    @O2 Emailed o2 sad 😢 Hi. I ported my number from 3 to o2. The transfer happened yesday & since then I have had no signal/connection to network. It’s been over 24hrs. I can’t call o2 as I have no service. Any ideas ? I have switched off/on phone several times with no success.

    @O2 we have been trying to call you via 202. After the automotive service cutting us off several times we have been hung up on twice whilst on hold trying to speak to an actual person! So frustrating. Please advise as wee need to speak with someone.

    @O2 what is going on with the mast at Barnet? Since the beginning of December we’ve had days with no signal and the checker says there is a problem with the mast. Same happened before christmas but 3 weeks before it was fixed

    I'd like to congratulate @O2 and @SMARTYMobileUK on screwing up my 94 year old father's number porting from O2 to Smarty and leaving him with no service on his mobile at all. Due by 5pm yesterday and still no sign of being done. Great job. Pathetic 👏👏👏👏😡😡😡
