@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

Feeling pretty neglected and ignored by @O2 I just know they're going to continue to bill me I didn't even open the phone. Returned it immediately. Worst thing is the complete lack of customer service. No explanation, no assistance Feel like I'm just another nuisance 'customer'
