@O2 aaaannd we’re still waiting on this call from a manager to resolve this issue. All your customer service employees are doing is saying absolutely anything to get her off the phone so they’re not her problem anymore and resolving nothing. APPALLING.

@GoldenGatsby @O2 Thanks for getting in touch. About 3 weeks ago I stopped getting texts that were for 2FA to my O2 phone. I got in touch with O2 and they said it was a known issue they were working on. It’s been working intermittently since… I’m all ears to work arounds :-)
