@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@O2 I’m sorry but your network is shocking. I would ring and complain but it’s a 45 min wait. I would complain on the app but chat isn’t working. These last 6 months nightmare. Today my phone not working cost me £200 and 3hrs! Joke of a network!!

@O2 I have just investigated your Volt benefits. According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.

Just had the worst customer experience of my life with @O2 1 hour to be told an account switch isn’t possible. The customer service rep was obscenely rude (Nancy), I thoroughly hope you stub your toe today.

@O2 you customer service is appalling and pathetic to say the least. 45 minutes waiting on a call to speak to someone. At one time I actually fell asleep and woke up to your music still playing in the background.

Just changed to @O2 from ID Mobile, and I am so unimpressed with the signal quality. Will be using my 14 day cooling off period to leave unless it changes. Still have not had my number ported either after four days of waiting.
