    @O2 No they couldn’t tell me how I subscribed. All they wanted was further details about me, which raised my suspicions further. This needs sorting, thousands are making the same complaint online, google 85888. Please can you advise me how to solve this, I’ve already text stop etc 🤯

    @KyleMarleau @O2 Spoke to @O2 last month, they assured me it was blocked and wouldn’t happen again. Happened again yest. Spoke today to o2 - put me through to this company, some angry women was rather sh*ty with me. No refund & I never consented originally so I’m not happy at all with o2 at all.

    @O2 accepting that it is physically impossible to get insurance from O2. Waited 40 mins and person couldn’t understand English, called again, over 60 mins on hold then gave up. Never expected this when I signed up :/

    @O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

I ordered the 11 Pro 64gb in space grey. I’ve asked for an email address to make a formal complaint but all they can give me is a postal one

    Really disappointed with @O2, poor customer service, rude In store service, incorrect information given, called O2 help line to be told it could have been sorted in store. So now she’s having to go back to the store to tell them that they can sort it out. #timewasted

    @O2 spoke with someone today who said he failed the security checks as YOU had the wrong address for the account. He now has to catch a bus into town to@fix this issue. Dreadful. NEVER USE O2.

    @O2 3 months I haven't been able to use my mobile at home without using it through my home WiFi - 3 MONTHS. Mast was removed and not replaced yet - that's not my problem, it's yours. Absolutely disgraceful that you are not fulfilling your end of the contract

    @O2 can I just say what a terrible service you provide. My elderly neighbour (90 years old) has been trying to get in touch with you as he was transferred through from virgin but has never received a SIM card. Now you are charging him £25/month for the privilege.

    Why are @O2 so useless, new iPhone on Thursday and is still doesn’t work. Go into the shop and they have to call the same Customer Service line as us which we’ve been on hold to for over an hour!?

    Hi @o2 when you increase my bill by 17%, I can confirm my current contract will be my last. The call quality has deteriorated badly over the past 2 yes and you made almost £1.5bn in profit last year. You are pulling our pants down you robbers.
