@O2 last month my elderly, vulnerable uncle spent £250 on his pay as u go @O2 bill. I’m now trying to help him set up a monthly contract, but it’s proving v difficult to process- your cust service are so unhelpful… do you have any provision for vulnerable customers please?

@O2 your customer processes and services are appalling. Every time i fill in the form to port my old number it errors out. Your live chat is permanently busy. Call waiting over an hour. Earliest call back option is 28th Jan. What a joke

@paulrose1974 @O2 I’m on Sky mobile and about a quarter of a mile from your Bath Road head office. I’m on emergency call out and my phone is not working. As a last resort, will I be able to divert calls to a family members number? Work phone is also O2 so probably not much help.
