@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

  • WayneWheatley44 Wayne Wheatley (@WayneWheatley44) reported from Faringdon, England

Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

  • kevanmatthews Kevan Matthews (@kevanmatthews) reported from Abingdon, England

@O2 Pleased you linked up with #LiveAtWorthyFarm ? Lots of links not working and nothing from @glastonbury .

@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

  • passionforpiano Anthony Williams (@passionforpiano) reported from Radley, England

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 You need to cancel the tickets going on sale until it’s fixed and then give us all plenty of notice otherwise all the touts and bots will snatch them up and only people with ridiculous amounts of money will get to see him instead of his real fans

@O2 Oh great, so no chance for us poor folks who don't have an @O2 phone.

  • UncleFaux Andy Hayes (@UncleFaux) reported

@O2 I thought when the app went down yesterday it was because of the sheer amount of people trying to log in to get ready for now. I assumed that would have given you a clue about the demand. Guess not.
