    @O2 not quite sure what I pay my contract towards, the service has been absolutely shocking for weeks now, 4G at times throughout the day is non existent and I know others have the same frustrations. Friends on other networks in the mean time have no issues.

    @O2 Morning team, I checked after and the girl from the shop who set it up, didn't put a sim in the phone! Don't know what kind if problems this will cause now, but out of WiFi I can't use it at all and obviously can't use sms or normal calling.

    1 hr 20 min trying to upgrade to a new iphone 11 with @O2 but because they never updated my name after being married 7 yrs ago (sent marriage certificate) won’t do it.. goodbye O2..

    @O2 Where is my order? I should have received it on 21st jan. No tracking given. No update recieved. 02 wont refund me or cancel the order. Called 5 times, spent hours on hold. No reply to my complaint. Whats going on?

    @O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    I recommend avoiding @O2 as a mobile provider. Cut my services off yet they've gotten payment on 4th. Am told my services won't be restored UNTIL the 13th because they can't "find" the payment. Bank has given them the details they need. Can't even call the doctor, complaint it is

    You tweet @O2 asking for help after your phone has been stolen on holiday. You receive a public facing, sympathetic response asking you to message privately. You do and... nothing. You can't help thinking it's glossy PR. Either there's nobody there or they don't care

    @O2 @getlostidiot1 After reading this and having already been in touch with you concerning how my my 89 year old dad lost £10 from his phone without him knowing. Unfortunately, no one seemed to help me. He got really upset by this.

    i can honestly say that @O2 is by far the worst company i think i’ve ever had a contract with, constant issues with them, had multiple hacks after talking to the OFFICIAL phone number, price hikes galore and now i can’t even access my bill to cancel and go sim only. Shocking👍🏼

    @JaneEyreAtHeart @O2 Had the same issue? Received a text saying 80% of data used. Same message a week later and 36 hours after that no data. O2 are denying there’s any issue but I know of other people who are losing data overnight when it’s not been used.
