    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @O2 where is my phone I ordered on 3rd December? Customer for 20years and appalling service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone or @DPDgroup_news who @O2 are blaming.

    @waynetuckwell @O2 Luckily, they send me a text just before they cut off all my 7 lines threatening legal action Inc debt recovery, I use the link in the email to pay all in one go. It's literally the only way I can pay my bills unless I spend 2hrs on the phone. It's ******* shockingly bad @Ofcom

    @O2 possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with, up graded to a nearly new phone that was blocked due to a fraud claim on it and now trying to get it sorted no one in the company actually gives a ****, promise after promise of resolutions and callbacks nothing has happened

    @O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!
