@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

  • hariderwisch Hari Derwisch (@hariderwisch) reported

@O2 why do you have the “lines are unusually busy and there will be a long wait” announcement? It’s not unusual, it’s your modus operandi. The hold time is bad enough without you insulting my intelligence.

  • SirBlimelyWindy Neil Jeffery (@SirBlimelyWindy) reported

@wonder_girlx @O2 Possibly- he was speaking so damn quickly

  • reconimages_ XYZ Aerial Solutions (@reconimages_) reported

@O2 I need to cancel my phone contract, but your only option is to call. I now live in a different country. Please can I cancel a different way. And can you get back to my DM please? Thanks

  • naomitaylorart Naomi Taylor (@naomitaylorart) reported

@O2 every week i’m on the app for 2pm to get the Odeon tickets and the ‘use now’ button comes up and I click it but it says ‘sorry there is a problem with your request’ I used to be able to get tickets when I pressed the use now button as am there exactly on time. So frustrating

  • SophiaSaffarian Sophia Saffarian (@SophiaSaffarian) reported

If you’re going to dump a completely unreasonable 17% price increase on your customers, at least have the decency to deal with the aftermath @O2. Call has been dropped on me 3 times so far because your staff can’t be bothered. Absolute **** show (excuse my French).

  • BrianCol2021 Brian (@BrianCol2021) reported

@O2 @VMO2News @virginmedia My o2 website down all day, been trying to log into my account after email announcing increase of charges April 2023 price of monthly will rise 13.4 (RPI) rate of inflation, plus an additional 3.9%. Its actually more than that my new charge is over 20%

  • Suw Suw (@Suw) reported

@paulm844 @O2 @Ofcom Mine's gone from £12 to £14 in 10 months. OK, it's only a couple of quid, but everything's going up. They're blaming increased data use, though the data service here is rubbish. Half the time I can only get 3G.
