@virginmedia Looks like there's a fault throughout the UK. Also it doesn't help that I have to go outside into the middle of street to get a signal with @O2.

@SkyUK disgusted by your mobile customer service. Refusing to repair a phone under warranty as it has MINOR scratches on the screen which you have admitted has nothing to do with the fault. Should have stayed with @O2 who look after their customers

@O2 I signed up a week ago after confirming my area has good signal. I had for 3 day and now already missing phone calls and have things cancelled because i cannot be contacted. Worst service ever and regret singing up with O2. People stay away.
