    @O2 hi am currently in France and I am unable to use my data . The error message says “you are not subscribed to a data service “. I have switched on data roaming. I can see the 3G /4G symbol top right on screen and the local carrier name. This bad caused me a lot of hassle.

    Horrified with the service provided by @O2 recently. I've had my phone sent off three times and just received a damaged refurb as a replacement. Safe to say I won't be using o2 again after more than 10 years with them.

    @O2 i am very unhappy with O2 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was upgraded to an A22 phone. During the call i spoke about adding NHS discount. O yes no problem you add it via our website. I tried but it wouldn't work so called again. They couldn't see why so promised to add manually ..cont

    @matthewnunn1986 @AdzCrawford2003 @O2 You said Sky uses the O2 signal which I suspect switched to Virgin infrastructure on 1st June. The company that provides customer support is irrelevant as they won't be able to fix the infrastructure issues.

    @O2 just wondering why I pay you for a service I’m not getting? Been around Cornwall for a week and my phone says 4G and 90% of the time I’ve got absolutely nothing. At this rate I’ll go elsewhere when contracts up.
