    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 my mother’s phone was stolen from her handbag and she rung up to cancel her contract in 2021. She’s continued to be charged since the contract ended in June 2022, despite there being notes on your system confirming she wanted to cancel. Awful #CustomerService

    @O2 These were checked - the only option offered when ordering a SIM is to accept your terms and conditions. It seems thousands of others have posted similar concerns. It's illegal and your boss deserves sack or jail for authorising sale of customer data. @iconews should investigate

    @O2 Hey O2 I fixed this 2 weeks ago over chat but now the issue has returned and I know I have voicemails. Can't access my voicemail abroad, can't call the VRN number from another phone as 'phone number not permitted to access this service'. All agents currently busy on O2 chat.

    @O2 absolute JOKE that there’s NO signal in LLANDUDNO..where I live, and still expected to pay full costs of my mobile contract whilst getting NO use of my mobile phone in the area !! Over 3 months of this, absolute joke !!
