    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam @O2 Well I had an email confirmation after I signed the new credit agreement but the first text was the one I got advising of the delay. I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    Broadband seekers - stay far, far away from @virginmedia (subsequently @O2 now too). Never witnessed more incompetent customer service or worse internet speeds. The scum of the earth of telecom companies. They also charge you hundreds of £££ if you *gasp* decide to move house.

    Hey @O2 got another scam call this time they sent a text during call! FRAUD ALERT - MUST READ Has someone called you and asked for a code? Hang up. They DO NOT work for O2 and are trying to commit fraud on your O2 account. Never give a one-time code to anyone who called you. 1/2
