@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 Roam freely? I wish my phone had signal, 8days and counting of no service!! Wifi calls doesn’t work. 4G doesn’t work. Nobody can call me, I can’t call out. All 4 contracts in the house are out of use. And you won’t compensate or even give a rough date of when it’ll be fixed!

@o2 why is this only happening to me and not my sister when we clicked on “Use Now” at the same time? It’s an app issue. This is the main perk for staying with O2 - if this isn’t resolved, I will be going elsewhere for my phone contract

@O2 what a shambles of a company Why do your complaints department hide behind an email inbox? Nobody helps/responds to emails and you can't make a verbal complaint over the phone. Who thought that was a good idea?

@O2 shocking customer service - 2 weeks to get number ported from previous supplier and still waiting to hear from complaints 2 weeks after that ie 4 weeks after first requesting transfer. Should have stayed with previous contract
