@O2 Constant drop out in the centre of Manchester due to congestion. Got told by a representative that: After speaking with our Network Service Team, the level of service you’re receiving is the expected level within that area. And it's part of T's and C's.. So tough luck.

@o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

@carleyjones1 @O2 No! I never use all my data or minutes. The bill for May- which comes out on 11th June, was only £38 something. I checked the app and I’m up to date. There is no reason to take such a large amount. I can’t even talk after having my tonsils out, it’s a pain in the arse x

For months I have been complaining about @O2 network. Central Manchester, Bolton Town Centre, Liverpool Town Centre, Edinburgh, Glasgow, etc... I pay over £300 for that privilege. And now you want to reducing the customer loyalty discount...this customer won’t be loyal!!

@virginmedia @O2 I’d love to be connected but your network is atrocious. Calls constantly failing & not connecting, almost no internet connection unless I’m tethered to someone’s network. I thought there was something wrong with my phone until I went abroad and it worked fine! Leaving asap.
