    @O2 I genuinely would not have believed that o2 would have worse data network performance than Three!! Having recently switched what I have found is that o2 gets better signal strength than Three in a majority of places , but using 3G !!!! ??? Seriously, 3G !!!??? 😱😤

    @b_bobby51990 @O2 I have had no service at my home address as have multiple neighbours they say there is no network issues when clearly there is all they offer is a new sim and my wife and I pay in excess of £100 a month for such poor service

    @O2 Day 12 – Still no resolution from @O2UK No working calls. No updates. No escalation. You left a voicemail I couldn’t receive — then did… nothing. I’ve asked multiple times to be contacted via WhatsApp. Ignored again. This is now just negligence. #O2Fail #O2Support

    The customer service @O2 is absolutely shocking. Lost my phone so went to replace it. Was told in store not an issue, except they didn't switch the airtime plan. Go in today, they tell me it can't be done in store so tells me to phone - 1/

    @O2 hi there, we’d used a code to try and book tickets for the cinema. Unfortunately we had to cancel but we couldn’t cancel the tickets. We want to see the same movie this week but the code won’t work. Is there a way we could book the same movie and use the 2 for 1 voucher?

    Sick, sick SICK @O2. Spent THREE DAYS trying to do hat should have taken ten minutes. Upgrade website not working, orders being created then cancelled. On the phone for TWO HRS yesterday. Can never get to speak to anyone in these isles, always Philippines or India. Cancel #O2
