    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @tescomobile The @O2 4G network can't cope with demand in some areas. My Mum was getting 1mbps in a good O2 4G area. Switched it to 3G+ and it's 15mbps now. Telling people to turn their phone off and on and wiping the sim isn't good technical support.

    @nataliewatson7 @O2 I been having the same issue all day ive had slow Internet all day from o2 and they don't nothing but have you done this or that and wanted me to email enquiries team that was over 5 or 6 hours ago
