@O2 Hi, I hold a samsung s22 ultra handset, I've had no internet on my phone today even though I was getting 5g reception, why is it that once I switched off the 5g and reverted back to 4g the internet started working again, What's the point of rolling out 5g if it's not working?

@O2 @Apple Bought watch never had apple fitness before the offer code didn’t work. Neither apple or O2 have been able to sort. Tried phoning today 3 times. Disconnected everytime. Very disappointed as bought for the offer! So much for meditation… stress more like

@O2 There has been no response - yesterday is not "earlier". WHY IS MY SERVICE DISCONNECTED WHEN O2 OWE ME MONEY? And please review the appalling call to O2 "customer services" - people like this agent should not be employed. RESTORE MY SERVICE!
