    Hey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @O2 @IanPike This isn't a device-specific issue. The Wifi Extra network on the tube is now password protected. SIM authentication doesn't work because you need additional info that isn't available. The landing page that asked for your phone number to verify your device doesn't exist now!

    @O2 I bought a iPhone 13 and opened a new contract with you on the 31st March. I received my phone and tried to transfer my number 07966225423 by giving you the pac codes. My phone got blocked and no one has been able to help me.

    @Ofcom Help! @O2 seem to be using a ploy to stop people paying off their devices and leaving contracts by saying the card was declined. Tried five different cards / my banks says they haven’t even attempted the transaction. Where do I stand. I want to pay my device and end.

    @O2 Can you tell me why I am able to log in to the My o2 website but can't use the same credentials to log in to the My o2 app? It's also near enough impossible to speak to a human on 202. I don't want to speak to a chat bot and I don't have all day to hang on the phone.

    @O2 This is the problem, the information I’m being given is incorrect and nobody seems to be able to resolve it. Only the one account has been closed, the other two seem to be pending for some unknown reason.

    Hey @O2 my data is nonexistent in my town centre ever since our local O2 store closed. I pay quite a lot of money a month for data that I can’t use. I’ve tried reporting the fault on you’re website for about a month and nothing has been done. Any chance someone could fix this?
