    @O2 I have spent three hours on chat and on hold on the telephone trying to find out why I have not received the SIM card I ordered on Sunday. Nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been dispatched. I’m told I have to cancel the order and re-order. Customer service: ABYSMAL!

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 The first part of that statement is clearly not true, but let’s not let the truth get in the way of a side swipe at the EU. Yes all credit to those two companies (especially as I’m a Virgin Media customer), but that’s in spite of rather than because of this backward Government.
