    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    Noooo heard on news please @O2 don’t merge with @virginmedia best thing we ever did was leave @virginmedia and I’ve been with @O2 for years with hardly any problems and on principal when the problems we had with @virginmedia we will have to change networks PLEASE Don’t Do it xxxx

    Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @O2 Not an O2 customer; someone appears to have assumed my identity to acquire an iPhone, starting an O2 account/credit agreement. Reported to O2 21 Aug; two further calls; promised contact from the fraud team has not materialised. Default notices arriving by post. #unimpressed

    @O2 I was driving through town and I was on the phone (Handsfree of course😉) and it kept dropping out and then used it at home and nothing would work, connected to WiFi and it worked fine I’ve done everything on that list and still not working...

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @O2 Wifi Calling isnt working either... and the network check states a Mast isnt working as it should... maybe that mast should be replaced as it keeps going down.

    @O2 I called to give my 30 days notice. The call cut off as the guy i was speaking to closed my account instantly. I went to fleet street store, who advised they wont help as they are closing down and dont care. Can someone PLEASE reactivate my number?

    @O2 Yes! Reconnected just before 11am, 25 hours after it went off, thanks to much pushing from my partner… really hope that this was the low point of my customer experience with the network, and it only gets better from now.

    But @O2 are still missing the point of my argument whether I take out a new phone or stay on sim only they’re still getting money from me, you’re penalising those who aren’t in a position to take out a new phone they still want to be a customer yet you’re turning them away
