@O2 I've done this, and was threatened with either accepting a £11 plan and when I wanted to carry on with the complaint, was told that this wouldn't be possible. Contract terminated. I've been an O2 customer for 20 years. Pathetic

@O2 Got new iPhone upgrade today with new 5g sim. Setup using backup of old iPhone but won’t connect new sim so can’t swap it by text. Old sim works in new device. 15 minute wait on phone and no online chat available. Help?
