The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported@O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. The phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.

Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?
