    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @O2 Why? So you can tell me that there are no issues. To what end? I've followed every means of recourse I can and i got nowhere. The only thing I can do now is move and it's a shame because you are one of the few retailers that carry my prefeed phone brand (@sonyxperia ).
