    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

    @O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

    Congratulations to @O2 for having the worst App experience I’ve had for a long time and the least flexible plans around. I have three phone numbers with a combined monthly data of 120gb yet I cannot share that data across the three plans.

    @O2 can you tell me how I can use live Google maps or similar and get traffic updates whilst I have no available data because of your technical issues? I have been unable to use any services requiring wifi. Day two and still nothing. I presume we get a refund

    @O2 I wrote on a post the other day about signal in the area, you said to do some check. Well, we did and found out that there is a mast down which you have failed to inform your customers about the problem. I am moving to a different network for this, what a joke of a company

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @O2 got a new Pay as you go SIM card. It's not expired and my phone shows a signal, but when I register the number so I can then top up etc the verification codes aren't coming through. Any advise?

    @O2 how the hell can I wait 8 weeks for my money back, £490 for a sim I don’t even have . Complaint logged, it’s been over 8 weeks, no resolution, told by o2 to contact ombudsman but they don’t even deal with you. Get it sorted FFS

    Dear @O2 I’ve just spent 24 hours in Llandudno I can’t believe in 2026 your network had virtually zero coverage. I only managed to find my hotel as I knew it was near a pub and I logged onto the pubs WiFi to download a map of the area. This is not acceptable
