    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 Cannot get logged into priority, it’s a joke. A loyal customer trying on app and website, and cannot get to the login screen. Poor infrastructure is no excuse, you @O2 knew what was coming, why were all customers forced logged out of our app last night.

    @virginmedia Recently I became the victim of identity theft & mobile phone fraud with yourselves, @O2 and sky mobile @SkyHelpTeam . As I said before sky have resolved the issue, but I've heard nothing from you or o2. I have emailed, spoken to your customer services, but no help at all
