@NathanJBright @O2 Get a free pay as you go sim (on different network) & port number across. Then a new O2 contract through the third party website & port number back. It’s worked every time I’ve tried it (although I’ve not done it on O2, but can’t think why it wouldn’t…)

@O2 need your help again. I receive O2 SIM cards via O2 Star Trader. They implemented a new payment strategy last week and was supposed to pay my commission by the end of last week. I have not received this and emailed them on Friday. I have as yet not received a response.

@O2 the survey went to a section where you could provide your email details and someone from the customer service team would contact you within 48 hours (I assume business days). That was a week ago. No contact. Zilch. Thanks @O2! #O2CrappyService
