    @O2 so you “can’t” investigate an unusual data usage on my account. I never use my data (24gb) but it’s not an error that I’ve apparently used 34.84gb in 5 hours overnight whilst sleeping?!? 🤔 Is that physically possible? Loyal customer for over 15 years lost in one day.

    @O2 Hello, I logged a complaint about being misold on tariff charges a few months back and not heard anything back and tariff not been updated so still being ripped off. I see the chat thing no longer works- how do you speak to someone to follow up on the complaint?

    @O2 tried to use my cafe Nero code and was told it was not valid. Less than 10 mins after it was live. Not much of a treat is it. Seems these deals are love the prize draws no chance of winning,

    @O2 I was charged double my normal device plan last month. Paid it up to save any confusion but was told would be reflected on plan, it hasn't been. I've rung up 3 times and still no help. I want calling back today please. I want my money back. You've been a disgrace sorting this
