@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@DeweyTheGooner @O2 @VodafoneUK If you live in London you really don't want to move to Vodafone. No wifi on the tube and awful signal, with awful service to boot. Read review sites, they are shocking.

@O2 absolutely shocking customer service. I reported a suspected fraud as it was happening. I was told there was no fraud. The next day I rang back and confirmed that it was fraud. I’ve followed all of your instructions and still not being resolved.
