@O2 I keep reporting slow data or no data signal regularly over the past few weeks, a mast has been regularly down then had a text to say its fixed but still having issues

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

How much do I hate @O2 currently. Login to account to be sent a security code with nowhere to put it in. Start live chat to ask what to do? End up being locked out of account now supposedly being put through to a manager guess what that’s not happening been disconnected from chat

@cmr824 @O2 Switch mobile provider. I’m stuck in a contract at moment but have found their customer service to be poor (and that’s me being generous). They’ll bend over backwards to sell you something but if you have an issue they will constantly tell you to contact a different dept
