    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    I have been held in a queue for 20mins @O2 and then the call operator went to answer the call and cut me off. I would hope your customer service is courteous enough to call me back now!! 😡

    @O2 hi, I’m just upgrading online, I’m on a sim only plan and just want to change the plan I’m on. I have selected that I do not need a new sim and have my tariff in my basket. Do I just need to check out? Will it update automatically without affecting my phone service?
