@O2 I am STILL owed £792.50 after o2 incorrectly charged me for early cancellation on15/01.Stating it would be returned within 7 working days and failed to do so. And Friday again stated I'd have by COP,again nothing!This is an awful experience with a supposedly reputable company

@O2 been on the phone with so called o2 for over 1.40min, cannot log in to my o2 to pay towards my outstanding bill. As I lost my job to this plandemic....when I try to get a password reset it says " we are unable to recover your account contact customer service" Wtf
