    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 30 hours. So... I can call the customer service line & be assertive & rude & demand to get escalated etc etc but I'd rather not. I'm mid-Covid too so tired & can't be arsed. Is there any chance you could just escalate & sort it like you would if I did call & shout at people?

    Oi @O2 you are fraudsters where has my credit gone? (don't lie because lying is bad) luckily we only need your head office address to send the letter of notice to. hurry now please to save one queuing at the post office. I Hope you refund my postage for this and top my phone up!

    @O2 Just followed link from MSE website to O2 for sim only 12mth deal. It processed with my current number but, whilst O2 website clearly showed 6mth £0 airtime deal (I have a screenshot of this!), o2 claim it doesn’t exist….spoke for 1.5hrs to 5 o2 staff - Help, Not sorted!

    @O2 I've never had this issue before but overnight I seem to have had some sort of parental lock put on my account. I've forgotten password & my security answer to reset my password & cannot find another contact method to help/rectify. Please help!
