  @O2 Signal is always crap here I’m afraid. It’s the infrastructure that’s terribly poor and it’s showed up massively when I could get a full 5g signal in the remotest part of a Greek island yet can’t even get 4g in a village 3 miles from a big town here.

  @O2 it's not just today - it's months, and EVERYONE on O2 in/around AL5 2RU is the same. Every O2 device in my household is the same. You need to fix the RAN. It started a few months back. Even when the O2 APP shows the problem, O2 says "Computer Says No". Sort your network out.

  @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

  Been in Crete for the last 2 weeks including trips off the coast and up the mountains and I had full signal and 5g…return home and not even 3 miles from Ayr and I’ve practically got to hang out the window. Why is our infrastructure so poor? @O2 @Ofcom @scotgov
