    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 A big thank you to head office. They finally agreed that the O2 network is rubbish and have let me return the handset and end the agreement. Will try O2 in another 5 years see if anything has improved.

    Starting to regret the decision to switch my daughter to @O2 !!! Endless problems in the 5 days and now had the phone put down on me when trying to sort the app out! 😡😡

    Hi @O2 I’ve been struggling to get any signal in Cardiff recently and friends and family have been the same. It’s to the point where I have 0 bars and people can’t ring me at all. I know others are reporting the same so would be grateful to know what’s being done to resolve it?

    @O2 I'm at wits end! Why do your advisers pass me around because they cannot help me and then cut me off!? I have no ways of using my phone and I urgently need one. Why does no one care in your customer service department?

    @O2 Hi, thanks for sharing. Unfortunately this relies on having WiFi and 4G. I don’t get WiFi in all parts of the house and the network coverage is so bad I barely get 3G. It shouldn’t be the case that we need to use internet to take normal calls
