    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 The team you need to speak to are now closed, sorry. Have you tried My O2? Most queries can be easily resolved in a few clicks. Go to My O2 We also have help pages with lots of information on things from billing to devices. See help pages Thanks for your patience is all i get

    @O2 I have tried to get on AT&T but it will not connect. I have reset my phone numerous times and still poor connection. My IP address is still showing Penrith UK, everyone else with me has a USA IP?

    Holy crap never go with @O2 This signal is absolutely awful and my calls actually don't come through or go out until I restart my phone. Ironically, calling 202 from my phone and the call cuts out whilst on the phone with the advisor. Back to Vodafone the SECOND contracts up.

    @wozwebs @O2 @EE What’s the EE signal like at home mate? Agree O2 has been really rubbish of late. I think EE works at the villa as well which will be a bonus! O2 hopeless and pointless at Villa Park.
