@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 why isn't my number ex-directory anymore? The amount of spam callers I'm getting daily is beyond a joke. No I haven't signed up to anything. It's been since you gave me a 5g sim. Not happy. Customer services are no help either.

@O2 Such a poor customer journey. Agent not empowered to fix the issue. Follows a script that means all my wifi passwords have been deleted knowing that it wouldn’t resolve the problem. Oh and not sold the correct tariff 😡

@O2 been a customer of o2 since I was 16 I’m now 30, never in my life have I been so discussed with them, never try to pay off a device early as they try to say you haven’t done so and threaten you over £15, can’t wait to be out of contract with them so I can leave

@poppyandjules @O2 No, utterly useless. They told me that I had to connect to T-Mobile, not helpful as the network has no coverage in most of the US. They also claimed I could connect to AT&T for data, this wasn't true as it never worked. Sorry I can't be more help. Let me know how you get on!
