    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 I seem to have a split porting issue yet I am now 4 days in of not being able to receive texts or calls and everyone in your customer services says they will give me a call within 24 hours AND IM STILL WAITING!!! Poor communication! Poor customer service!

    Hey @O2, switching from 3 after 10 years. Billing started days before my SIM arrived (not yet!). It's only £1.50 but off to a terrible start - this is outright theft. Now 20+ minutes into a chat to try and get resolved.
