    @HayleyJ87 @O2 If it’s a direct debit Falkland your bank, cancel it and ask them to do an indemnity claim If it’s a card payment tell them you want their disputes team to take it up with O2. They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

    @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

    Appalling customer service from @O2 - now the third time I have got to resolve the same issue… numerous hours wasted trying to get through for it to repeat again the next month. Why is it so difficult?!

    @O2 customer service is absolutely shocking. They promised me they cancelled a sim as they couldn’t do what I required (sold me the SIM saying it could be done) I’ve received bills the last 3 months. Never used it once. Each time calling them and they reassuring me it’s sorted

    @virginmedia @O2 Apparently your idea of helping people to stay connected is to charge them inflated prices for basic Internet service. I've just been told that if I remove Sports from my package, you would charge me £87 a month for Internet+Calls ONLY! How is that fair value? Daylight robbery.

    @O2 today one of your agents offered me a booster box for my homes poor signal that does not exist. Then i hear theres been no escalation of my signal issue. Are you in the business of not listening/caring what your customers say? 5 hours of being on the phone and counting.

    @O2 Not impressed, just changed my daughter PAYG tarif, and it told me to add credit. Added credit, it was immediately taken out as the old tarif. Just logged on and there's no credit on her account, no allowances and no online support.

    @O2 Day 5 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
