    @O2 45 mins on live chat, oh no we can’t help you have to call, I call, we are too busy to put you in a queue. Get alternative number, I hang on for 35 minutes, they answer but say can’t hear. I just want a refund for a LIKE NEW handset which had a significantly degraded battery
