Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

@babsc94 @O2 I'm with EE, but there is an area of Maybole that gets no O2 service, keep getting told it is a mast issue, that it's fixed, then it isn't. People are rightly fed up.

I’ve spent a week trying to get my past as you go number transferred with @O2. Only to be told each time that there was a technical error & a new request would be made. Today I finally got to a manager who informed me it’s a known widespread issue, massive waste of time & money
