@O2 Could only do the video call from one particular place in town , because reception was terrible . It was probably to my Friday drinking pal, he liked his tech also 👍

@O2 are awful. Broke my phone (insured) and they sent me the wrong model as a replacement, then agreed to swap it and sent me the correct model, scratched and *****. Now I’ve gotta wait home for ANOTHER replacement tomorrow. Karen mode activated.
