    @O2 my wife called O2 customer service on Tuesday, requested a call back from a manager. Said they will call in 24 hours...well, must be a looong 24 hours coz we are still to get a call back. Can you help?

    So, FURTHER to the issue of o2 taking over £600 instead of £60. I'm now 3 days down the line. Still no call back from a manager and no refund as promised. @O2 I am contacting the ombudsman today if this not resolved.

    @O2 just ordered the galaxy fold and it'd saying it'd delayed and you don't know when it will be delivered. I just need to wait for a text. but then it's down as delivery 2-3 days on the website. So will I get mine in 2-3 days or not?
