    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @O2 It just tells me that 202 is incomplete number. I can make other calls fine, I just cannot get through to o2 customer service. I want to cancel my contract.

    @O2 The complaint he investigated wasn’t the complaint I logged. So after waiting 8 days to be investigated I had to file another complaint in October which I still have no response for, that was the reply I got Sunday when I followed it up.

    @O2 Not sure 🤔 Think it’s just my area ME9 - I’ve checked on signal checker and a mass is currently out - haven’t had any updates for this.

    @virginmedia If I had a recognised tracking number- but then contacting Royal Mail is a waste of time and effort with the strike action and backlog. I'm STILL waiting for a reply from your partners at @O2 who have all my data to check this but are SLOW to reply.

    @O2 After all the trouble I’ve been through with this company it’s best I stick with your complaints team… when they decide to get back in touch. 2nd complaint raised and still no response other than that email.

    trying to get anything sorted with @O2 is like pulling teeth, waiting hours for a reply on the chat service, replying within the minute and then have to wait another hour! customer service 0/10

    Read your emails & txt.. It’s a good habit. I get free 6months Apple Music subscription from @O2 .. That’s over £60 saved just for reading a txt from my network provider
