@O2 I have been wrongly charged £179 instead of £37 per month on my personal numbers and your complaints department keep passing me from one handler to another with a gap of a week in between. So disgusted with the service I am receiving.Will look to move my 7 business mobiles too .

We have been without the ability to make calls from our @O2 phones for days now because of work being done to the mast.. apparently that is considered a fault and as they cannot guarantee a fault free service we still pay for the potential 8 days of no service...

Never join @O2. Their helpline is shambolic, not to mention that I called them 9 times to sort out a cancelled contract (within cooling-off period) only for them to charge me anyway (for the whole year). How's your day?
