@O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

Been a loyal @o2 customer since 2008 but after being told my bill is going up 13.4% for RPI plus 3.9% on top of that, reckon I'll be shopping around at the end of my contract. Surely there are only so many eye-watering shareholder profits I can contribute to.

@O2 when i call the phone is put down just as I'm being put through to the agent - happens every time - how can I get through to someone?

Algux (I write stuff)
(@Algux) reported
@O2's net profit last year was £78m, increasing by 331%. This massive increase in not enough however, so from April 2023 they are increasing the cost to users by 13.4% RPI + 3.9% extra because "**** you customers, we want your money". And the excuses they are giving - sheesh
-
DS

@O2 a price rise 13.4% plus 3.9%, maybe understand your customer base and use the power on your network more efficiently rather than slam you loyal customer base. Time to change provider I think. #betterconnected #not
