Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Longstanton and nearby locations:

  • AzuHatch Azu Hatch (@AzuHatch) reported from Ely, England

@O2 wouldn't it great if you offered a #buymeonce #sustainable-ish phone service where you encourage your customers to keep using their handsets and not upgrade #rethinkrepair #towardszerowaste

  • musings_of_mum Becky (@musings_of_mum) reported from Oakington and Westwick, England

@O2 Ok I signed up yesterday and now I’m getting emails from Disney saying I can’t have two subscriptions but I cannot find a way to manage this on o2 or Amazon. Help !! There’s nothing obvious

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

  • GarethIain Gareth Iain (@GarethIain) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@o2 Insure can **** off, pointless service.

  • FrontSeatPhil Phil Huff (@FrontSeatPhil) reported from Brampton, England

@packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

  • Jessicaduff231 @Jessicaduff27 (@Jessicaduff231) reported from Comberton, England

@O2 This is rediculous. Site has been down all evening. How has the tickets gone already. #fail

  • GarethIain Gareth Iain (@GarethIain) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

  • IanHCooper Ian Cooper (he/him) (@IanHCooper) reported from Ely, England

Saturday: 16:08 @o2 text to tell me their network is working fine Sunday: 11:55 @o2 email me to tell me that a local mast has a problem. Like it seems to most of the time

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

  • GarethIain Gareth Iain (@GarethIain) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

**** of @o2 Insure pointless expensive service

  • GoMcMahon #DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England

@O2 is this your customer support number, 01558 333037 ? Or is it a scam/bogus caller?

  • StevePeckandson Phill Peck (@StevePeckandson) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@O2 Afternoon! Just checking to see how this is progressing, just can’t believe you expect your customers to just go without service for so long! I hope there are lots of refunds or credits being given!

  • stevieburgess16 stevie burgess (@stevieburgess16) reported

@O2 the signal in bridgewater is absolutely shocking. I have full bars on 4G sometimes it’s okay and some times it doesn’t work for hours even though it says 4 bars connection. How can I be paying £50+ a month from this crap seriously needs sorting out

  • Macgumerait Lee Montgomery (@Macgumerait) reported

@StagecoachEScot So, in the scenario where a commuter with a purchased weekly E-Ticket lives or works in an area with 4G, and an issue arises with @O2 or other provider coverage, should entry be permitted? 1/2

  • helgz9 Helgz 🌺 (@helgz9) reported

@O2 took out a new phone contract with you 2 weeks ago and had nothing but bad / intermittent signal since. Can you please help? Thanks

  • metoyou123 metoyou123 (@metoyou123) reported

@O2 also why is it when I call for help I don’t get the uk call centre ?

  • Macgumerait Lee Montgomery (@Macgumerait) reported

@StagecoachEScot How does that apply in the scenario when, like above, the lack of coverage is down to @O2 maintenance issues? These are events outwith control of the passenger?

  • heystevehere Steve M (@heystevehere) reported

@O2 Hey team, some feedback for you. I didn't receive a notification (email or text) around my trial of audible expiring. As such, I've been charged this month for the service (£12!) for something I don't use. It would be good to alert users when that trial is expected to end.

  • DamainWard Damian Ward (@DamainWard) reported

@O2 so I got an iPhone 12 yesterday and swopped my number across last night no problem. Today I have no signal on either phone and am told it may take another 24 hours. If you’d made me aware of this I would have bought one from apple

  • WHUricky55 ⚒ Rick ⚒ (@WHUricky55) reported

Hi @O2, I got a new contract with you on Tuesday and submitted a PAC code to move my old number over that same day. I've had no signal on either phone for well over 24 hours now and cannot call your support team. Can you please help?

  • DamainWard Damian Ward (@DamainWard) reported

@O2 I have. I spoke to o2 on chat and they just said you may be without any signal on your new or old phone for 24 more hours
