@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@DORIGHT1011 @EnglandRugby @O2 I Don’t believe he sees what many others see. He has far more experience than me. But he has had a lot of time. He delayed introducing Simmonds Dombrandt Smith into his squad. He beasts them in training im advised. Form players are not considered and poor form is rewarded.

Big thanks to the customer service team at @O2 - really helpful. First lady had problem with her system, I rang back, 2nd lady sorted the issue, then 1st lady rang back when her system was sorted. We're all quick to moan (me included) but they were brilliant.
