@O2 O2 agreed to send me a replacement iPad with delivery on 28/11. It didn’t come. I have rang c’ services 6 times since & they send an expired contract or promise to ring back and don’t or transfer me. They refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor or complaint team. O2=awful

@O2 signal is terrible and they refuse to do anything and when they phone they refuse to look at reports cause there staff are to stupid to read them or @O2 are to stupid to give them reports to help either way avoid using @O2

I have concluded @O2 that you have the worse mobile phone network in the country. Even in central city and town areas I can’t even get 4G let alone 5G. Abysmal!

Will @O2 fix there signal. for over a month now it's so bad n everytime you report it they do **** all n worst company to deal with as they can't even look at reports when they phone you. Bunch of retards.

@O2 my disabled mum has been getting debt letters for months after cancelling all her contracts & paying the final balance you gave her. She’s been told multiple times by O2 that nothing’s owed, yet bills & collections keep coming. She’s extremely distressed please fix this.
