@LUTTI_x @O2 Yes, it is ridiculous. If you have an old phone, put your sim into the old phone to see if have network connection. Turns out my phone had an issue, nothing to do with the network.

Uk must be the worst country regarding cellular coverage. Seriously have had better coverage on mountains in China! In northern ireland it is worst where i live. And they keep putting prices up and up and up and coverage is still terrible @O2 @Ofcom

@O2 25 minutes on hold with hold music designed to make you want to hang up and an ai generated voice that couldn’t sound more fake if it tried. You really don’t want your customers to be able to contact you do you, even when it’s a bereavement issue that needs dealing with.
