At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

nitcord (@nitcordx) reported@O2 do you even accept new customers? first, the system accepted me, and i passed the credit check, but when i got to the eligibility check it marked my revolut card and a card from a traditional bank as fraud. the next day, i got this message (along with server configuration errors???) it's almost been four days since i was supposed to receive my callback, still nothing to this day i'm not the only one experiencing these problems, i even tried browsing the community forums but to my surprise they are also down please fix your broken system, not even your support team knows what's going on...
