I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

It was brand new and has been in a protective case from day one. Advised me to send phone for repair but won’t get a replacement handset despite not being my issue
