@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 45 mins on live chat, oh no we can’t help you have to call, I call, we are too busy to put you in a queue. Get alternative number, I hang on for 35 minutes, they answer but say can’t hear. I just want a refund for a LIKE NEW handset which had a significantly degraded battery

@EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 Also Smith/Farrell doesn't work. Start one or the other please. I don't care which one, but Smith seemed to have been given his head a bit, and his understanding with Dombrandt caused problems. 🐢💨
