@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@virginmedia more than 20 calls (in the last six hours) to speak to someone based in the UK who can deal with my billing issue, with 3 failed promises of a mgr call back & an escalated complaint (not progressed) - no one will follow code of practice. @TalkTalk @o2 #poorservice
