@O2 from mobile account. They explained why and said if I make a £100 payment they will make the same payment as before. This is where some @O2 customer service say they have already made the payment and owed nothing . They see the payment but fail to see they also took £100

@O2 I have done that. It concerns me how they know I am an o2 customer. It strikes me that as this is a very new contract with a completely new number, the only place that they could have obtained that information, is you.

What is going on with customer service at the moment?? I know it’s busy but all I need is a bit of help, and with @TSB @O2 and @bt_uk all I’m met with is people who can’t be bothered?? Never experienced anything like it in my life.
