Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.
