@O2 after 12 years with you your customer is very poor not impressed- no reception in Wilmslow all staff could do is say go and get a new SIM card not even investigate whether a mast is down 🙁

@O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

1 hr 20 min trying to upgrade to a new iphone 11 with @O2 but because they never updated my name after being married 7 yrs ago (sent marriage certificate) won’t do it.. goodbye O2..

I recently moved to @O2 mobile network and will be leaving at the end of the contract. Why? 1. I received some scam texts, and O2 charged me £5 for the privilege. I complained and they would only offer to set a £0 spend cap to 'prevent future unwanted charges'. No refund. 👇

My mum went into an @O2 shop by herself to get a new phone as hers was broken. She got railroaded into a @virginmedia contract for the next 2 years for her home Internet & phone line. She didn't want it, but felt she was forced into it. I'm disgusted with salespeople like that.

@kendie @O2 I went into a store eventually & all they did was remove and reinsert my sim card & its been fine since! However I've since spoken to their customer service & the way I was treated was utterly disgusting, a huge complaint has been filed after being LAUGHED at over my finances! 🤬

@O2 Can you explain signal issues in norwich area? When ever I’m on a call in my house nobody can hear a word I’m saying!! Been like it for at least a month now for me and any other O2 customers who visit my house. Neighbour experiencing same problem. Massively frustrating!
