caught in loop of @O2 doing something that's stopped my phone connecting to the network. Try to log in to myo2 "there's something wrong with your account - we've sent you a text message to confirm your details" Sigh 3 working days to get an answer on why.

@O2 just a heads up from a usually happy o2 customer, the roaming in the USA is dreadful doesn’t do a thing (which at £6 a day) turning roaming off note but you may need to speak with your US partners

@O2 how do i go about cancelling my contract. Your service as it stands is pathetic. 5G and never get any internet service no matter where i am. A total failure on your behalf to provide the service in which i pay for.
