    @O2 no wonder you haven't abolished free roaming, o2 in Germany is awful. I've been here a week and I can literally get next to no reception unless I'm connected to wifi, it really is so bad.

    @O2 🤬fuming placed my upgrade order via the app for collection and told 30mins collect from Ealing store, turn up and answer No, phone customer support and they dropped the call just after 5pm. 🤬 maybe I need to move to another provide with my personal and business accounts

    @tjd19 @MissWittank @O2 Actually now I think about it, it was BT I just moved from to EE. However, I had no problem when I left O2 a few years ago, still got PAC straight away. O2 are too big & don’t even try to keep customers happy. 😠

    What is going on with @O2 lately? A whole week in another part if the uk, where I've had rubbish signal, and it's no better now I'm home. It hasn't been great for a while but it's so frustrating to have no more than s single bar, no 4g and awful call signal.

    @MKcol @O2 @lebara do you know which network they use? As they’ll get lower data priority compared to the actual carrier .. (eg. GiffGaff on o2)

    The so-called Helpline guy @O2 told me that I have to tell everyone I know in Guernsey to reset their phones because it definitely isn't an @O2 issue. And they have charged me £20 for the texts that didn't send.

    @pixiefan_123 @O2 "small print"....If they're not fulfilling their side of the contract I'd demand to speak to customer NOservices manager! Escalate it, if they want your business & loyalty and no potential customers to see these public posts they should have a rethink! Don't let @O2 fk u about😡

    @Rozrunsabit @tjd19 @O2 I think their service has gone downhill since they merged with Virgin. Also I don't get a phone signal, let alone a data signal, for nearly half of my journey to work now.

    @MissWittank @tjd19 @O2 We found only way to sever a Vodafone contract was to cancel the direct debit as husband couldn’t get through on phone or internet & shops don’t deal with such trivia. Absolutely ridiculous! 😡
