@O2 I cancelled my contract told there was no fees and charges which I have a copy of then you send me a bill for £164. Can’t phone customer services as I have no o2 contract and landline is £6 for connection! U are joking me?!?

@O2 Within the Alton Towers resort. There’s thousands upon thousands of people and inadequate bandwidth. They want everyone to use the app for maps and queue times but nobody’s data is working, despite showing signal. EE was at least functional.

@O2 020 8133 8597 and no they didnt ask any of that, just confirm what my numbet ended in (which they obviously knew) said i didnt need to give over anything personal just kept saying i should receive two security texts, i never got any

@O2 We’ve sent multiple daily emails including today, were told last week that a lady in the Fraud department called Eleanor would contact us on Wednesday (28th) she has never attempted to contact us. That’s the last that we were told despite daily emails to your various departments

@O2 - I would like to make a complaint. I'm a victim of identify fraud and your fraud department have taken over 2.5 months to respond (I am still waiting!). @VodafoneUK and @tescomobile took 10 days to close the case from contacting them. What is taking so long to respond to me?

@O2 after going to Devon not one bit of signal and no Internet can't wait till my contract to ends.which all the people I was with had EE signal and Internet.
