Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

  • AndyPickwell Dr Andy Pickwell (@AndyPickwell) reported from Morton, England

@BBCRadioLincs Morton near Gainsborough. We've just enough signal in our house on @O2 to mess up our WiFi calling and ensure that neither works properly.

  • DrTABailey Tracey Bailey 💙 (@DrTABailey) reported

@O2 Well, my husband had to hang out the bedroom window to take a call today, so yes there is still an issue. There have been numerous emails, DMs and phone calls. I’m not getting into any more. We will be looking to move our 4 numbers in the new year.

  • essenby Barrie Thomas (@essenby) reported

Anyone having issues porting a number to a new @O2 SIM? Put a request in on 27th and heard nothing since, In desperation I phoned them and was told that it would happen today and a text was sent to confirm. But so far no text. Has anyone successfully ported a number recently?

  • hashimotosandme Viv (@hashimotosandme) reported

@O2 I don’t care I never gave you or anyone else permission to contact, I DID NOT CONSENT and you should of got that from me first. I am making a complaint disgraceful behaviour!!!😡

  • lvwx_ Leia Walker (@lvwx_) reported

@O2 I made an order a few days ago, i then got an email saying it was out of stock (which is fine) but it said I could track the progress of my order via the my O2 app, but it says I don’t even have an account & if I sign in online no orders show up. I’ve paid money upfront.

  • tiatto1 Phil (@tiatto1) reported

@O2 Couldn’t care less whether you were ‘asked’ to send the message. You didn’t have OUR permission and it is US that pays for the telephone service. What you have done is invade our privacy and openly breaking GDPR law. We will be seeking suitable and appropriate compensation off o2

  • StuartGrieve6 Stuart Grieve (@StuartGrieve6) reported

@O2 If your teams are busy and you’re averse to hiring more staff, why not let customers be able to cancel add ons themselves? Instead, O2 want to save money by not hiring more staff, but still expect customers to sit on hold to cancel an add on which should be possible via My O2 😡
