Well. @O2 have been truly astoundingly unhelpful. It will now take until Tuesday to port in my number. The customer service line kept telling me to say 'yes' then not understanding when I said yes, took me round in circles and then I got hung up on by the agent. But it's done.

@Madnotbad60 I have not had a single positive experience with DPD. Am not happy with @O2 who flatly refused to deliver my phone on a Saturday. I have been a customer of theirs for 20 years. Not for much longer after this experience.
