@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@o2 swapped my sim to 5G on Friday, still no network, unable to make/receive calls or texts, advised in store yesterday it should have been fixed last night… no idea when it will be resolved and no help from customer service. #o2simswap #o2down

I guess I’m disappointed because up till May this year I’ve found @EE customer service to be brilliant. Yet @O2 is pricing to offer a much better contract to upgrade.

@O2 Mohammad Eter is the manager in the Brixton branch and was unhelpful along with the other customer service advisers. One of them told me to leave the company, stressing they will unblock my number so I can use it with another provider.

@ThreeUK After being a customer 13 years, today I changed over to a rolling monthly deal in preparation to leave. Not being offered anything for my commitment nor the high roaming charges I'm going to encounter. Loyalty seems to mean nothing anymore. @O2/@EE what can you offer?
