks, an Apple Watch, AirPods, etc., this is the first time you've surprised me in a negative way.
-
Felicia Van Cartier (@feliciavcartier) reportedShame you have a **** network at home @o2. When are you actually going to do something about that???
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.
-
Neil Playle (@neilpop) reported@O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?
-
rockin_plumber 🤘😎🤘 (@_Dave_Morris_) reported@iz__zy @O2 I’m having this issue as well, I’ve been told this is isolated to Pay as You go customers, not sure if that applies to you? The way @O2 reply in here it’s like they don’t even know what Priority is though.
-
James Champion (@JCAChampion) reported@O2 even with full signal on 4g and 5g your network is so slow you would think I was using dial up. As soon as I can im leaving your network
-
ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported@O2 Tried doing that before… that didn't help me either
-
Jayne (@Jayne_e_t) reported@O2 Yes I’ve done that several times over the last couple of months. I’ve gone from full signal to none of 1 or 2 bars and calls not connecting or dropping all the time
-
Adrian Kesby (@kesbyac) reported@O2 I just want to change tariff to 10GB plan. I’m with Virgin Media so that becomes 20GB which is perfectly adequate. Sim Onlys are circa £15 which is fine but was told in store that I can’t port my number on the same network!
