Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

  • Tottyuk
Tammy Gorst (@Tottyuk) reported from Lambourn, England

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

  • passionforpiano
Anthony Williams (@passionforpiano) reported from Radley, England

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

Razvan Neacsu (@RNeacsu) reported from Didcot, England

@O2 Hello, I wanted to activate the 6 months Apple Music through Priority and I got stuck on the Account page and I don't see any option showing to redeem those 6 months. Could you please help me, which are the correct steps? Thanks

  • uzi_mc

@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

Finally after 4 weeks someone contacts me @O2 and we agree compensation for the problems that I have and the money is to be put back into my account within five working days and guess what? You’ve put it on a credit on my account. You can’t even get that right.

  • LoveLightHope2

@O2 customer service sucks, having so many issues trying to place a new order as an existing customer. Website broken, customer service reps don't fix the problem. Soooo annoying.

@Lord_Viridis @O2 And what about my issue @O2 it’s not like I want to pay my bill or anything!

@O2 I did the online check says it’s good signal in the area but I don’t seem to have any

  • MattBunting
    Matt Bunting (@MattBunting) reported

@FranBcnMad @O2 They pulled this bullshit with me ever since my bills have been out of control. Over £150 some months but they couldn’t give me a reason why? Moved to sky. Best thing I’ve ever done. Better newer phone and cheaper. Good customer service too!

  • PirateTank
    Pirate Tank (@PirateTank) reported

@O2 Thanks for replying, ive spent 3 hours on hold, to nobody, no information. Ive decided that due to the pathetic signal I get with o2 coupled with the fact nobody will speak to me as a human to cancel all 5 contracts as they end the worst service of any uk provider ive experienced

  • Jessw1303
    Jess (@Jessw1303) reported

@O2 @ceeveepee That’s a lie, I spoke to your customer service almost a week ago and told them this was happening to me too, I also can’t make any payments towards my daughters bolt ons.

  • Dan_Roberts21
    Dan Roberts (@Dan_Roberts21) reported

@joecousins89 @O2 Bad init, it’s literally every day the signal goes

  • GreenVapinGiant
    Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

    Lauren Hill (@LaurenHill0808) reported

@O2 hi, do you know of any issues surrounding High Wycombe town centre? For the last few weeks I have had little to no data signal in the town centre
