    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    Saturday: 16:08 @o2 text to tell me their network is working fine Sunday: 11:55 @o2 email me to tell me that a local mast has a problem. Like it seems to most of the time

    @O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

    @MichaelsTecTalk @O2 Yeah, but it’s definitely time to switch. I’ve been with them for probably 10+ years now and the service has progressively got worse and worse. I can’t even hold a phone call without it cutting out in or around my house. (And I live in a built up area)

    @O2 you are an absolute shambles of a ****** company you robbing *****. Paying for a service which I don’t receive I get call failed about 30 times daily minimum I’ve been complaining about this since November 2021 And you’ve got the cheek to increase my payments by 13.4%, Cancel
