@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 why can't i access my 02 app? I've created a new password, tried the text a code login, still nothing and it hasn't in months also why is signal so bad these days. Been with you for a decade the past year its just gotten worse it was maintenance but its just stayed terrible

@O2 how can I get support in the USA? Can't download the app as it's not available here and currently have no o2 network since landed. Live chat needs app. Emergency, without network can't receive 2fa message for covid tracking and returning to uk.

@O2 got a phone upgrade with you, within 5 days there's a fault and now your staff are telling me I've got to be without a phone whilst it gets sent off. I'm within my cooling off period and now being told I can't cancel or get a refund (against consumer)

@O2 Been trying to call you guys for 2 days to cancel my contract but with no luck. I have spoken to 6 agents at least and nothing has been done. Rubbish!!!
