    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 Ordered a pay monthly sim on 29 July. However decided to stay with current network and phoned this morning to cancel under 14 day cooling off period. Advisor said I'd get confirmation email but nothing received. I don't want to be charged for unused sim (bill issued this am).

    @O2 my iphone 13 has had no signal anywhere since this morning despite your status saying active, i also have a notification saying 4g calls disabled. i have restarted the phone and checked all the volte settings but nothing is working

    @O2 have lost 8yr old’ watch - store doesn’t want to deal & told me to call customer service, & customer service team told me to go to store (😬), then they called the store to check they don’t want to deal (🙄)… & u can’t talk to a manager because they don’t want 2 deal (🤯)

    @O2 You are absolutely useless. My account was hacked and I reported fraud 11/12 days ago. Just spoke to Harmeet and Samir on the phone and they can’t help me with a fraud case because of security questions, the hack may be the issue?!Why didn’t I receive a reference no.? To log?

    @O2 Scammed. Realised immediately. Called 202. O2 couldn’t cancel scam order that was less than 10 mins old. But it’s going to take fraud team 14 days to contact me. Scammer had my details - how? 🧵

    @ess_jay_em @O2 I’ve been having the same issues, on and off, for weeks now. Central Birmingham and terrible service. Phone shows 4G full signal but can’t connect to anything
