That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 Done all that, I’ve checked network overage and it says earlier fault fixed yet it’s still rubbish. When I check again the mast is still shown as broke, when are you going to fix it

@O2 I was overcharged by almost £100 back in November and am being told that I have to wait until mid January before the refund process will start. Really, really bad customer service.

@O2 I rang yesterday to complain that I wasn’t receiving any signal on 4G/5G or having clear phone calls. You’ve sent me a new sim/ waiting for a technician to call but you’ve deactivated my sim!!! How am I suppose to answer your phone call? How am I meant to use my phone!!

@O2 I got a SIM card through virgin media you sent the card early and virgin media never happened I paid the first payment called in to your Meadowhall store spoke to a girl called Chelsea and she cancelled the SIM card which had never been used and payment

@O2 Into the shop for the 4th time & will see if it’s finally sorted tomorrow. Asked what we should do if it isn’t having visited the shop 4 times & spoken to the call centre. Was told we would need to call customer support or visit the shop. Total disregard shown in P’boro shop 🙄

@O2 Who can I speak to about not getting the service I pay for? 4G is unusable for me no matter where I go, yet my friends on EE get 170mb/s frequently. It's ridiculous.
