@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 i have been a customer of yours for 15 years and not happy to see you are merging with @virginmedia. I hope your customer service stays the same as I’ve been waiting 6 months for a £100 compensation and had really bad customer service.
