    @O2 poor service again today, misinformed by agent...AirPods out of stock, call back and get same agent...AirPods in stock....so order, it’s never processed so have to order via #livechat again. This is not a difficult thing to complete...... #frustrating

    @O2 I have been passed from pillow to post all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait again now for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service I have ever received & I am so angry!👌

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @o2 @SamsungMobile @Android Between you can you fix the WiFi calling issue on s20 If the sim is in the WiFi calling options dissappear. You have to restart the phone with the sim out in order to get WiFi calling back. If often dissappears on its own with no reboot too

    @O2 The worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to up on speaking to an advisor he said I was unable to speak with his manager due to social distancing even tho he claimed to have been speaking with them blaming a pandemic for your terrible service just vile and sick
