@DPDgroup_news It arrived 6 days late and damaged. In answer to your question. In the UK and Stoke is the depot it came out of. @O2 should be a priority customer for you, but you don’t give a damn about delivering their products safely, on time and intact

I have been with @O2 my entire mobile phone life, but the crap they’ve pulled this last month is disgusting. They RANG me offering £16 a month deal for 2 years. Accepted. Turns out that’s the before VAT price and it’s only the first month it’s valid for. None of this info in T&Cs

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK We have always been on @O2 /Cellnet for over 20 years now except one contract on Vodafone .. thankfully only for 12 months.. similar issues with their tardiness was the reason we moved back to O2.. also lack of coverage
