    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @O2 utterly ridiculous, signed up for a new contract three and a half weeks ago, received phone and was told my account had been shut down by the fraud team. Emailed as instructed 13 working days ago and heard absolutely nothing. Brand new iPhone 14 sat in a drawer unusable 😤

    @O2 why now I’ve changed from rolling contract to pay as you go have you managed to mess up my myo2 app and I’ve had zero support. Nearly 2 weeks and still no further forward with the app. Guess only direct debit payments matter to you these days
