    @DarkSabers2013 @O2 I absolutely agree. I’ve spent 4 hours on the phone to them this week and got nowhere. I have been accused of lying when the things that were agreed were on a recorded call. My complaints been ongoing since August 25. They have certainly lost a customer once this contract is over

    @O2 why do I waste my time. Being loyal to a network that I can't trust to work when I need it... Been having this problem for years.. complain a couple of years ago and got feed some BS from your customer service team.. just not good enough... Obviously loyalty means nothing 😡

    @O2 you gonna fix the visual voicemail text bug or just let it sit there. You charge enough money and don't spend it on better signal surely you can put a bit towards fixing bugs.
