    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    @TheO2 so disappointed in the lack of customer care I have been with @O2 for 15 years@they cannot seem to solve or even talk about my complaint of why my bill is £1300+ in 6 months,it should’ve be 50% less.Why wont they address my main complaint and talk to me just pass me around

    @O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.

    @O2 I’ve had fraud on my account for months have called multiple times everytime told fraud have handled it. However today I see two missed payments on my credit file - I’m not even a customer!! No response from the credit file team, tired of repeating myself. I left you in Nov!

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden can’t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?

    @O2 Via dd and as I said to your customer service rep I don't have the ability to pay twice and that massive unpaid sign in all my lines/devices is now agrovating me why do you not just pur processing on the app if that is the case

    @O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

    Is anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an offshore @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
