@O2 wouldn't it great if you offered a #buymeonce #sustainable-ish phone service where you encourage your customers to keep using their handsets and not upgrade #rethinkrepair #towardszerowaste

@martynhardacre @O2 This is business as usual for O2 sadly. I reported my home and also my work as no/slow data and they have been "working" on the problem for 6 months with nothing to show for it. If I was actually paying for this (work phone) I would leave.

@O2 I’m unable to access mobile data in Jersey even though I’ve paid for it. Virtual assistant hasn’t helped and the live chat won’t put my help request through. Can someone help please?

@O2 Again, I could order a phone at 23:59 and it would be with me in likely under 12 hours. This issue has taken 5 days and still the solution so far is to cross their fingers & wait & see what happens.

@O2 Day 23 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Your 4G is Reading (RG30) sucks. If the solution you gave me "find a WiFi hotspot or wireless network" is your best solution then maybe you should give the mobile Internet game away. You clearly aren't very good at it.
