    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 Hi, I’m a new customer transferring over from Vodafone, I put in my pac-code when I placed the order last week I have the new O2 SIM card but haven’t had any information on when the number is going to switch over from Vodafone to O2

    @undeadbydawn @O2 Unlike my issue where they've debited my account but not provided me with a bill. Then said wait 14 days for bill. Then after 14 days said wait another 14 days. Why on earth can't your final @O2 bill be digitally delivered like all your other bills?
