    @O2 my McDonald’s code today wouldn’t scan, staff couldn’t help as code or wr wouldn’t work, wasted journey. Brilliant.

    @O2 ME19 and ME20 areas are shocking their seems to be no point being with o2 if you can’t make and receive calls or get online it’s 2026 ffs you report it and it’s the same excuse we aware of a problem and we are trying to fix it but it never seems to happen !!!!!

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    @O2 Thank you. I raised it in the O2 shop and they agreed it was and has always been bad. At the time they said to switch to 3G (that’s what they did) 🫣

    @mattstingray @O2 I’m finding exactly the same and their response was use WiFi calling! A great help when you don’t have access and need to make a call.
