@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 complete joke how I have been treated and have only been with o2 for 3 days. Definitely a decision I regret. Staff tell u different things. Issues unresolved. Being ignored. Caused me so much stress and hassle.

@O2 worst customer service ever! 3 hours trying to get activate an Apple Watch data plan and I’ve shoved from department to department! Debating cancelling my contracts as I’m still in my 14 day cooling off period! Such a **** level of customer service!

@O2 I’m not a customer of O2 anymore but I’m unable to pay my final bill because getting hold of someone in order to do this is nigh on impossible. I was forwarded to the “automatic payment line” which, you guessed it, ended up being the same menu as before.

@O2 move from Virgin mobile to O2 UK, I have asked to port my old number. The porting date was yesterday (05APR2022). Porting has not happened yet. Please I do not want to lose my old number for a series of reasons. Your customer service was not much of help.

@O2 I’ve not been able to make calls or get internet even though Ive paid outstanding monies. When will my service be resumed? This is causing me no end of problems with work
