    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    Well @O2 have made a terrible first impression so far. Waiting 2 days to see if I will be graced with a mobile contract, but have no way of knowing what's going on without directly contacting them. No proactive communication whatsoever. Really rather wishing I went @EE now.

    Hi @O2 you have cancelled my 95 year old grandpa’s SIM card in error, despite being specifically asked not to. 18 hours later it’s still not connected and you suggested he go to a shop to get a PAYG instead. He’s 95 and there’s still a pandemic. Terrible service.

    @O2 Couldn’t care less whether you were ‘asked’ to send the message. You didn’t have OUR permission and it is US that pays for the telephone service. What you have done is invade our privacy and openly breaking GDPR law. We will be seeking suitable and appropriate compensation off o2

    @DanielCreminUK @O2 Yep. There’s a lot to be gained by good, in person customer service imo, when so many big companies have the same automated approach.

    Anyone having issues porting a number to a new @O2 SIM? Put a request in on 27th and heard nothing since, In desperation I phoned them and was told that it would happen today and a text was sent to confirm. But so far no text. Has anyone successfully ported a number recently?
