Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@MillieBuchanan @O2 Sure they emailed me recently you know have a look at yours saying they made changes and if this happens in your area can cancel for free look into it bobbins network I'm on it as well
