    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @O2 Ok could I ask that you update your bio to tell customers you no longer provide support on X? That way you also wouldn't need to respond to each message? What are the system limitations on X you speak of?

    @O2 what's happening in my area?? There was maintenance work being done that was completed on Thursday but 5g/4g doesn't work and there's 1 bar of network, l know other networks aren't working too.
