@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 can someone ASAP DM me. We went into Stratford and spoke to one of your pushy sales people. We never signed anything, but it was mentioned about broadband/Sky TV. We never signed anything, but the salesman too bank details (bizarre), yet had emails saying we have signed up.

Messaged @O2 about a complaint. O2 messaged back, "Due to limitations we are unable to support further conversations via twitter" "Contact us on alternative channels" then gives me a link. Click on the link - it sends me to O2's twitter account! How convenient for O2.
