    @O2 If you have a phone reported as stolen by a fraudster O2 ensure you do not regain control of your phone for at least a week or more! So beware and do not expect reasonable support from O2 as they assist fraudsters...

    @TelefonicaUK @O2 4 weeks I have been with your network and it's still rubbish, missed calls, slow internet, drained battery - I moved from EE to you and it's worse - not happy at all. Mast is still down. no-one cares!

    Just as my faith in @bt_uk was starting to get better, here I am over 4 weeks into a #broadband contract and it still doesn't work. Lucky my @O2 phone #4g hotspot is holding out.
