    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

    Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

    @O2 ordered a pay monthly sim and waited 6 days and it still hasn’t come. On top of that I’ve not had service on my payg sim for the same amount of time losing me money and there’s no one to talk to online ??? Appalling!

    Hello public.. watch out for mobile phone network @O2, they charge you £42 for a text message to say that your inclusive data and calls are not included in country you are on holiday in. Never even used the phone.

    @O2 As usual on my train from Newport to Paddington, data connection has been next to useless. Its so slow I can't even load a speed test. Other phones and networks all working well but O2 is awful

    Been with @O2 now for over 15 years and I can’t wait to leave when my contract is up. Terrible service and coverage and overpaying on a poor data plan. Roll on cancellation. #o2

    @GarethBattersby @boxofnumbers @O2 If your phone is off and upside down you know who's texted by the light pattern you don't even have to interact with your phone to know who it is that's the beauty of it

    @O2 please help. I changed my sim to a 5G one as advised by your staff. They said it could take up to 24 hours to be able to make and receive calls. Well it’s past that now and phone still not working. I have tried asking for help on your app but that’s not working either.
