@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

Been on the 02 app since 8:30 for Peter Kay tickets, crashes at 9 and kicks me out, app down and website as well. Phone bills extortionate, signals **** and priority is even worse @O2 cheers
