    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 I have tried several times to get in touch with the payments team and all I get is a phone number that I can't phone because the number has been disconnected. I've been in live chat and that was no help as for the most part I was given autoreponses

    Hiya @O2 i am still unable to make calls. its 5th day today, you promised Tuesday the bar was lifted, but here i am unable to make phone calls. It's your issue, and now i am entitled to compensation for not being able to use my phone.

    @O2 @z_mannequin It doesn’t help. I’ve had no reception in the same area since Sunday 30th and your website is telling me it won’t be back until 9th Feb. And no-one is available online to talk to. Please can you advise if our bills will be adjusted?
