@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 Yes. Thank you for replying and remembering. The signal is very much not resolved where we are. If we are calling from home it’s glitchy and unusable. Have all restarted our phones etc.

@O2 Data mainly, but I have a dual sim phone, different sim and the issues persist, this is after checking settings, and switching.

@O2 Hi, it’s my mobile network. The VM is down in the house, but the mobile isn’t working within the house either! I had to go outside away from the house like now. I’m outside typing this. I think it’s clashing with the broadband even though there’s no internet wifi available!
