    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

    @O2 Hi- I was charged for Disney plus but cancelled as soon as I was charged however I got a notification to say I would be refunded but I have not been refunded yet please can you help ?

    @O2 she was supposed to receive a callback yesterday, but nothing. So still no replacement device delivered, tried to order twice, your agents gave no idea why it’s happened or where it is, they cannot cancel the 2nd order and nobody calls her back? 5 weeks now since 1st order

    @O2 Not very impressed with the service so far. Signed up as a new customer and then given an offer to upgrade with 6 months free, which I did. However, despite calling customer services twice I’ve been charged full price. Plus advisor wouldn’t take PAC so paying for 2 contracts.

    @O2 I have a sim that was ok virgin that has switched to o2 (by virgin) the sim is working fine but I cannot login to the myo2 app since it states that the sim has not been activated whenever I try a password reset. Please help.

    @O2 Changed SIM card in December 2021, problem is indoors and outdoors. My phone will show 4g with 3 - 4 bars of signal yet it’ll take a long time to load anything and will often just crash
