@EE Hi EE. What’s the point of paying for a premium product when in Germany you have picked o2 de? It’s the third network for coverage and there’s no 5G? As an @O2 uk customer I can pay 25% of the cost of monthly line rental and obtain 5G roaming in Germany?

@kohima44terry @O2 That’s terrible. The guy asked for me by my first name when I answered the call. If I’d been quick enough I should have played him by asking “Jim who?” But I just said “I know you”re scammers. Don’t call me again.” And hung up and blocked the number.

Thanks @O2 upgrade my phone and it says delivery in 4-5 days. Now I’m told it could be up to 4 weeks! Terrible customer service.

@O2 how much is it to get out of this contract? I have a degree in business studies. In business you solve your customers’ problems and they pay you money. In a PT Barnum circus sideshow, customers pay you money and you get zip in return
