    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @O2 keep calling with upgrade deals. When I say keep calling. 100’s of calls a week. Answered to tell them to stop calling again.. Got told to **** off by the guy on the phone. nice @O2 very nice.

    @O2 hi, I have been with o2 for over 20 years and this last year has been the worst for Data, I'm regularly looking at full 4/5g coverage but still things won't load, and I'm not even speaking of video. When on holiday in Greece it was perfect so it's obviously no my device and..

    @O2 hi team. We cancelled our virgin media package as of 29/11. With the package was linked a SIM card. Virgin have advised that I need to cancel my SIM separately. What info do you need from me to do this? Thanks

    @O2 PLEASE HELP!! I’ve received 2 faulty iPhones in a row. Spent hours on Online chat v unhelpful. Drove 1.5 hr to store for new sim that didn’t work. Have called cust supp 200 times - busy. Get through then get cut off. Need this sorted urgently!!
