    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @o2 Your O2 offers including the @GreggsOfficial offer are always out of stock! One of the reasons I'm with O2 is that your priority app used to be great once! Going to move to another network because yours isn't great and without the priority offers, definitely not worth using.

    @julesbuddle Mine’s going up by £7.10 I’ve been with Orange/@EE for at least 15 years - luckily I’m out of contract at the end of March so I think I might be paying a visit to @O2 to see if what they can offer me. So much for customer loyalty

    @O2 tried to use one off the priority codes for rugby mascot competition however the page never loaded and when I have gone back into the app it says the voucher has been used can you help?
