@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@CodeAmidCoffee @O2 @EE At least on EE you can use you phone - the reception is great on my iPad & my work phone on EE - o2 are charging a premium for a service they can’t provide & is unusable.

Well done to @O2 , after signing a disabled pensioner to two contracts they didn’t want. Now your instruction to them is “get the account holder to contact us through Twitter or Instagram” what terrible service and information.

@O2 So I've been with you 14 months & had nothing but poor connectivity, slow network & limited reception. You send me an increase letter for 17.3% making increases since I joined 30%.In June when my contract runs out it will be no thanks @GarethTurpin you are just not delivering

@Ginger_Tucci @O2 @ee want 14.4%. Robbing bastards!! The staff won't get that it pay rises. Apparently I'm essentially paying for infrastructure as more people join the network. Not at those prices!! I'll be going SIM only when I'm out of contract to save some money!

@O2 can’t collect my order from store as my ID is out of date (didn’t realise before ordering) tried to cancel and reorder and it’s taking ages. unable to divert order to home delivery. Absolute nightmare and I need my new phone urgently. Anything I can do to speed up the process

@O2 That's 3 times this evening I've called customer services, and each time they have disconnected the call the moment I enquire about leaving o2 due to the ridiculously poor 4G speeds. Why is CS this difficult with o2?

@O2 Given up after 1 hour and 45 minutes. Not acceptable. I was calling on behalf of my daughter in the US because you have doubled, yes doubled, her monthly tariff on the phone she keeps for when she’s home. Is this why you are busy? Other people trying to cancel too?
