I had the WORST customer experience in recent memory with @O2 - it took literally 3 hrs for them to upgrade me and they were unable to recycle my phone. I have an account in perfect standing & pristine phone. A day I will never get back. I will change ASAP! RUN FROM THEM!

@Jason__Watkins @O2 Sorry to hear that Jason. Hope you get it sorted very soon. I had a concern about a scam text code recently and couldn’t get through to talk to anyone cos it was just after 6.30 in the eve. Not great service at all.
