    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 absolutely shocking customer service. Someone has taking a brand new iPhone out on my address. I am still getting letters 6 months on for her with threats of debt collectors being sent despite speaking to 4 different customer service operators.

    @O2 The problem is when I go into a 5G area my phone switches to 5G and that's when I perform the tests. These speeds are embarrassing even for 3G

    @O2 Did you not read? THE NUMBERS ARE FAKE. They can't be blocked. That's the issue. The only way to avoid it is to change number which is far too annoying.

    @O2 I'm very annoyed. One of your Call Centre workers has put the phone down on me twice in the past 20 minutes. You've sent me a Samsung to test my SIM card without a charger. I'm an iPhone user. What is going on. Your automated system is ridiculous.

    Hi my babies @O2 I'm six months in to my plan and my free @disneyplus reward ran out in March. How do I cancel this from my tariff as I've been paying a couple months now... none of the shows are resonating with me as if yet🤓
