    @O2 Thank you but I don't expect money for it as it's broken, can't turn it on and we want to get rid in an environmental way. We found it on a litter pick, nobody's claimed it.

    Just spend an hour with o2 on the blower trying to sort an iPhone 13 then the guy on the phone hung up coz I told him the line was bad i I couldn’t hear a question #******* now @O2 I’ll take my business elsewhere 🖕🏻

    @O2 I have had o2 for years and why does my 4g never work when I am outside. My network and internet only work when I am connected to my home WiFi and other WiFi spots! I have had enough o2.

    @O2 What is the point we have done that we have been into the store we have also been on the phone to customer service and we haven't got anywhere with it quick to take money but the service is a shambles

    @virginmedia @O2 Once again my promised 100mb service I pay for is running at 7mb (same thing happened a few weeks ago) when I took the deal I was told that it would never dip below 50. Customer service is dire, just bots, and I'll still be expected to pay for 100mb despite getting 7mb..

    @O2 Yes they are but for some reason your agent said there was a problem but couldn’t help me I have been with you both for many years I am the only account holder for both and at the same address which is my only address and has been for over 30 years
