Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 do you have issues around Bournemouth in and around the beach area and up to 600 metres inland? Getting E and H outdoors and occasionally 4G. However, data is so poor it's not usable on any connection! As a customer I'm not very impressed at all.

@O2 been an O2 customer for many years but not experienced sustsined 0% coverage. Attended Royal Intl Air Tattoo on Saturday and once on site at RAF Fairford had no comms (voice/data/SMS) from arrival at 06:30 until on way home at 18:45! My wife is on EE and no issues?
