    Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    @saj_anderson @ubereats_uk @O2 I've had similar problems with Carphone Warehouse. It rears its ugly head sometimes. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    Anyone else have issues with @apple iPhone 11 low call volume ? Phone under warranty and I damaged, been to store, tried all bug fixes/ clean but still can’t hear anything unless on speaker. @O2 directed me to apple store now gonna be without a phone for 10 days! Any advice ?

    @O2 no one called me yesterday despite promising called the shop and they say the payment has gone missing , so yet again being fobbed off, My mum is blind and vulnerable and this is causing a lot stress for her , is this how you treat your customers 02

    @O2 100’s of calls/text in the last 24 hrs from people saying I rang them I didn’t 02 say ignore as they’re scammers I’ve spoken to a few they r not scammers.02 have an IT issue but want me to change my number to solve their problem.Their customer service is non existent.
