benjamin (@bennyjcomer) reported from Chadwell, EnglandLaughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2
-
Jamie Lewis Rennie (@JLewisRUK) reported from Leicestershire, England@JamesWBovey @Apple @O2 I’m sorry but calling O2 ‘dossers’ and ‘freaks’ will not help the situation. If you treat O2 properly, you might get somewhere in life. Disgusting behaviour.

Jewi (@JewiJ88) reported from Leicestershire, EnglandHey @O2 , question!! My iPhone 12 Pro max has issues when turning on or off, it glitches and taken ages to do either .. is this a fault in the software or a phone issue ? #apple #iPhone
-
Andrew Leeke (@andrewleeke) reported from Leicestershire, England@O2 Yes. And that link doesn't fix the issue. It says login for upgrade options, but when I do and hit upgrade, there are no SIM only options.
-
Josh (@JoshR319) reported from Leicestershire, England@joel_hames @O2 It doesn’t affect me personally as I rarely make or receive calls. It’s only the data side that I’m bothered about, but that seems to be working. Sounds like it’s a problem at their end.

Straight To Hell (@Strait_ToHell) reported@Sjynther @O2 I agree, my signal in Church Warsop uk is awful, o2 map says mast has had issues the last few days and it's being worked on. Signal comes then goes all day meaning I keep getting a load of notifications then nothing for ages and I'm getting repetitive voicemail ones also with no actual voicemail stored. Something is broken at o2
-
Alwyn Williams (@AlwynLFC) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 What a waste having a generational player yet he never gets to start for his country #*******
-
Neil Playle (@neilpop) reported@O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?
-
NorthBankScott (@GunnerScott86) reported@O2 Oh no this was different. Everytime I spoke he put me on mute. When I asked him to relay what I had said he couldn’t tell me. He was putting me on mute and not listening. Your entire service has been absolutely shocking since the merge with Virgin. Can’t even get signal
-
Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model
-
