@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

Disappointing recent service from @O2 after many years of problem free use. Lack of understanding as to essential need to have phone and data. Inconsistent advice and conflicting feedback compounding poor all round responses.

@O2 dreadful customer service. Store staff cant talk to me about my contract. Half four in queue for support.. then get cut off half way thru and have to queue again looks like I'm gonna take the option to cancel mid contract due to the price hike.. ty for that at least.
