@O2 @virginmedia As a new customer to O2 and an existing customer of Virgin Media I'm extremely disappointed. We can't get an O2 VOLT upgrade applied because the accounts are in different names but the same address. Absolutely rubbish!

@O2 Someone on 0161 520 1913 claimed to be from your customer service department. I said he wasn’t and he said sorry and hung up. This has happened twice in last few days.

@O2 That link takes you to the dashboard. Even if you log in then click the link again. The only relevant things on the dashboard are "swap my sim" (I've tried that and since neither is working it doesn't work) or track my order which says it's on its way. Guess it's 30 mins on hold

@O2 Hello, I'm trying to see what Volt benefits I can get for being both an O2 and Virgin Media customer, but I can't seem to find an option on your website to say I'm already a VM customer. The Volt page only gives me the option to join Virgin Media.
