    @kokeshimum @O2 I’ve been 02 since it was Bt Cellnet. Finally left last year. Round my area got so bad, barely any signal in my house and surrounding areas. We were using WhatsApp WiFi to call. It’s been so poor for many people round here.

    @O2 She was on the phone for 30mins and still couldn’t resolve/reserve any on my behalf, can you just tell me if there is any left in stock with Mario bundle as it still says there is on the website yet everyday I’ve tried to buy one it STILL does the same technical issue

    Today I received a txt stating my rolling plan had been cancelled and I was put on a PAYG tariff.This is so unprofessional, to change a customers plan without basic communication on WHY?if a card expires O2 should tell customer not change tariff, WTF O2 @O2

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are
