Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

@O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

@HoggLloyd @O2 @O2 I can beat that! I'm a customer of 21 years, with 4 numbers on a rolling, SIM only deal. After 25 mins on a call to an overseas call center you can not offer deals I can readily get from o2 on comparison sites. I'm appalled and currently looking at other providers?!

@O2 why am I hold, once for 17 mins, to get through to someone just for them to hang up on me? And then I ring back to be on hold for 16 mins just for them to hang up on me again? What is this customer services? Whats the best number to ring as 202 seems useless?
