    Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

    Well it looks like I'm now going to have to TETHER so I can actually use some internet on my PC seen as @virginmedia is STILL down in my area. Now all this is gonna come out of my data allowance @O2 , brilliant

    @O2 What the hell is going on with your service lately in Leeds LS13 area, calls keep dropping and getting dead rings a lot at the moment. Just on hold for while get through and call goes dead again. 😡😡😤😤

    @O2 day 4 now since I transferred my number from my old phone to the new one. Used the seemingly “simple” transfer to get a new eSIM and still not got a working mobile service. Order still “processing”. Simply unacceptable. Basically my new iPhone is a paperweight till fixed!

    I’ve uploaded documents which I was not comfy doing. I had it raised, gave a complaint via the phone & email- STILL not done. So I asked to close the request because I cba & want my documents deleted - & guess what.. NOT DONE - Fobbed off & lied to AGAIN @O2 2/3

    @SooozeKerr @O2 Yes, it's probably a scam thinking about it. Sorry @O2! I put the phone down straight away. I couldn't really understand her Indian accent and it was in a loud call centre. I am fine with who I'm with and couldn't be bothered and was annoyed so said "have a good day, goodbye".

    @O2 Never again would I use your online switch up service. Old iPhone sent back two weeks ago, no confirmation from your switch up team that the device has been checked & cleared and now I find another months charge on my bill. Your call centre staff useless since joining Virgin!

    @MartinSLewis I’m a bit nervous as moved from o2 to skip price hike like you said and took your Lebara deal. My final bill with o2 is over £200 for both mine and my wife’s phone? What are my rights as there was no warning from @O2 when I called to cancel??

    @MartinSLewis @Ofcom I’m leaving @O2 now. If you have an account with multiple numbers and you SMS for a PAC I get a response saying they can’t do it via SMS. MyO2 chat has lengthy wait times so I’m guessing lots are jumping ship. 2 of 4 PAC codes down 2 more to go.
