Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

It’s beautiful. I need to connect to @O2 Wi-Fi at my local because the mobile signal is awful. Have a guess how you have to join? They send a code by text which never gets to you because….. …the mobile signal is awful. #genius

@O2 Absolutely shocking. App hasn't worked since 8am this morning. Not even a chance of getting in just frozen. But suprise surprise, ticket sites have managed to get hold of them without problems and now trying to resell them at scandalously over the top prices
