    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 Yes, I did and it was actually quite a short holding period, but people will just hang up in frustration if you tell them they will have to wait for an hours

    @O2 I know how it is supposed to work thanks @O2. I have a 5G sim but hardly even get 4G in the Bognor Regis/Chichester area. I’ve been complaining about it for years and you don’t seem to care about fixing the speed and signal.
