My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 Trouble is your network coverage link shows at least 4G in all the areas I go to work and also visit, also shows 4/5G on my phone when in these areas but nothing using data loads up fast, if at all. I know it is not just my phone as my husband has the same issues!

I’ve asked this before but anyone else havin issues with @O2 network just being permanently ****. 4G and 5G u can’t use utter joke. What are we actually paying for. Mite as well use yoghurt pots and string
