    Think @O2 need to sort signal is SS8 area. A new customer to O2 and not impressed with signal so far. Data is slow, signal is poor and customer service is tough to get through too. Very disappointed.

    @O2 You sold me a faulty device, technician in the shop told me to contact customer service number about refund, yet when I call you either tell me to go online, tells me I’m due an upgrade (I’ve been with you for mere days!) or in one case cut me off after 25’ holding.

    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    1 hour wait time for both - I must genuinely have the voice of a mug to call @O2 customer service twice to move my number over and they "forgot" both times. #WorstUKNetworkGoesTo #Mug #O2MoreLikeNO2ThisShit

    @O2 hi, my family all on O2 have been without a network since last Sunday at home, I've tweeted you before and had a update Wednesday saying you were fixing the issue yet no further updates.
