    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    What is going on with O2 at the moment? Their webchat doesn't work, purchasing an upgrade on their website doesn't work and I was on hold for the better part of two hours yesterday while phones just rang out... and all I want to do is give you my money!! @O2 horrendous service!

    @O2 my job entails me needing it all hours especially now as a keyworker. I couldn't send it to be repaired and the issue would have happened again. My issue is the T&C absolves you entirely & penalises me financially, when you'd never have offered anything other than repair..

    @O2 @OakNational Could you support an 84 year old man who has lost his wife and his phone bills went from £10 to £130 as he sorted out the funeral and noone helps him .

    @O2 Loyal customer probably in excess of 10 years. With 2 contracts, yet no help whatsoever today on a live chat. I am still on the live chat now and it is pointless
