@O2 You guys are impossible to get hold of on the phone and it seems I'm not the only one. So I'm giving you notice on here, I've cancelled my contract within the 14 days since I ordered it. I think I'll be in a much better place as I've had non stop issues when dealing with you!

@O2 I ordered a new phone and contract this afternoon and now on my current hand set I’ve had NO service for hours and I cannot ge through to any customer service reps? Will I get my service back? Need this phone to function tomorrow before new one arrives!
