Paul Elston (@chunky120717) reported from Derby, EnglandWhy do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.

-
@GwV (@GWV_69) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I live 15 miles directly south of London. I don't ever get signal on the train at all.
-
Simon Poulton (@SimonRPoulton) reportedAbsolutely horrendous treatment of my wife by @O2 . This isn’t even a post to get something moving, already raised to the complaints team, and they’re doubling down on trapping her in a new contract while not supplying her the service she ordered. Terrible customer service!
-
Adrian Dewey (@AdrianDewey) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I was on on a boat out in the med off the coast of Turkey and got perfect 5g. Half a mile from my house in Lincoln and I don’t get a signal on o2. It really is a crap service
-
Shaun Hammonds (@hammo196159) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because O2 don’t invest enough into infrastructure. Such poor coverage in many areas
-
Mr Blue (@MrBlue218592) reported@kokeshimum @O2 You're surrounded by hills what ******** do you think your signal is going to be like? O2 are also notoriously ****. The worst network in the UK.
-
Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
-
Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.
-
These days (@_junal) reported@kokeshimum @O2 The government told all the operators to remove Chinese components from masts due to spying fears. Replaced with substandard equipment. Not down to operators it's due to government interference.
-
Ryan (@RyanSteezer1) reported@O2 payment not working on app or website
-
beijinggail (@sargeant_gail) reported@O2 Well you’ve taken 8 hrs to respond to this - absolutely appalling customer service!!!
