    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 after 3 days of complaining I have a manager call me up and guarantee a replacement phone before 10:30am today,and guess what no replacement phone.. starting to shop around for a new network and see if they appreciate £129 a month on 3 contracts. O2 very disappointed customer

    @O2 I have been promised a call back about a total outage within 30 mins and that was at 4pm. I tried to call again with a 45 minute wait, please someone come back to me

    @O2 But didn’t call back. I then tried to call your office with no reply. @MarkEvansO2 they’ve had no network for 2 days and it’s down to a technical fault with the set up of a renewed contract and new phone!

    @O2 are an absolute joke, 30 minutes into the phone call, first person passed me onto the next person with no handover of the reason for my call, 2nd person also can’t help so now on hold for the 3rd person?! Shocking service over this past week..maybe time for a change?!

    @O2 hi I’ve order a new iPad on the 1st of December which was out of stock for 6 weeks. Ive no way to track the order and can’t get through on the phones. This was my daughters Xmas present so can you please help?

    @O2 please get back to me ASAP! I have 2x people in lockdown in a house with no phone access, due to an o2 issue which your call centre have agreed is your fault, and I’m trying to fix this
