    @virginmedia @O2 Just now After the fifth call to yourselves this morning which cutoff with no call back I am giving up. Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. Rude and unhelpful staff in the main. You have caused us imense distress and inconvenience even before the data breach.

    @O2 please can some one help me sign into the my O2 app. Every time I try, I get an oops message and it says to contact you but nothing on the website helps. I signed up last month, been trying to log in since, even went into store and they didn’t know. Just want to check my bill

    @corless_7 @Apple @O2 It’s congestion. Over sold the network and there isn’t enough capacity to handle so their traffic management reduces everyone to **** all.

    Hi @O2 Long time O2 and Virgin Media customer hoping for volt benefits... myO2 states either active or unavailable in my area - neither of which is correct. Have waited longer than 14 days, can you help?

    @O2 and @giffgaff having problems with signal in la2, la3, la4 and la6. Phones have been restarted with no change. Can't see any problems listed for either of you but there's obviously something. Please can you have a look.

    @O2 COMPLAINT 5 weeks and over 8 hours of trying to sort out the mess you’ve put me in, I’m still being charged for something that’s nothing to do with me and not receiving the refunds promised!! 25 yrs plus and this is the worst level of service I’ve ever seen!

    Hello @O2 our O2 signal was lost shortly before power was cut to PH6 because of #StormARWEN. Our electricity came back just after midnight but we still have no mobile service. Please can you tell us when the nearest mast will be up and running again.
