@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

.@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

@altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

@O2 - Again, RPI is no longer an officially considered statistic the government uses to measure inflation. So to me, it appears O2 picked the bigger number. The reasons in the email I received were highly vague and jarring. I shouldn't be paying for the expansion of the network.
