    @O2 Your customer service is very poor. 60+ minutes wasted on the phone and live chat and still no resolution. Disappointed is an understatement #nocustomercare

    @O2 Poor show O2. I have been trying to access Priority for 3 hours now. I have managed to switch to EE in the meantime, for many reasons (no network coverage etc) but this was the final push I needed. If a communication company can't get this right, it says it all.

    @O2 Yeah people are avoiding the 02 app/site altogether and finding links straight to access tickets for £50-71 . Never mind

    @O2 Well this just isn't true is it? Apps been frozen since 9am. I don't believe 'lots of priority tickets have been sold'. How can that be? Even the virgin media login directs you to the O2 priority site or app

    Getting bored now trying to get tickets for @peterkay_co_uk @O2 @virginmedia been trying since 9.30am when the waiting room opened. Terrible service from you guys, you’d think as internet companies you’d have been prepared for the amount of traffic you’d receive
