My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

I’ve been getting great 5G from @O2 recently, so I decide to upgrade and get some more data. The twist: after the upgrade, 5G stops working. I contact support. They “reassure” me that I couldn’t have been getting 5G as my location isn’t on their coverage map. Now I’m stuck 🙈

@O2 please can you help me. I've tried Customer Service at least 3 times and I still can't make international calls despite repeated reassurances. I have a family member abroad who is seriously ill and this is a massive problem for me as I can't contact family. PLEASE HELP.
