@O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@O2 Your payment team have advised nothing I rang they said we’ll try the card I told them it’s not been working on the my O2 app but everywhere is fine ran it through didn’t work said call back never did. This was a few weeks ago I’ve been very busy with working.

@BazTowers @O2 Yup I have been also getting phone calls beginning with 077106. As I didn't answer any of the calls, I did message 2 people and they said I called them which I never. I spoke to o2 but not a great deal of help from them at all.
