    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

    Saturday: 16:08 @o2 text to tell me their network is working fine Sunday: 11:55 @o2 email me to tell me that a local mast has a problem. Like it seems to most of the time

    @Rocket_fixx @O2 How do I do it differently? I’ve tried Virgin media now as that’s what it says to do, they won’t help and O2 won’t help. 4 times I’ve been promised in the last 3 weeks that it will be unlocked in 3 days, still nothing

    @O2 @Joff_L Not convinced, O2, sorry. Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers aren’t great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. You’ve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcom’s rules. When I’m next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal that’s on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.

    @O2 I’ve been rejected by your Portsmouth store (they refused to even look at my ID), your hotline hangs up on me, the same for Facebook team. Your website says 'go to store' for a lost PAYG SIM, but no one will help. Very shocked by this service. Fix this! #O2UK #CustomerService

    Congratulations to @O2 for having the worst App experience I’ve had for a long time and the least flexible plans around. I have three phone numbers with a combined monthly data of 120gb yet I cannot share that data across the three plans.
