    @O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 Hi- I was charged for Disney plus but cancelled as soon as I was charged however I got a notification to say I would be refunded but I have not been refunded yet please can you help ?

    @O2 customer service is diabolical. I have waiting 4 weeks to receive a manager call back and have wasted time calling to chase 5 times. Now after 45 minutes on the phone, still no resolution to my dispute. Ridiculous

    @O2 Hi team, Number spoofing.. What are my options? Getting lots of random calls from people returning a missed call from me. Only I never called any of them! Looks like my number is being used as a mask for some scammer.
