@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

Your customer service agent said her manager could not come to the phone and i can’t raise a complaint because it needs to go through her and her manager before I can officially complain and it takes 48 hours @O2

@Ofcom As @O2 will not let me pay the final bill on my ex wife’s phone, even though the number is mine and has been as long as we were with them, I’m being forced to not pay by them. They offer no solution and therefore I cannot pay. Just letting you know how crap this is!
