@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 I've been a customer for several years and I've recently moved to an area with no signal. Unfortunately I don't have a handset that has wifi calling. Your services are inaccessible for this situation as everything is dependent on text messaging

@O2 there is no o2 signal in the area. It's not a temporary loss of service. I'm trying to end my contract and even attempting that action relies on the capacity to receive texts. Frustrating and really poor experience
