Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 has O2 coverage literally dropped in the last 12 months ? Barely get signal in a cosmopolitan area, web browsing is like using dial up if it ever works, this has been going on for too long, used to be brilliant but it’s awful.

@elise_john85 @O2 Good luck. I’ve had exactly the same issue which started 2 weeks ago. I have been on an online chat, made 5 phone calls to customer service, 4 store visits and reached out on Twitter. No one is taking this seriously. No one is trying to help. No one is bothering to contact me.

@Gogger16 @O2 I don’t think they do? They still haven’t replied to my DM so I’m forced to call them again today. I did and they couldn’t help again. I was told that a colleague would call me back in the morning but still no call?
