    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 11.7% air time increase!?!? Tone deaf - some folk could really use some support right now as things are getting hard enough without blatant profiteering - you could have absorbed some of this. You've lost a loyal customer of 15 years when my contract ends #o2priceincrease

    @O2 complaint raised mid Jan about not having signal within my local area. Customer care team call me back a few weeks later and confirm that a mast has been down since September 2020 and someone else will call be back within 5 days. 3 weeks later absolutely nothing!!!

    @O2 how on earth can O2 justify a 11.8% increase in prices. Yes, it's in the terms of my contract, but you are milking it. Disgusting. At this time of high inflation, surely massively profitable companies could help out a little. When my contract is done, I'll be gone. @BBCNews
