@MiggleM @O2 O2. If you care to read the other comments this not an isolated case. It’s nationwide. You 4G is atrocious. I never experienced anything like this on Vodafone (13 years). I regret leaving them for the promise of better coverage.

Hey, @O2 I just paid an eye bleeding amount for an iPad upgrade... the sim swap service is rubbish. I can't speak to a person when I call you, just a computerised voice. The written instructions that came with the sim are *too tiny to read*
