@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

Trying to find more about #Volt with @O2 went something like this. Customer Service Agent 1: You need to take out a new deal so will pass you to sales team. Sales team: That is not correct. Customer Service Agent 2: Did not know what Volt waste then hung up on me 1/2

@O2 no idea what's going on with the signal in the DE15 9AY area. It's still no better in general than when I spoke to you 5 months ago and for the past couple of hours it's been dropping out completely every 5-10mins and just showing an x over the signal bars. Any idea why?

@O2 hello is there an issue with the app? I changed my tariff. I selected the 1.5 GB but when it went through it said 750mb and then I was emailed it said 1 GB. 750 and 1GB is too little now. I'll cancel it if that is all I'm getting.
