    @O2 Ok just got a scam text telling me my bill is overdue and to follow the link to update my payment details. So been on my o2 to find the telephone no. To tell you of the scam. Given up! Just been round n round no numbers. Terrible service.

    @SamsungUK I have taken part in your @02 earbuds promotion that ended last night. Phone been delivered but no information on how to claim @O2 just given a number as its not their problem the number that tells me its won't connect. Can you help as shocking customer service so far

    @O2 Not an O2 customer; someone appears to have assumed my identity to acquire an iPhone, starting an O2 account/credit agreement. Reported to O2 21 Aug; two further calls; promised contact from the fraud team has not materialised. Default notices arriving by post. #unimpressed

    Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

    @O2 This has been going on for years, and you constantly pretend you’re surprised that the biggest tourist attraction in Northern England is full of people. You need to provide the service we pay for.

    @O2 I was driving through town and I was on the phone (Handsfree of course😉) and it kept dropping out and then used it at home and nothing would work, connected to WiFi and it worked fine I’ve done everything on that list and still not working...

    @O2 you’ve got to be the worse company ever. My contract has ended, I’m trying to call so that I can leave o2 but I can’t get through to anyone.I should have the option to do it online but instead,you’d rather I call in so one of your agents can try to retain me as a customer

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    Words cannot describe how much I despise @O2. They’re utterly ******* USELESS. Worst signal, worst customer service and no matter how much they mess up they’ll cut you off and make out like it’s your fault because you don’t have unlimited resources to bail them out.

    @O2 my mother recieved ENFORCEMENT NOTICES today from yourselves for ONE missed payment which as a loyal customer to yourselves for many years is her first missed payment which she only missed BECAUSE HER HUSBAND DIED......disgusting company
