Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

Everyone’s getting in on the bill increases aren’t they. @O2 just e-mailed me and so did @SkyUK. Fluff it that it’s essential to provide a better service, which we know is pants. So customers can’t change tariffs mid contract without being charge but you can do it and it’s fine
