  It’s funny how only my @O2 network is down, my mum loves round the corner & has full network, my son lives in the same house as me & he too has network, me, I’m the lucky one with nothing. Apparently there is a problem with a mast which is affecting (effecting?) my network 🙄

  @O2 Due to not having access to this number, I have no access to my online banking which is very critical for me along with work related problems which will arise. Can an instore clerk communicate with a store remotely so that they can see me on the system? Not acceptable really.

  @O2 Hi. Is there absolutely no way of getting this sorted digitally? My number is on your old system and the instore clerk has said he can’t help me unless I got to Aberdeen where their shops are on the new system. I really need access to this number along with the data services.
