@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 Not only I’m constantly pissed off with your network speeds/have to stop using the phone in frustration… when it comes to upgrades also, i have to constantly wait months on months to get the newest handset which makes it pointless cause may as well wait until the newer one🤬

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Your be connected, you won’t be able to do anything tho!! The only network that gives u 5g with no data connection!! I have had to put another mobile hotspot in my van so I can use phone for anything involving an app or the internet.

@O2 Took out a new contract a month ago, have been trying to get @bluelightcard discount applied and the £100 prepaid Mastercard as promised, unable to speak to anyone, chat messages are sarcastic, unhelpful, worst customer service!
