@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@o2 I called you to report a bad signal for over a week (I tweeted you about it but you point blank refused to escalate without a whole bunch of security questions which I am not comfortable giving over social media, including in DM), and all I got was a “bye thanks”

@O2 Is there an issue with phoning Georgia (+995) as 4 of us on O2 can't phone any of our contacts yet my dad on EE can. We have tried 00995 and we all dial carefully (these are close family members we are calling). Just never connects.

@O2 I haven’t needed hotspots since the lockdowns started - but I do remember that they were frequently unreliable. I try to use them wherever possible. Resetting my device rarely fixes it. What I think you need is some quick & reliable way of reporting an out-of-service hotspot.
