@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 Day 12 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I eventually managed to call off someone else’s phone & have sorted it. It’s an O2 problem & there was a known issue where my sim got deactivated as I’d ordered an eSim

@O2 it’s quite the joke that the masts have been down for days at this point, don’t you think? How can you expect anyone to receive important calls (drs, for example) or call for help if they get stranded without reception? What are you doing to solve these problems?

@O2 I have no signal & my phone says I need to contact O2 if I want to use wifi calls. O2 chat is not available & I have no way of communicating with you other than Twitter! Please advise asap! The network here is fine, it’s like you’ve switched my SIM off

@O2 Hi, I don't have a device plan, Only airtime. My contract ends on 22/05/23. I need to cancel my contract due to poor service on and off for the last 3 months. Missing lots of calls and text due to this. Will a cancellation fee apply. If so, how much will it be? Thank u.
