Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, EnglandI suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.
-
Paul Frampton (@headcoverlova) reported from Bearpark, England@O2 really bad customer service to offer a free streaming service a lot of families could use right now only for new customers. Other networks offering free services for all customers. Make me think you don’t value loyal customers at all

MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.
-
