@TelefonicaUK @O2 4 weeks I have been with your network and it's still rubbish, missed calls, slow internet, drained battery - I moved from EE to you and it's worse - not happy at all. Mast is still down. no-one cares!

Just as my faith in @bt_global was starting to get better, here I am over 4 weeks into a #broadband contract and it still doesn't work. Lucky my @O2 phone #4g is holding out.

@O2 I updated the login email address on my business account a while ago. If I click on my name in the top right of the screen and click 'Profile' the old email address is still on the account and that's the address your support agent sent a verification to this morning.

I’m 100% leaving @O2 once my contract is over, they’ve fallen off so badly when it comes to signal & they aren’t as helpful as they used to be, it’s a shame!
