@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 I drive past the mast everyday, says on your website a tree is the issue, theres no trees with in 3 meters of it, i do not see whats taking so long, people need it for work like me

@O2 How do I obtain a refund? I’ve not been able to use the card for the purpose for which it was bought and as I’ve not had any help in rectifying the situation I want to lodge a complaint and get my money back. Complete waste of time effort and money whilst on holiday.

@O2 @O2 you really suck at your job. 1 useless message every 24 hours and a chat function that's impossible to find on your site, and then permanently "too busy to speak to someone" is just beyond awful service. It's designed to not work.

Best mobile network? Preferably one with decent coverage and customer service that you can actually speak to? @VodafoneUK no customer service and send you all around the houses been trying to get in touch with them for weels @o2 seem to have a poor signal in Prestwich/Whitefield.
