    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @cryptomancc @O2 File a notice of correction with Equifax etc, will help fix the mark on the credit score for the moment (O2 did the same to me, didn't close the account properly, issued a bill 2 months after closure, then marked it in default - took over a year to sort)

    @O2 Hi, it’s my mobile network. The VM is down in the house, but the mobile isn’t working within the house either! I had to go outside away from the house like now. I’m outside typing this. I think it’s clashing with the broadband even though there’s no internet wifi available!

    @O2 the signal at CH5 2NS is shocking and has been for sometime. Shows full strength but nothing loads and can’t send or receive messages regularly. One of Europe’s biggest industrial estates and poor comms. Can you look in to this please.
