@O2 30 hours. So... I can call the customer service line & be assertive & rude & demand to get escalated etc etc but I'd rather not. I'm mid-Covid too so tired & can't be arsed. Is there any chance you could just escalate & sort it like you would if I did call & shout at people?

@O2 Transferred to O2 from Vodafone today and starting to wish i hadn’t bothered, my number still isn’t ported over from Vodafone, without service all day, really poor service you should be used to this process by now.🤬😤

@O2 hi, I've brought two new phones from mobile phones direct on the O2 network. I am trying to move my old o2 numbers to my new contract. This should be easy but 3 attempts later currently not happening. My wife now has 2 phones and both numbers don't work. Fix it

@O2 how long are you going to put this off? 3x I’ve waited weeks for a manager to call within 48hrs. 25/11 I’ve waited for the fraud team to contact me within 28 days. All you’ve done is send me letters, affect my credit score & hung up on me. Worst customer service imaginable

@Nicole45271161 @O2 Hi, I’m having issues with o2 nobody can hear me when I call them or they call me. If I watsapp or FaceTime etc it’s perfect. Is this the same issue as yours? Basically I can hear the other person on the phone but they can’t hear me!
