@O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

@joel_hames @O2 It doesn’t affect me personally as I rarely make or receive calls. It’s only the data side that I’m bothered about, but that seems to be working. Sounds like it’s a problem at their end.

Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

Got on to @O2 support because I can’t send texts. Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

Hi @o2 - I attempted a sim swap this morning, it claimed to be unsuccessful - but still removed signal from my old phone. Now I have 2 phones that are useless outside of wifi usages. I have tried turning my phone off and on all day - still no luck.

Brilliant customer service from @O2 today - speedily tried to intercept an item briefly out for delivery in the wrong part of the country, succeeded(!), and proactively suggested a deal to lower my bill each month 👏

I’ve only been an @O2 customer for less than 12 hours and I’m already unimpressed, trying to simply keep my old number and in store staff unwilling to help, had to attempt a form 4 times, got hung up on and online chat unavailable even during their opening hours. 🙃🙃
