Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

Prepare for the rant of a lifetime at @O2 and @DPDgroup_news for the **** show of what has been my mission in replacing my broken phone for the new @Google Pixel 6. So..... My Samsung broke on Friday last week. Half the front LED screen broken so virtually impossible to use.

Unfortunately. O2 Will not give me my PAC number until I top up another £10 which I will never use as I have a new sim contract. How is it legal for O2 to hold mobile numbers to ransom like this? Isnt the PAC service FREE? @Ofcom @O2

@O2 At the moment I am not connected as it is under investigation for fraud. I was told by customer service that cannot interrupt the inside process. What does even means? Sound like an excuse to chip away consumers’ right to access their information.
