O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reportedStill nothing from @o2 still no phone service which they cut off without merit. Famous last words last week don’t worry we will iron out the bug with your service. That’s one way no service.
-
Johnny Storm (@humantorch1036) reported@O2 @Marty201023 Is anyone at @o2 awake? No customer service at all. Literally the worse network. I had a problem with Three and it was dealt with in 10 mins on their Live Chat.
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@humantorch1036 @O2 @Ofcom Unless an issue is happening to a certain number of people, watchdogs, official bodies, etc. Do nothing. So they just plod along, counting numbers, with little to offer. Also, there is no such thing as, "An independent watchdog/official body" - they are in each other's pockets.
-
Tom Talks Cars (@TomTalksCars) reported5G signal with @O2 seems to get worse by the day. Unusable anywhere in central London these days
-
Andrew (the *****) (@Andrewislington) reported@O2:Our network’s slow because the entire country won’t stop doomscrolling. Ideas? Mel B: Sorted. I’ll pre-record a load of painfully awkward messages telling people to put the phone down and touch grass… then we’ll just rebrand the lag as our brand-new “Scroll Stopper” feature
-
ShinP3ngy (@NotSoP3ng) reported@lloydoh17 @O2 Yh constant dead zones and it’s getting worse they keep texting saying there working in the postcodes but still it’s getting worse and then the customer service getting through the constant app glitches they can say what they want but it’s getting by weirder since the merger
-
MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!
-
Steve Dower (@zooba) reported@willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.
-
Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
-
millie (@overgrownmillie) reported@O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????
