Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

Your own cust service team don't know either - I tried twice both, times they promised a call back because they were unable to identify the issue. Great work @O2 Cut my wife’s phone off when renewing contract. Has taken 3 hours to try and get reconnected and then you hung up on her and you are now closed. Now 33 weeks pregnant lady is now without a phone with network.

@O2 No when I try to reset it apparently my o2 account number is wrong my last 4 digits card is wrong and my security question are wrong. It’s strange I logged in last month to upgrade and no problem
