I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

I’m fact I have been cut off both in online chats and with your customer service line who spoke such bad English they couldn’t understand my wife and then cut her off. @o2 this is a disgrace
