    @O2 It's been about a month now and you've still not fixed the data speeds in my area. Ever since you began improving the network it's been slow! How long does to take to fix a mast? Not this long surely. Absolutely ridiculous

    @O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

    @O2 hi, I have been having an issue with my signal since I started my plan back in February with yourselves, whereby there the signal is usable due to an ongoing issue with the mast, keep being told that there is nothing that can be done, no option to cancel or discount
