    @O2 it has been 10 days now trying to set up voicemail. Numerous Phone calls, waiting 40-60 minutes for customer services to answer the phone, escalated to senior people to fix issue,promise that it would be fixed by Friday it is now Sunday! YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER @O2

    @O2 could you please inform me why me and my partner are getting these threatening letters? We cancelled services during our 14 day cooling off period and have been told by your call centre this issue was settled on multiple occasions! @CitizensAdvice #Ombudsman

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Signed up for tv, broadband and phone with services starting on the 26th January. Having called several times, spent hours on WhatsApp , an IT problem raised on 1st February, with a response within 3 to 5 days, I am no further forward. Customer service is shocking #notimpressed

    @O2 Yea it shows as on both as over due yet payments has been taken from the bank and customer service confirm my account is up to date

    @O2 Could you please put some more people on support, the response times are ridiculous, I didn’t pass security on the phone was told the only way to resolve this was go to a shop. Did this, they then put me back on a phone, 80 minutes without response, left as parking ran out.

    @DargeKnight @O2 got the same issue masts are constantly not working I get less than 1mb speed and certain parts are non existant and are mug you off for the amount they charge and they expect us to pay about 14% extra in april for a service that is **** and they have no intention of improving
