    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 the network coverage in my area has suddenly become so atrocious, that I am unable to make/receive coherent work calls. Your status updating texts say an engineer has ordered parts…however it doesn’t seem to be getting fixed & you just keep pushing the resolution date back!

    @o2 My phone hadnt been used for a long time. O2 reconnected my number. I just made a call to my phone, which connected. The SIM status, on receiving the call, changed from inactive to active, with the O2 network then showing. How can I make it show as inactive again?

    @usukgoose @O2 I went to the compaints page (though they tell you there's an email address but don't tell you it) but found the chat works on there like magic... but the agent can't help lol

    I’ve never been so annoyed and stressed trying to resolve an error made by @O2 . Their customer service is the worst spent over 7 hours in total calling them to sort their ***** up and promised call backs from so called managers and not once did they! I will never use them again
