@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

Another day with limited phone signal @SkyHelpTeam which @o2 are once again blaming on a faulty mast nearby. Same mast that’s been faulty for several months and one which I was sent a text about only a month ago suggesting it’s fixed .... err no it’s not

@_steve_0 @O2 I never respond to numbers not in my contact list. I let voicemail **** through my spam. Unfortunately I rarely check phone because I missed texts where I won 2 new iPads and my “pal” Carlos will cover all auto repairs for $12/month. Just 2 days missed.

@O2 I'm having issues with my network, it says I'm not registered with a network if I try and make a phone call. I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.
