    @O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

    @O2 What the hell is going on with your service lately in Leeds LS13 area, calls keep dropping and getting dead rings a lot at the moment. Just on hold for while get through and call goes dead again. 😡😡😤😤

    @O2 - The service I received just now was so poor from the contact centre, I just asked to move the payment date forward from 21st to the end of the month, she put me on mute for 7/8 minutes to then say she couldn’t do it for this month. She could have told me that at the start…

    @O2 no signal. On phone with your colleagues via different number. Great to see you get people in SA to work for problems in the UK. However it be great that they call back on the number as promised. Rather than me wasting 31 mins get hung up to do a test and no call for 2 hrs

    @O2 it has been the same sonce moving in, having wifi installed later this month, when outside it slightly improves but still black spots where i have no signal, I am only two roads away from an o2 pylon

    @O2 Quite awful service from your phone rep. He told me for plans starting after 25 Mar 21 annual price increase was 3.9%. Your website states 3.9% PLUS RPI inflation—7.8% in Feb—making it 11.7%, 3 TIMES as much. He flat denied this—and the line fell while he was ‘checking’
