@ChantelleSeddon @tomclearwood @O2 If you get a decent signal on O2, switch to Giffgaff, as I did a couple of years ago. They use the O2 network, but do not tie you into a long contract. You will have to buy your handset outright but monthly costs are tiny in comparison. btw I have no connection with them.

Trying to switch phone networks and gain a PAC number from @O2 is like trying to ask for the nuclear codes ... "there has been an issue processing the request..." This is ridiculous!!!

@O2 May I gently suggest that customer service consisting of a text telling you to call 202, and a voice on 202 telling you to text... followed by Twitter support with 30+ minutes between replies... isn’t good enough?
