Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 What terrible customer service, requested a call back last wednesday was told a customer care manager would call 24-48 hours but they did not. Asked again on friday once again 24-48 hours now monday and still no call back. What a joke!

@O2 I’ve been having issues…when I check for problems in my area it has been saying the mast isn’t working as it should for over a week… oh I definitely know this. My data signal is terrible currently. What’s being done to fix this? 3G… what are we in? 2001?

Lowell "Solicitors" are scam artists. They claim I have a debt of almost £400 with @O2. I haven't been an O2 customer for approx 10 years and O2 have even confirmed the debt doesn't exist. I have told them this and they persist in writing to me demanding money I don't owe.

@O2 Hello, I successfully obtained an O2 Priority code for half-price theatre tokens this morning. When I add the promo code at checkout, it says "sorry the promotion code you entered is not active". Please help, thanks!
