    @TheO2 so disappointed in the lack of customer care I have been with @O2 for 15 years@they cannot seem to solve or even talk about my complaint of why my bill is £1300+ in 6 months,it should’ve be 50% less.Why wont they address my main complaint and talk to me just pass me around

    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

    @O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

    @O2 I have a complaint logged,the manager did a missed call so I called back.They refused to speak to me as they have ‘time to call back within the 48hrs SLA’ despite not calling me properly in the first place!Bad service on top of wrong charges, I will be cancelling my contract

    @O2 I keep asking from customer services that please give me options or time frame but seems that no one cares in O2. So far non professional and horrible experience, I am without mobile since last 3 weeks and they start charging me for the services😳

    @ibiza_music_edm @O2 Damn, that’s annoying. Only advice I can give is try keeping iMessage/FaceTime off for a bit (like a few hours) then give them both another toggle a couple of times. Then repeat. I think it’ll get there like mine did eventually…🤞 I’m coming from TalkMobile to O2!

    Am happy to say I am now the non owner of the #GalaxyWatch4 after returning it. @O2 have said that in order to recieve calls, the Bluetooth settings must be turned off? Not helpful when using buds to play music. The battery lasts 5 hrs also. Poor watch, avoid if possible.

    @O2 never been so upset to got through all the upgrade stuff the amazing Cyrus on ur upgrade team. Agree to everything all goes through then couple hours later get email to say out if stock. So upsetting didn't get phone next day. Always had great service with o2 tho thanks
