    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

    @O2 Any known issues with the phone service in Tamworth and Lichfield. I can barely make phone calls and it shows I have 4g but the Internet is awfully slow.

    @O2 such rude service this morning i havent phone and need a replacement sim sending and no way of ordering one as only accepting calls if your upgrading or cancelling,so i spoke to a girl from that team and she cut me off as i was explaining

    Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

    @O2 Despite calling customer services to resolve it the lovely advisors cannot do anything until an email inbox has been checked by a department they cannot contact unless they also email that inbox. They can check emails that have been sent to me though 🤯

    As an O2 user due an upgrade was offered iphone 11 15GB for £42.64 a month over 36 months, then went to U Switch for a comparison and surprised to see this offer online iPhone 11 120GB 24 months for £37 goes to show companies like @O2 really have no customer loyalty

    @O2 absolutely disappointed with the customer service received by o2. Disconnected line over 3wks ago. Keep saying tech team will help. Not heard anything. All incoming cancelled too. Feel frustrated and sad

    @O2 Email sent to the email address as per customer service advice. No communication from that department to say they have it until I call 3 days later. Again despite my request yesterday no confirmation that email has been received.
