Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 I received a new mobile and organised a sim swap. I replaced the sim at approx 11am yesterday and I still don’t have service on my phone. Quite restricting when I can’t use my phone when out - not able to even pay for parking on my mobile 😩 Come on O2.
