    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @O2 For 3 weeks now I’m unable to make phone calls from home because there is a fault with your mast. I need to contact my GP urgently. The solution you have provided is to ring them via WiFi. The surgery only has landlines. Why can’t you fix the problem

    Nightmare with UK telecom provider O2/Virgin media @O2 @virginmedia Day14 into a 30 day holiday they are unable to provide the roaming service promised. As an elderly solo traveller relying on taxis/public transport & a phone to make arrangements I have been left stranded.

    Would never recommend @ThreeUK - poor network (often getting <10mbps + poor call quality), poor customer service and even when leaving to change network again, they managed to mess up my number port to the point my temporary number doesn't work! @EE and @O2 highly recommended
