    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    Extremely annoyed with @O2 insurance!! Sent my phone off on 29th NOVEMBER, its now JANUARY and still no update !! Anyone thinking of taking out O2 insurance don’t do it absolutely shite!! Will never take out a phone contract with O2 ever again😡😡 #insurance #o2 #o2insurance

    @JoeDumont @O2 My mother has had the same issue. She hasnt even left the house due to being vulnerable and the o2 advisor asked her to go to an o2 shop! Great customer service

    @O2 Something's altered on your network over the last few weeks with customers reporting unable to access #CCTV systems except from on a #WifiNetwork It's been proven not to br a porting / system issue as other networks can still access the same system Please advise Thanks

    @O2 why is your live char refusing to repair a device that I purchased less then 12 months ago, "because i no longer am an active customer". I made the purchase from o2 so you have legal duty to resolve.
