It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@AppleSupport @O2 Hi! My Apple Watch is losing charge super quick (it was fine before) and when it’s charging it’s literally burning up! It’s too hot to put on! My old one never did this 🤔

@O2 @andy1charles Feel you mate, they have taken money for a new phone from me sent me all the legal docs but 3 days now and no phone or contact. Twitter takes over 24 hours to reply call are on hold for 40mins+ & went I went into a physical store they said they couldn't help I needed to call.😤

@O2 Yes I do - but my point is, I can work it out as I'm numerate am easily able to access my tariff details. But why are you making me as a customer do the calculation for myself? What about those who can't?

Some of the worst customer service by @O2 have been on the phone for more that 30 minutes, being transferred from@department to department 6 times now and still cannot be sent to the tech support. #awful #CustomerService

@O2 following on from calls via 202, retentions & cust service. I tried to get my PAC code by texting 65075 but apparently your systems down! Then I have been passed around but been told noone can help! I have raised a complaint as this is ridiculous! Just send the code to my mob
