    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    Really disappointed with @O2, poor customer service, rude In store service, incorrect information given, called O2 help line to be told it could have been sorted in store. So now she’s having to go back to the store to tell them that they can sort it out. #timewasted

    @Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam @O2 Well I had an email confirmation after I signed the new credit agreement but the first text was the one I got advising of the delay. I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    Hey @O2 I don’t really need to borrow anything from anyone but I’m stressing out about it none the less!! I won’t lose anything with my credit rating being so poor but there should be a responsibility by you to accept a mistake and not screw someone for SIX YEARS 2/3

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    Just called @O2 automated service to pay my bill but the system can't link my number with an account!! My other half called twice today and it didn't even go to voicemail let alone ring. If I've missed any calls this week, I'm going to be pissed! #BeAware #NotAHappyBunny

    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @O2 You are COMPLETELY incompetent and stupid. Over 7 days now and no SIM activation. I cannot make or receive calls. I cannot use any websites that require 2FA. I am losing business. I am losing time (over six hours now spent on this). I am increasingly stressed.

    @O2 I've just noticed that my data usage has disappeared from the top of the app. If I click (say) minutes instead, there is a tab for data, which is reporting zero usage. Are u aware there is a problem?

    @O2 @O2 I’ll DM but your staff are a joke & in the chat session I’ve had this morning, Karen has taken the piss to such an extent that she’s pushed me to swear, which I never do. She has been AWFUL. A tip; do away with the faut chumminess & just do your job effectively.

    @O2 received the worst customer experience, never have I been spoken to so rudely as a paying customer. Blaming me for a potential GDPR breach by your company where by my contract/other details have gone to somebody elses email because of they way you have set my account up.

    @O2 I literally have no signal anywhere I go. My fiancée who is with EE, has 5/4G all the time whilst my Fold 3 never does. I'm paying for a service which I'm not receiving!

    @O2 @O2 So, I got one of your SIM cards with my Virgin Media account, but when I try and log in to MyO2 I get a "Your O2 Account has not been activated" error, resetting password etc doesn't help, the account isn't active.
