@O2 Faithful customer of 22 years. First ever insurance claim. 5 damaged replacement phones received in 6 days. One of which still had someone else’s SIM card in #GDPR o2 say there’s no solution other than to wait until they manage to send one that’s not damaged! Lost for words!

@O2 any idea how one can speak to a human again the number I call which has been given on a letter and spoke to someone in February is now taking me to a top up system I don’t want to top up anything. I thought this problem had been sorted ages ago but to my surprise it hasn’t
