    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @LaurenKetchley @O2 Not really affecting my bank as cancelled direct debit, managed to stop the phone from being sent out, but I’m stuck with a high tariff that no one seems to be able to change. I’m paying it til they refund me as I don’t want bad credit. Poor service all round from them.

    @O2 @LoveIsland Hello there, My name is Christopher Attwood, and my 02 contract finished months ago. When I call to cancel it, nobody ever answers the phone. I have called endlessly to cancel my contract on seven separate occasions, and not once have I had my call answered. I wish to cancel.

    @pootlemum @O2 To be fair to them I can’t remember what the issue was that I left last time. But it hasn’t felt like I good start. I was looking forward to having the phone for the weekend. But it’s a good deal so I’ll let them off if they deliver it soon.

    @O2 I'm an O2 customer and thinking about moving my broadband from @SkyHelpTeam to O2 Volt. What would happen if I moved to a non Virgin Media area, would I still be liable for the full term?
