@O2 offers very attentive contracts with lots of data, the issue is that the service is so bad that you are not able to use the data as it should, instead you find yourself looking for WiFi connections to be able to use your phone.

@O2 any chance of sorting out ur mast problems in the bt82 area, it’s been an ongoing issue for over a year yet nothing ever gets resolved! Complaints fall on deaf ears.. I’m sticking to my side of the contract (payment) is there any chance you could fulfill your end!!

@O2 They have blocked me from contact them through their suggested means of contact. Stop over charging me. 5 years I’ve been with you and still every month I sit on the phone trying to resolve an issue on your “system” your not paying me for tech support
