@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 18 hours now O2. I can't call you because as soon as I enter the old number it diverts to a payment only line. I try customer services from a different phone, same. Online chat? Relevant team's too busy. Twitter? Do as instructed, still don't get a response. Wonder why I left...

@O2 Had issues for a week after porting, constantly being lied to and agents commit to calling me back in 24hrs but never called back. Going round in circles and no one can seem to help! New customer..this is awful service
