    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    OMG @O2 what the hell have you done to the app. Anyone who hasn’t updated the app on their phone... don’t bother, it’s bloody awful, bad enough for me to remove it 😡 #OldSchool #rubbish

    Come on @o2. Tried your chat service THREE times and got disconnected. Then tried calling only for the automated service to say “bye” and disconnecting. This isn’t good customer service.

    2 hours on the phone to @O2 I have a £0 spend cap on the sim only deal but it’s still managed to let it go over by + £100 seriously their after care and customer services is rubbish and going to cancel my account

    @O2 Please can you help, bought iphone XS @giffgaff it should be unlocked, however it's locked to O2 network (OK with Giffgaff sim). @giffgaff just can't seem to unlock the device to allow use on all networks. Realise its a big ask but is there anyway you can help me ? Thanks.

    @O2 Thanks for your message, not particularly helpful - the offer stated all restaurants except Drive Thru, no mention of any motorway service stations being excluded!!!

    @O2 Arrive at the store. No ID and they have no access to the account, so they cannot do it for me. But they gave me an eSIM to activate myself by calling up (cannot use the automated service as no access to my phone due to continuing issues).
