@O2 Yup, others are cheaper by a considerable margin and if you allowed data to roll over, wouldn’t be charging me for bolt ons. Been customer for 10 years or so.

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

I thought @o2 would fix my prob but while they fixed the tarif yday, the Fraud team has now blocked my account, no-one will speak to me on the phone, one of their C/S removed my security details and their Twitter team has sent 1 reply in 24 HOURS. All to access MyO2 🙄 FN USELESS

Oh dear @O2 loyal customer of very, very many years currently paying for a phone I can’t use because your agent made a mistake. Now being told I have to travel 2 HRS to get it fixed. No one taking responsibility & manager saying no point speaking to him because he can’t help. Wow

@O2 why is my o2 app telling me I’ve used all my data but I haven’t received either of the “you’ve used 80%/100%” texts????? I’ve used no more than I normally do but now I’m apparently all out and my data doesn’t work? Is it an error or did you fail to tell me TWICE?!

@nirave @O2 I've never had worse customer service, before Christmas I spent 4 hours trying to sort something out...8 advisors I spoke to because they kept hanging up or giving me wrong information and it still wasn't sorted.
