    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 That’s my biggest grievance. You are deliberately misleading customers. You cannot create contract terms that override the law. If you fail to provide the service a customer has paid for they are legally entitled to a refund.

    @O2 Ivd just got off the phone with Tracy, from “Returns and Repairs” based in Dearne Balley in York’s, who was being pressured by her supervisor for spending too long on a call. She was without question one of the best, most helpful, courteous and empathetic Support Member I -

    So no internet this morning in the village for well over 3 hrs now, and i suppose as a consequence my 4g signal isn’t working properly due to the demand placed on it with everyone on mobile data. Come on @WeAreOpenreach get it sorted. @O2 can you improve the signal in Headcorn?

    @virginmedia hey under my Wi-Fi setting on my current @O2 phone is flagging up week security on my home Wi-Fi hub and I go to the next room closest room in the house to where it is located I totally loose Wi-Fi and slip to 4g consistently please help

    @O2 is it possible to get all incoming SMS blocked. I barely use it, it's just a never ending stream of spam. I don't want the service.
