Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 That doesn't address what I wrote though. It's a trend to put prices up even when companies are doing well. I don't know how well O2 are doing. You aren't exactly encouraging me not to go elsewhere, where I'll get a cheaper deal as a new customer. Anyway, have a nice day.
