@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 No. Please don’t tell me that’s why it won’t work. We were only told to turn the phone on to Register it to the network. I called the phone from Cyprus and it worked in the U.K. Now nothing. Can’t top it up. This is crazy

@jamieblackwoo14 @O2 Thanks mate I’m fine hood your well. Just frustrated I struggle with technology like yourself & now my phone don’t work no signal. Strikes me they’ll have your money but no after sales. I wish someone would understand it’s pathetic total waste of money if no signal

@O2 Hi, yes tried that a couple of times. The sim didn’t connect to the network at all when I first put it in. After called CS it now does but I can’t dial out or take any calls.

Can anyone from @O2 help me. I’m missing calls & text on my mobile coz I’m working in a poor signal area Sutton on Sea. I’ve been a loyal cust even paying £39 for over 6 mths for a dongle that never worked. I need switch to a signal but your company wants £452 on my sim only. TIA

@O2 @O2 phone upgrade…phone lost by @dhlexpressuk …none of the companies know where my new phone is… they send me from one to another!two massive companies that cannot locate a phone…and the customer has to just wait for them to blame each other!!! Disgusting

Hi @O2 you sent me a replacement sim as I lost my old one. Called pay&go customer service last night as sim was not active. Sim now connects to O2 but I cannot use it? Number goes straight to answerphone 😒
