@O2 Cmon guys - got to the front of the queue in Greggs, ordered a coffee and then had to pay for it it because the app was down. Are you going to offer refunds? Can't even go back later because I'm in meetings now to get my free one. 😡

@O2 following on from the disaster of yesterday I am still unable to login to priority app. Either passcode doesn’t work or when it does it resets and asks for my mobile again. Not a great experience! And yes I’ve deleted and reloaded app

@O2 Please can you sort the Priority App out, since the crash yesterday, my app hasn’t worked properly, trying to login, sends me a code enter the code kicks me straight back to the login page again. It’s getting annoying now.
