@O2 I've been passed around all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait AGAIN now, for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service i've ever received & i've had to cancel my trip home for xmas due having no phone! i'm so angry!

128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

@O2 I have been able to connect to it before.. I think when you have been testing it, so don't think it's an issue with the sim, also the phone is 5g compatible, I don't want to change tariff unnecessarily, from earlier news there was no mention of needing a new tariff.

@O2 Ok to again answer the questions, phone has been used last year with same plan and ability to call and receive calls. I’m a pay monthly customer. I have inc roaming on my plan, your support team have suggested a bold on was required well news to me, nothing has changed my end 😡

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 How about you provide the services you take our money for you thieves. Been a week now and your “technicians” are still fixing the broadband issues. I’m sure you guys will let me off the £70 a month you charge me currently if I lose my job because you’re not money hungry at all.
