.@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

@O2 can someone please give me a response to a query, I have had an automated reply in dm which not helpful in anyway. I have tried my o2 app and it doesn’t help. I have also tried ringing o2 just keep getting cut off.

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

@altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

Welcome to @O2 you could be waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone. 2 hang ups and a 2 hour hold later and still no one has picked up. I know I’ve literally got nothing better to do but Jesus Christ that’s ridiculous. 🙄🙄

@O2 Why have you changed my data on contract? 24m device plan paid off, the tariff on your site for same data/mins/texts as old plan is £15pm but you're trying to sneak in extra data and therefore a £35pm price tag? Is this what you call customer loyalty? You're taking the mick!
