  @O2 Ok. Still never realised I needed to give you 30 days notice even when my contract had ended. I assumed it just ended- unless renewed. Which I have done for over 20 years now! I guess I should have read more closely.

  @O2 again us people in the PL23 postcode are abandoned to having no service. Your general “known issue at busy periods” is now wafer thin. For 6 months now, we will have no service. It’s stinks and I’m fed up with it. Sort it out or I’m off. For 3 years you’ve told us the same BS

  @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

  @WillR_1807 @EnglandRugby @O2 Mitchell + Farrell for me. Ford/Smith same issue as both can't stand up to international forwards in the contact. I'm tired of watching England's defence continuously shuffling around the breakdown to compensate passive tackles. Farrell presents no soft option for the opposition.

  I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

  Hi @O2 Do you know there is a problem with your app & website. You can't make a payment on the site. It keeps kicking you out with an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.

  @O2 I was only there for a day. Signal was so bad I couldn’t when check the status page. Appeared everywhere I went (near the promenade/football club) in Blackpool wouldn’t work. Was highly frustrating.

  @O2 why aren't you offering compensation for customers going up to 8 days without being able to stream anything properly on mobile Internet and everything really slow. Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years
