    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address
