    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 why does a customer have to spend over an hour and half on hold yesterday and again today .If you do not have enough staff to deal with customers then you should cease trading .Not to mention ignoring emails.

    @O2 I’ve been trying for over a wk to get help, called 10+ times cutoff or in q for ages, tried DM & called the local O2 store. I ordered a phone 23.11 got email saying order would be ready click and collect 26.11, but nth since . Can some1please look into it. Can I just cancel?

    @O2 I have a samsung phone with emergency messages activated. Having to use it the other day for the first time, Days later I find that I've been charged for this, via my bill, when it's a vital service, sorry why is this even a thing with a system designed to help people!
