    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 hi guys what happened yesterday happened. It was annoying to say the least, couldn’t make phone calls, couldn’t use data god awful. But all networks go through this. Thank god for having a spare phone on EE :-)

    @TheO2 @O2 Disgrace that people's phone have been down all day. Some people are on the road all day. If anything was to happen and couldn't get hold of someone in an emergency it's all down to you. Shame on you. Compensation is a must for those affected...

    So we have 4 phone contracts with @SkyUK and not one of us can use there phone today , my kids have it so they can ring me when there setting off home from school but no , thanks to @O2 @SkyUK they had no way of getting hold of us , shocking service

    F@&king @O2 all day with no data and then at lunchtime voice calling stopped as well!!! Just in from work and now connected to WiFi only to find that there’s no end in sight for a fix. 😡😡

    Not impressed with today’s mobile coverage on my iPhone with @EE & my work phone @O2 today in Leeds City Centre. Struggled to have a data signal at all, showed 4g but didn’t seem to work 😡😡

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK What a joke. Cant get in touch with anyone at THREE. Not even chat after waiting 30 mins. Terrible service and connection issues slow speeds. Expected to pay for it including a SCAM email sent to my 4G Home Broadband. £4.50 added to bill. I now wish to CANCEL but can't CALL.!

    @O2 been with o2 for 15 years without a break, contract up and looking to go sim only for a bit, been told twice in last week or so that someone would call me back as wanted to get me a good deal but nothing, poor customer service, time to move on

    @O2 Hi. Just discovered that the monthly plan I phoned to cancel in/around March hasn't actually been cancelled and I'm still paying for it. Can't phone (as requested) and nothing on website for this type of query. Please advise as I've now paid 3 months extra. Thanx.
