@O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

@HayleyJ87 @O2 If it’s a direct debit Falkland your bank, cancel it and ask them to do an indemnity claim If it’s a card payment tell them you want their disputes team to take it up with O2. They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

@O2 disgusted with the level of customer service. Sent my phone away for repair, only to find out when I call for an update that it has been recycled. No communication from O2 whatsoever, and now multiple calls from myself with still no resolution or replacement. Appalling.
