Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 I can have 4g and full bars of signal but still won't be able to load anything and text messages fail to send. Calls connect to a mobile but there's no sound either end, but if I call an 0800 number for example I have no issues. I'm PAYG and get the £10 bundle each month

@barratt1556 @O2 @EE I’ve gone SIM only £10 a month, unlimited calls and texts, 30gb of data and free roaming. Great deal , crap signal. Rather pay more at EE and have decent signal and data speed

@O2’s automated system brings out the worst in me. Pure screaming down the phone because it doesn’t understand a single word I’m saying 🥴. Makes me want to lob my phone every single time 😑.
