@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 All I can see is my contracted allowance. I recently upgraded my phone and enquired about it. The customer representative in the shop said to do something through the my O2 app but I can’t remember what I needed to do 😩

@EE is the worst network for consumers . Over charging . And doing the most to keep people on their network. If you press 4 on 150 to say you want to leave . They purposely put you on hold. Hoping you will put the phone down @o2 is definitely the way forward .
