@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 your customer service has become a joke , 4 weeks my upgrade has been stuck on processing and no one seems to know how to deal with it !! That’s if I ever manage to get through to someone ! Will be cancelling my upgrade and taking my number to another provider
