    @O2 can stormy weather affect O2 signal? A bit of stormy weather here and had no service all day its says emergency calls only keep resetting my phone and turning it of but it wont change

    @O2 Have been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes so far to try to resolve a problem that you cannot do on the internet - you need to compensate me for my time as well as the call costs! Only with an economic cost for poor service will it improve

    @O2 Hi, my mum has just rang 202 from her phone and sorted the issue, but has been charged £6 for the phone call. They said they cannot refund her it as I am the account holder and I have to call for the refund. Is it possible to do on here or do I need to call?

    @O2 I spoke to CS on 202 on 12 May 2021 and was promised a callback to resolve MyO2 App issue. I’m still waiting. :-(
