@O2 your customer service is appalling! Your customer support in South Africa is a disgrace. My mother had a query about her mobile number being transferred from Vodafone to o2. However the absolute fool on the other end of the phone was abrasive and damn right rude

Getting a lot of calls from 07860 numbers, which is the same first 5 digits as mine. Just answered one and the caller asked why I had rang her - I hadn’t. She’s having similar problems with her number and people calling her saying the same. Is this an @o2 thing or wider?

@O2 Have DM this info but not sure it will help. Guy who answered kept saying calls were recorded, but he also said that when he called back from Northern Ireland.
