    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @AshfordPlumber @virginmedia @O2 The two installers I had (many, many years ago now) sat on my driveway in their van smoking a joint before the installation. Left the cable taut across one point and drilled a hole between rooms at an angle. Ended up getting someone out to fix that.

    @O2 absolutely appalled at the ‘customer service’ received from o2 this afternoon. Brand new phone that is blocked. Having to wait 24 hours for it to be unblocked as well as heavily pregnant and no means of contacting anyone. Well done o2…absolutely disgusting.

    @NukaDan @O2 If it's anything like the broken mast in Sutton-in-Ashfield you'll be in for months if not years. They'll promise dates, then it will get put back and this will go on and on. Service around this area is shockingly bad. Good luck with it Dan🤞
