    @O2 I've been passed around all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait AGAIN now, for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service i've ever received & i've had to cancel my trip home for xmas due having no phone! i'm so angry!

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    Hey @O2 I don’t really need to borrow anything from anyone but I’m stressing out about it none the less!! I won’t lose anything with my credit rating being so poor but there should be a responsibility by you to accept a mistake and not screw someone for SIX YEARS 2/3

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @O2 poor service again today, misinformed by agent...AirPods out of stock, call back and get same agent...AirPods in stock....so order, it’s never processed so have to order via #livechat again. This is not a difficult thing to complete...... #frustrating

    @O2 I’m currently in a flat with no internet so this sucks for me cause I’m using my hotspot from my phone for other devices till I get it then using my new phone. It’s just silly I’m paying for something that has been cut the day I paid my bill.

    @O2 me again, I’ve had my new iPad it’s all set up etc synced to my iPhone (if that’s what I was meant to do) but to get my free extra it says I need to get a text how ever I can’t seem to figure how to send/receive texts from the iPad with the number it came with. Can you help?
