    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 can’t even fix the mast in my area and it’s nearly been 1 whole month. I’m so baffled as to what’s going on. I’m told an engineer is “likely” to be on the case and I know that’s some bullsh*t. Absolutely shambolic service!

    @O2 hi there, I need to cancel and re-register for for O2 WiFi as I can't connect on the underground. I've tried everything. When i am on my account page to manage my O2 WiFi it just times out every single time.
