    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I live in the middle of nowhere and Vodafone Wi-Fi calling is excellent at home. I don’t have too many problems with the signal as a lorry driver I’m all over the country and very rarely suffer signal problems

    @O2 as much as love being a customer with #o2 there is a downside especially when you have to phone up to ask to pay off remaining contract. Would be easier especially if you’re disabled like me. And sometimes it’s easier to pay on the app/website. Please take this on board.

    @O2 your customer service absolutely sucks. Been trying for 2 days to get a new handset and not one of your advisers have got a clue. Utter waste of time.
