    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 Network down and signal intermittenance in KA18 area due to malfunctioning mast, have registered my postcode for updates. This has happened before and I'm wondering, if it's the same mast as the last time. 🤔 #O2NetworkDown

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @O2 I placed an order for a SIM only plan on 26th January but have still not received the SIM card. Have tried phoning customer services but they hung up on me! Can you DM me please so that I can chase up the order.
