    @O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @BBCRadioLincs Morton near Gainsborough. We've just enough signal in our house on @O2 to mess up our WiFi calling and ensure that neither works properly.

    I can honestly say that when my @o2 contract is up I will never buy another @o2 device again. In the dozen or so times I’ve had to speak to customer services they have never once made the process painless and things ALWAYS go wrong. Details are always lost and records missing.

    @O2 WTF is going on with your customer service? It is absolutely diabolical. Outsourced to people who can’t speak a word of English. 2hrs on the phone being passed pillar to post by 8 different advisors trying to sort out a data bolt on. Utterly embarrassing stuff

    @O2 how come when I'm in my home town of Crewe or visiting North Wales Conwy, Rhyl area I struggle to get ANY network coverage but sat in Ibiza I have 5G

    @O2 yes i have tried that, when i switch to manual the only network that gives me 4 bars of signal is one called "Orange F". It gives me 4 bars of signal and shows up as 3G however Calls, Texts and Data still don't work?😭

    @O2 It's started in Wrexham, took me 20 miles before Spotify got an internet connection. Stopped in Chester for a while, full 4G signal but no internet connection. Now at my mother's on WiFi. I only want to listen to music when out and about. Not a lot to ask for at £50pm
