@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

This is brilliant, @O2 legit just suggested to me that I change my address with Virgin Media so it matches the incorrect address they hold, and I can't help but wonder if I made a mistake getting a new contract with them

Hi @O2 who can i complain to about my bill? Huge charges during my recent USA trip. But it wasn’t until 7 days into my trip you text me to inform me there would be charges. By that point the damage was done. My contract is up in two months, I’ll be seriously reviewing that now!

@O2 Proud to be re-joining O2 after a few years at EE - They are now ripping me off so I'm back to the operator I had back in the GPRS days - hopefully the network service will be at least as good.
