    @O2 of weeks ago and the same was true. When in the UK O2 are absolutely moving me to poor speeds when I need to make use of myunlimited data. My phone works well, when my network is not throttling my connection. How can I raise a complaint please?

    Wtf is going on @O2 I’m now being told the contract for iPad Pro wasn’t cancelled but it’s now got an extra 5/6 days of the contract for iPad added on to that bill from when I asked for it to be completely disconnect wtf

    @O2 By your network moving me to a hugely slower speed. I am being throttled and/or booted from high speed connections when downloading using mobile data. I've just been in Milan for 4 days and prettymuch had a constant 5g signal and the speeds were very good. I was in Bern a couple

    @O2 I was so excited to receive the Disney+ free months free text as a thank you to me for being a valued customer just to then be told when I went to claim for it that I am not eligible for it with no explanation as to why.

    @O2 come on sort this out now this is 3rd day without a line on both of our phones due to poor customer service !!! How am I meant to work with no phone taking time off work unpaid because your fraud department won’t contact me utter shambles !!!
