    @O2 Thank you but I don't expect money for it as it's broken, can't turn it on and we want to get rid in an environmental way. We found it on a litter pick, nobody's claimed it.

    @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

    @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

    @WillR_1807 @EnglandRugby @O2 Mitchell + Farrell for me. Ford/Smith same issue as both can't stand up to international forwards in the contact. I'm tired of watching England's defence continuously shuffling around the breakdown to compensate passive tackles. Farrell presents no soft option for the opposition.

    @O2 All I want to do is report a phone lost and make a claim on my insurance. Went into store, can't help apparently. Have needed to make 3 separate calls, spent 25 minutes on chat and now in a 45 minute phone queue for insurance. This is disgusting customer service.

    @O2 Your service has been absolute garbage. Can't call, text, or access mobile data. Tried all afternoon to get customer service, no luck. Did everything in your FAQs, no help. Never had this trouble with Giffgaff on your network. New phone is a brick. Disgusting.

    @NomadicWriter @O2 I am so sorry this happened. Such fraud type is very popular unfortunately. The only solution is to interrupt incoming call immediately and call yourself to customer support directly explaining the situation because this could be either a scam or a real call from support also

    @Iversman I've been with @O2 for basically ever. But after that hike they can **** off. Soon as I'm out of contact I'm going rolling monthly like giff gaff or something.

    After over an hour on hold to @O2 customer support for an issue that can only be dealt with via phone (and still no answer), I have decided to make my way to a shop and cancel all three of my contracts. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Disgraceful service levels #o2

    @O2 My problem is still not resolved. I can't speak to a manager. Neither the old or new mobile work. After spending hours calling, at my expense, we are no further forward. I am not spending another 40 minutes waiting to get through after I have just been cut off.

    @O2 Day 138 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
