    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    @O2 incredibly poor service and attitude from Ningreipam today who is supposed to be a complaints manager. Ended my chat 3 times today saying he couldn’t help and finished saying okay bye. Very unprofessional and down right rude #o2 #poorservice

    @O2 so fed up of no data use in Eastville area of Bristol am now looking into moving to vodaphone. Your company has been saying for over a year you are sorting it and it never improves

    @O2 13 days later, and no closer to a resolution. Sporadic, confused messages asking for security data and details you already have and yet the massive incorrect bill is still on the account. Refusal so far to contact me by phone. Shambles.

    @O2 your support number waiting music seems deliberately designed to get people to hang up. It is utter noise. We get it, you don't want to help your customers. This kind of BS makes me want to switch over to another carrier.

    @O2 @amind4adventure You got no chance in Plymouth, I have raised this so many times but get no help at all . 4g in Plymouth city centre, barbican, The *** around Central Park etc is non existent. I have changed to Vodafone based network now and it works fine. I always loved 02 but not since VM
