    @O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

    @O2 Hi- I was charged for Disney plus but cancelled as soon as I was charged however I got a notification to say I would be refunded but I have not been refunded yet please can you help ?

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    When there is emergency at @O2 @TheO2 Anyone: Fire, Quick call 999. @O2: OK. Can we interest you in this AirPods Its just £109 and best part is we can add it to your next bill.. Sometimes just do what the customers ask you to.. People will buy more if you give good service

    @O2 what a load of rubbish. Moved from 3 after 5 years only to experience the worst ever service. Thanks god we only doing a pay as you go trail before signing up for a contract. Looks like we are moving back to 3
