@O2 It improves sometimes, but is generally awful. I often have to wait for What’s App messages to send, and frequently miss calls as people can’t get through. It’s not my phone - new iPhone 12.

Is it just me, or does @O2 have pretty much the worst signal? I thought it was just Bedfordshire but as I’ve travelled around over the summer, it’s pretty slow everywhere! <sigh> #O2 #noteven4G #mobilesignal

@O2 @o2 for a comms company you are very difficult to speak to. Tried to call you 3 times today and each time you said you were too busy and cut me off. Terrible customer service. "We're O2. We’re available 7am-10pm (8am-8pm weekends) and 24/7" bullshit
