@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

So @O2 is offering some of its customers free Audible, Cafeyn, and McAfee but not others I found out tonight. I’ve been with them for a decade and am not eligible for their “just for being a customer offer” well I call bullshit. Another reason when my contract runs out next year

@O2 I cannot believe it is so hard to buy just a handset to replace a broken phone. Having experienced bad store colleague service and a store manager that lied, I’ve now got to wait 5 working days for you to refund my £552. All calls to O2 were a waste of time. Terrible.

@O2 Only about 26 times.....reset network settings, reset phone entirely, turn phone off an on, make sure WiFi isn't on an all the rest of it.....£50 a month this isn't acceptable at all

@O2 @virginmedia transferred 1 of my 3 numbers to o2 to give me a monthly discount on my bill. Unfortunately they haven't fixed the issue with my connection so I'm moving providers which means there is no point moving 1 of my numbers to you. That link doesn't explain what is day 1?
