    @O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

    @Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam @O2 Well I had an email confirmation after I signed the new credit agreement but the first text was the one I got advising of the delay. I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    @O2 Dear assistance, it's now almost 24 hours that I do not have internet coverage. I'm in roaming, coverage with the locals works fine, but no internet. I tried to use wifi instead, either leaving data on and off: nothing. I tried to reset the network several time: nothing.

    @O2 I've been at my address for 5 months now and the mobile signal for calls, text and data is garbage. ne12 8xq Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. How long am I going to have to put up with this? The my O2 chat only gave me scripted nonsense.
