    @O2 I closed my account with you but received an incorrect final bill.. I was advised by your support team to wait for it to be corrected I have now been issued 2 default notices - I can't pay them because my account doesn't exist which means I can't pay online How can I pay?

    @O2 Given up. Had to hang up the phone. Started at 9am this morning and I haven't been able to get help from your customer service team. Shocking.
