    @segawhore @O2 Took 2 calls, nearly 3 hours and a messed up weekend but I got there in the end although no new phone yet. I can’t believe the service in store and the lies too.

    @O2 really bad customer service to offer a free streaming service a lot of families could use right now only for new customers. Other networks offering free services for all customers. Make me think you don’t value loyal customers at all

    The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

    @ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

    Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

    @O2 what a waste of money it is I pay for you're service every month. Another mast issue in my area, no calls or texts all day, I ise this phone for buisness Yet again lost more money through o2 and the rubbish equipment I've never had this issue with any other service provider

    @O2 any idea whats going on with your shop on Regents Walk Tedcar as closed today ad its handy for me to go in If and problems saves going to Hill Street Centre store in Middlesbrough. I don't need any help ect today just curious as to why its shut or if shut for good. TiA

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 What phone are you using? Most phones from the last 5+ years support eSIMs! If yours does, you could be set up in under 2 minutes — no store visit, no paperwork, no SIM tray needed.

    @O2 can someone please call me in regards to unlocking my account 'we've locked your account for security purposes' why? I havent logged in since I paid my bill last month. I call to get it unlocked and the call gets cut off twice! And to top it off signal is c**p!

    @O2 Account locked out. Dear all my o2 account is locked and has been for approx 1 month with a couple of your agents promising to look into the issue and nothing has happened. This is frustrating and very poor service. I need my account unlocked asap.

    @O2 trying to correct my DoB on my contract seems to be beyond O2 ability. 6 days in, countless calls to customer service, visits to local O2 store and logging a complaint and still no closer to a resolution.

    @O2 I'm an existing o2 customer, I have just tried to order a basic product from you 3 times online and then over the phone - which took 2 calls and 40 mins. I had to cancel the order as you were unable to complete the sale on 4 occasions. Absolute awful experience

    @O2 You have connected me today and I haven’t even got my SIM card yet so I am now left with no mobile network, I also can’t sign into anything as it’s on a loop asking for a passkey, as a new customer I am regretting switching to you already
