@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@O2 I’ve done all of these. I’ve been with o2 for years and I have never had good signal. Even people with 3G and 1 bar of signal had more than me with full signal and 4G! You have always been poor. Why are the connections so bad?

@O2 I finally got it to work by using my phone (copied the code and went to the website from within the O2 App) which gave me the option to select a promotional ticket type. So I think this is an issue that related to my IPad Pro. Thanks for getting back to me.

@O2 By the way. Santander technical said they'd had an internal notification on Sat morning that there was an O2 problem but this was fixed Sat pm. Appreciate any help you can give asap, as can't access bank online at all.
