    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @crimlawuk @O2 We see it in the US all the time. BTW, it's as much for the absurdly bad performance quality as for the ridiculous sentiment of those words. This woman deserved to be booed off the court for the former.

    @O2 3 weeks, 2 complaints logged, a helix case raised over 30 hours of calls to the customer service line over 30 hours on chat and still no resolution… All because of a sales person cocking the order up!!! We can’t cancel and we can’t return as the order is sat at processing

    @O2 this is a total Joke - after a weekend of total chaos having identity fraud on my phone I still haven’t heard from fraud only to be told there is an order on the way??? And that fraud have closed my ticket???? Seriously let down! And trust pilot I’m on my way!

    Right @O2 since you've messed around with peoples account telling them to link their account with @virginmedia we can't access O2 or our virgin account what's that old saying if it ain't broken, leave it alone @Ofcom can you help with this? Instead of helping the government

    Genuinely never experienced incompetence on a level of @O2. I just want to talk to someone who can fix a mistake o2 made. Been on phone for nearly and hour and passed around 3 times to different departments. Shambles.

    @O2 Yeah they just change it. Tell you what’s funny I never used to get these calls ever till virgin swapped to O2. I’m suspecting o2 either sold my details on or someone who works there has.
