    @scotts_camera @O2 @Ofcom Yes my boyfriend is in the exact same position, can't call or text or receive calls or texts even wifi calling which he should have doesn't work

    @O2 Imagine being out at night and you can't even use your phone to call a friend or order a cab because once again O2 have no service! All you know how to do is send a new sim card 🙃 Embarrassing.
