    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @idRidge @O2 The EXACT same has happened to me today, I've been told its cracked when there was absolutely ZERO damage upon sending and I made sure it was as safe as possible from damage when sent. Really not happy

    @O2 absolutely terrible company, would not let me reduce my tariff (out of contract) to a more suitable cheaper tariff, would have made me cancel my current tariff and get new sim with cheaper one, then transfer my old number over. Nice user experience 🙄
