Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

  • Smutchings
Sam Hutchings (@Smutchings) reported from Deal, England

@DavidDarnes @spences10 @O2 Service texts such as that should be free. Such as when you text to set up a tariff or get network settings.

  • pataxton
Pat Axton (@pataxton) reported from Kingsdown, England

@virginmedia @O2 I'm paying for 108MB internet and my download speeds are terrible. I'm unable to do my job now. (currently showing 4 hours left to download a 42MB video). PLEASE ASSIST ASAP!!

  • BigAL1978
    AlanT1978 (@BigAL1978) reported

@O2 Why should I borrow another phone when I’m still paying for the phone that is allegedly faulty. The amount of money @O2 make you’d think they would just waive the last 9 months of my contract as a goodwill gesture as I’m paying for a service that’s not being provided

  • BigAL1978
    AlanT1978 (@BigAL1978) reported

@O2 How about sending a replacement handset and I return the faulty one ? That way I hopefully get what I signed up for and @O2 have a happy customer.

  • xTrainerCx
    xTrainerCx (@xTrainerCx) reported

@O2 any idea what is going on with o2 internet? No 3g/4g signal so cannot connect to the internet. It's started happening this morning. Thanks.

  • KHKateHorton
    Kate Horton #SaveTheArts (@KHKateHorton) reported

@O2 I don't just object, I insist that you do not share my data with a company I did not choose to do business with. If I cannot, can I cancel my contract with you, as you have changed the terms through your deal with Virgin?

  • BigAL1978
    AlanT1978 (@BigAL1978) reported

@O2 Yes I have and I’ve had a replacement sim sent out which didn’t change a thing, you now reckon it’s a handset fault. It was brand new and has been in a protective case from day one. Advised me to send phone for repair but won’t get a replacement handset despite not being my issue

  • KathrynSarah15
    Kassi (@KathrynSarah15) reported

@KentishHack @O2 It’s like they’ve cloned my number too, as that’s the start of my number... it’s been tiny on for ages, but yesterday and today more so. Do people fall for these **** HMRC fraud calls? 🤯

  • celtic_stephen
    Stephen (@celtic_stephen) reported

@O2 Not too fussed about blocking them, but if I can help stop them scamming some wee old man or woman then I'll do that. I'll do the text thing, much is it?
