@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@O2 your fraud & security / customer service is shocking. Sep 2nd - email reply from Eleanor in the Fraud team saying I’d have a reply in 10 working days. It’s now January and still nothing. Seem to be fine trying to bill me though (I never took out a phone contract with O2)

@O2 Your customer "services" are a total shambles. My partner has spent more than 2 and a half hours to try to correct YOUR errors. Thought she had it sorted on tuesday. Only to be bombarded with pay or else texts. So more time, more bouncing around. No help at all. Big mistake

And with that I say farewell to @VodafoneUK and hello to @O2 - I’ve been a Vodafone customer for many years, but the reintroduction of roaming was too much. Plus at o2 I get a better phone for a cheaper rate. So yeah. Byeeeee!!!!

@O2 Why do you make it so hard to cancel a contract? The phone isn't mine (but I'm paying the bill) so I can't 'ring from my O2 number' and there doesn't appear to be any other way to do this online.
