My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

@ThreeUK was disappointed in the lack of help after my Nans phone got hacked this afternoon. Spent an hour trying to get through to speak to someone only for them to not be able to help. Will try a shop tomorrow but not impressed. Will be switching to @O2

@O2 Thanks O2 - unfortunately we may have to wait for her current contract to end but she only needs a simple smart phone and more importantly help from a human being on the other end of a phone when needed.

@Hannah_Culley @O2 It is because O2 took down the mast and got refused permission on where they wanted to put it. So now we have no mast. Not likely to be resolved soon as they do not even have a new site or planning permission to put it back up. It was taken down to build houses!

@O2 can’t redeem the 3 months Apple Music offer! I read the term and conditions , my understanding is I still can have 2 months free , but it keeps showing an error. Help please!
