    @O2 There were parts of the A9 between Aviemore and Perth with no signal (or an E or G signal)! No use if we were to have car trouble and need to contact people. It's the main artery between central Scotland and the Highlands! The remotest parts of Iceland have full 4G!#upyourgame

    @O2 Contacted O2 several times now. Different timescale given each time. 'Another team will investigate and get back to you'. Meanwhile the damage to our business and family life gets worse. Wish we had never heard of O2

    @O2 hi, I find it hard to locate the calendar ~ the one with different doors you open on-line and their are different offers each day? Everytime I leave the app then go back I find it next to impossible to locate?? Any tips?? Links?? I have no issues with anything else.

    @O2 how the hell do I get help with the fact the phone mask near my house isn’t working? I’ve been trying for weeks to contact on MyO2 and keep getting the ‘all our team are busy try again later’ 😤

    @O2 is the most atrocious customer service ever. Yesterday @O2 went through the motions of responding. Then went quiet. Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

    Hey @O2 – unbelievable Srvc. Requested eSIM via ur app last Thrsdy. Physical SIM dactvtd, eSIM never works. Chat sent me to phon support, phon sent me to store which says “eSIMs are problematic” and thn sent me away for lack of physical ID (in 2026!) @MartinSLewis

    @arokorol @O2 It’s picked up a signal from a mast in the Palestinian Authority area. If you are in Dover, O2 sometimes pick up a signal from France and send you a welcome to France text
