    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @virginmedia @O2 @peterkay_co_uk When I log in to the O2 priority app with my Virgin Media log in, it says the email/password is incorrect but it is the one I log in to Virgin Media fine with? I have tried with biometrics and typing it in and get the same issue? Please can you assist?

    @o2 Anybody thinking of a business account at o2, beware it will be sold on false pretences. You lose the benefits of some personal tariffs ie free data, calls, texts in Canada, Oz, NZ, etc. Besides, the network is dire both at home & abroad. Zero customer loyalty. Dire company.

    @O2 why is your 4/5G service getting worse and worse .. in this day and age why is my phone mostly on E or 3G at best … national coverage is a joke!! And don’t send me your user guide again !!

    @virginmedia @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Same thing as others - not able to log into the Priority App - takes me to the log in page and then crashes - updated OS to 16.1 today in an effort to solve the problem !!!! Please advise
