    The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

    I suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.

    Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    @O2 @PeelhillLibrary Keith, I get at least one a day - it's not o2. Keep blocking, but these scammers literally buy / spoof thousands of numbers. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I play them at their own game and keep them engaged for 20 mins before telling them to foxtrot oscar.

    @O2 @Mally_DB Probably the one I've been telling you about for 7 months. But keep being ignorant of your failure whilst I contact the ombudsman... For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution

    @kokeshimum @O2 Firstly, how I miss Huddersfield. I'm now in Devon. I get better signal on the little train that goes up to The Eiger than I've ever done in Exeter.

    @O2 Before I send, I’d like to know what you will do about this repeated problem. The stupid app signs you out randomly then sends you on the idiotic loop of email verification, which is hit or miss when it comes to working. It’s been like this ever since the ridiculous change

    @scampaboy @kokeshimum @O2 I was in Scotland a couple of years ago, full signal of 4g on remote roads without a house in sight. At home I'm 3 miles from a city and signal is pathetic
