    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 I keep reporting slow data or no data signal regularly over the past few weeks, a mast has been regularly down then had a text to say its fixed but still having issues

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    Been completely done over by an incompetent agent @O2.. asked for sim cards for smart watches I've bought for my kids.. since the conversation my phone has been deactivated.. wtf? 😡

    @O2 @pizzahutuk What is the point in offering free kids’ meals if the restaurant will only give the discount if they can see the animation (not a screenshot), the wifi is so bad everything takes forever to load, then the O2 website doesn’t work? 1/2

    @O2 my elderly dad emailed your Complaints Review Service on Weds 26/10 and again yesterday. Your own 'Customer Complaints Code': 'We'll send you an acknowledgement of your complaint straight away and get the investigation started.' Nothing back from them whatsoever - why?

    @O2 I might as well cancel my contract and go back to my old provider at least they answer you. All I want is someone to sort out looking into a porting. Now my 14 old won't have a mobile when away with the school

    @O2 3G 4G 5G all garbage. Bandwidth throughout Liverpool and Wirral non existent. Always the same. Even 5G struggles to load simple web pages quickly #o2

    @O2 I haven't received any reply on the 19th. Its not showing up in my inbox. Are O2 interested in sorting this out? Pls check with your Facebook messenger people who have all the details. My husband in IT saw the problem in 2 minutes. Why haven't you sorted since APRIL?
