I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!

Rung up 2 weeks ago and was told it would be looked into and still nothing. Your website status checker says no issues , clearly there is as it’s affecting our whole estate

Andrew Harbot-Taylor (@T_Northernbloke) reported@Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.
