    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 customer service absolute shambles! I have called in 3 times, 1 hour each time. When they pick up 2 mins in to the call they drop the call. @O2 casually thieving my time !

    @O2 I got through on Wednesday - day three- and the problem is solved. I found the experience stressful and frustrating. Simple messages to explain how to contact O2 is all I ask for. Your "Contact Us" page is a wormhole into crazy. Your staff are fine but hard to reach.

    @O2 your customer service is a joke. 38 mins on hold, try to start a chat and am asked to download app which then asked for all sorts of permissions. then after all that no chat agents available. dont suppose you will reply to this either. Will take my contract elsewhere i think.

    @O2 please let me know how I can get a problem not of my making with 02 resolved. Spoken with several advisors who promise the earth or cut me off. The incompetence of one of your staff has caused me severe problems and hours waiting to speak to someone only to b cut off
