@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@2WeekTraveller @O2 Doesn’t work out of hours and not on Uk time zone. Twitter seems to be the most responsible but need data to do that! Hence my frustration yesterday with them cutting me off at the same time as my wifi going down, I’m okay again for now but have been here one too many times

@o2 thanks for sending me default notices for a fraudulent account set up in my name - and thanks for refusing to put me through to your fraud dept. Crappy service. And thanks for obs not doing due diligence when it came to setting up the accounts in the first place. Sloppy
