    Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

    Spectacularly poor service from @O2 . Lovely people - appalling systems! Trying to move my family's mobiles from another carrier. Accepted orders for three of them, fourth and final gets credit decline. I now have a negative on my credit score for no good reason.

    @O2 have been billing us since 2016 for a closed account. A manager call has been promised within 48 hours 3 times but no contact received yet. @O2 have promised the executive complaints team will be in touch within 5 days. They should invest more in cus service. #badservice

    Decided to move away from @O2 because they’re signal is absolutely shocking. Can’t blame it on the weather as it’s been like that all week. They get millions a year but can’t improve their signal. You’ll get better signal in a desert or in the Antarctic. #PatheticCustomerService
