  @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

  @o2 I can’t use my cinema code, the @ODEONCinemas @ODEONHelp at thorp park Leeds comes up but doesn’t take code off, it is because is reclining seats? Tried 10 times now please can you help!

  Hi @O2 - please can you update me on the progress of my port? When I spoke to Tesco yesterday they said that you hadn’t requested it yet. I’m not convinced it went through properly in store as I have never had a confirmation of my credit agreement like you would usually get.

  Need a mobile service do not bother with @O2 1st they can’t even send your new device to the correct address. 2nd they offer compensation to make up for wasting your time. 3rd you spend most of the next 2 weeks wasting more time chasing the compensation that was promised #joke
