@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 Thanks. Network coverage is supposedly good in Bath - but it’s not! It’s an ongoing problem and less than satisfactory. My wife and I have O2 on new iPhones - both have issues making calls outside in the BA2 area of Bath. Calls usually connect but conversation is impossible.

So firstly @O2, why is the customer service so bad? & why is it so hard to find somewhere with the iPhone 12 in blue? It shouldn’t be this hard to upgrade & tbh, I’m getting real fed up of the back & forth with no help! I’m not usually this grumpy but today was something else!😤
