@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

@O2 FairPlay some of the worst customer service I received this morning. The call centre lady “well I work from home don’t I, then hung up” lots of companies starting to swing this way. Time to cancel contracts and go PAYG

@O2 Please do not buy sim cards from this dishonest company. they made a 15 percent hike this month, because of the air pollution (they said it would not exceed 4.3 percent) I have never seen such a fraudulent (dodgy) company in my entire life.

@O2 had no network connection for 2 days now in the M26 area. I'm on transplant list so need my phone wherever I am and that is mainly at home in this area. It could literally could be a life saver anytime if it actually worked.

@O2 Have sent postcode. WiFi calling doesn’t allow for text messages when you are trying to get verification messages for work related tasks. Nor does it help all our residents. Really you should be refunding the entire month for all affected residents and work to reinstate asap
