My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 Your customer service line needs to actually work. An automated message telling me to use an app or site i cannot access then hanging up is not customer service. You want my wife's phone back, you contact me.
