Dear @O2 your signal strength is still terrible in ME19 5. Has been for decades and it’s not even like we live in the countryside. 100s of houses that can barely even get an SMS message indoors. Please can you do something?

Been with @O2 on contract for 16 years, today was the last day! Customer service is awful and the contracts are long and expensive, called to see what deals they could do which is none, was happy to go on a 3 year contract if I could waiver the two month Iv got left
