    Why do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting Β£19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    Been completely done over by an incompetent agent @O2.. asked for sim cards for smart watches I've bought for my kids.. since the conversation my phone has been deactivated.. wtf? 😑

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE

    What the hell has happened to @O2 mobile phone coverage over the last few months. The areas where my phone reads No Signal is becoming ridiculous, making my job as a courier virtually impossible, as the GPS continually dropping out
