@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@adamlgphoto @O2 They'll never tell you that there are better options available. Same with utility companies because they rely on people being too lazy to check. That's why prices will never go back down even if cost of living decreases because they know they can get away with it.
