    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    @2wheelsnot4 @O2 @Ofcom I’ve never understood the standard 3.9% increase. They all do that. It’s like they put that on to much sure the company achieves inflation, even if the economy doesn’t. Legal scam.
