    @O2, I'm on the priority app, I got my QR code for Gregg's, but when I reached the store nearby Archway station on London at 3pm, the store was closed and I was unable to use my voucher please help me, I tried calling the store too but no one was picking up.

    @O2 Imagine this, O2 cancelled my dd in error, sent me a threatening text and when I called ignored the issue and tried selling me more products asking when I want delivery of my new tablet - YOU WHAT? stay away from O2 - poor service

    @cnetterfield @O2 No but if you call new sales for “new” customers they answer within 50 seconds. I’ve tried twice. Going the O2 shop tomorrow to cancel a 10 year+ relationship with them tomorrow and 5 business numbers.

    @O2 Do you train your operators to hang up on someone in the middle of a sentence before they've even heard the problem? Because that's what they do.. I ordered a phone on the 5th, DHL returned it to the depot without attempting delivery on the 6th and 7th

    @O2 having problems with my services I don’t have access to anything and can’t even receive calls from anyone they come through then hang straight up and sends the caller straight to outgoing calls transferred how can this be resolved as never had this before
