    @O2 my McDonald’s code today wouldn’t scan, staff couldn’t help as code or wr wouldn’t work, wasted journey. Brilliant.

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened.     @O2 why aren't you offering compensation for customers going up to 8 days without being able to stream anything properly on mobile Internet and everything really slow. Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years

    . @O2 can someone please tell me why I cannot access the my o2 app?! I’m stuck in a loop of being asked to register my email address. Everytime I call to try and resolve this, I get promised a call back & OVER month later this issue still isn’t resolved!! SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE

    @O2 ME19 and ME20 areas are shocking their seems to be no point being with o2 if you can’t make and receive calls or get online it’s 2026 ffs you report it and it’s the same excuse we aware of a problem and we are trying to fix it but it never seems to happen !!!!!
