Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

@O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

@O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

@O2 I’ve not had reasonable data even on 4G and 3-4 bars. Also my visual voicemail has never worked despite being guaranteed it will when I renewed my plan but gave me a half baked service - O2 took my money and ran!! Can’t even call them so what’s the point.

@O2 Signal in Redcar is so slow at TS10 4. Dropping to Edge some times. Even with Virgin Media on another device it’s poor. Website says congestion, but it’s been like this for a week now!
