    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 hi! I received a txt msg from 25656 asking me for feedback on my recent visit to one of your shops. Problem is I had already given feedback about that visit the day before. The txt mentioned my device would warn me I might be charged but assured me I would’t be. Is it legit?

    @O2 hi. I’ve ordered 1 O2 Sim Only Unlimited data Set on 18/10/2021 with my order number, ms-318880393. The problem is that I’ve yet to receive any updates on it apart from the automated email from when I’d first made the purchase on your official website. Please help. Thanks

    @O2 I see you're pretty active on here. I'm trying to call up to pay my device plan. I've spoken to 3 people & they either can't process it because WFH or don't have the authority to do so and pass me on. 1hr 20mins on 📞. Can you have someone call me who can help? Please DM!

    @O2 I couldn’t find that info on the o2 or the virgin website. Some of the customer services people I spoke to seemed unaware of Volt. #WastedTime

    Hi @O2. Just spent 15 mins on hold to customer services only to be cut off. Trying to make sense of my final bill from you and unable to access My O2 now. What's the easiest way to do this which doesn't involve sitting on hold again?!

    @O2 Thank you, @O2! "Good news. Our network is working well. We've fixed an issue in this area. We'll continue to keep a close eye on the network to make sure everything's working as it should.” That was quicker than expected. However, it does keep happening!!

    @O2 Why haven't you told your customers that there are 'technical issues' with signing up to volt? I've wasted so much time being passed from one person to another today and getting disconnected.

    @virginmedia @O2 Hey Virgin I know you have been helpful before please can you explain why Cheltenham keeps loosing our Internet connection on your end you keep saying on the virgin down detector we're having issues but your not telling us what and many of us are loosing out as we can't get on!!!
