@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 why have you taken away the Odeon ticket? Also the free drinks on Thursday out of stock within 10 mins, one of the reasons I went with you was Priority but that’s just got so bad! It certainly isn’t for the signal which is the worst in the UK IMO!

I did get a reply which raised more questions & seems now have to wait a further 48 hours for a response. Tried to call - 45 minute queue - no time to do that at moment. Come on @O2 this new customer is not impressed - you have PAC, porting number should be quick & simple.

@O2 Worst coverage in the UK by a mile and if I didn’t buy my phones upfront not on contract I’d be more than probably behaving in a threatening manner outside your offices if you were tanning me fifty quid a month for an iPhone like you do to most folk. Scum.
