    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Oh dear @O2 . Sitting in a café in the city centre of Cardiff. Barely a signal. @EE however, not only a signal but 125x + the speed on 4g alone. Please O2, stop saying "network is busy". Please stop saying "use WiFi calling". We don't pay for that. 1/2

    @O2 Day 143 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 worst upgrade experience ever. Upgraded thurs, wasn’t done properly, spent 6 hours trying to resolve getting sent around the houses. Finally able to pick up next phone Fri & now airtime contract not set up & new sim doesn’t work & now another 48 hours to wait. Sort it out

    @O2 I’m getting increasing numbers of calls from people overseas saying how I’m one of O2’s best customers, always pay my bills on time etc etc can they interest me in a contract upgrade? I’m not a customer & these calls are becoming seriously annoying. Anything you can do?
