    @O2 Complained to O2 re: their 2 time ‘no show’ replacement phone delivery service... Took no responsibility & issued a ‘final’ decision prior to Financial Ombudsman... I tweeted this and suddenly they discovered a higher complaints dept. to fob me off!

    @virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

    i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

    Who, was unaware of it, until it was highlighted by a member of the service providers team? I think I'm due some compensatory reimbursement for lost income pf almost 50% is a huge amount of business to lose isn't it @O2?

    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    @TheO2 so disappointed in the lack of customer care I have been with @O2 for 15 years@they cannot seem to solve or even talk about my complaint of why my bill is £1300+ in 6 months,it should’ve be 50% less.Why wont they address my main complaint and talk to me just pass me around

    @snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

    @O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

    @O2 hi, I have been reporting for the last 3 weeks of connectivity issues ( ie no connectivity) in the NG4 area and still keeps coming back as 'no issue'- there is no obvious way of escalating this, how do I go on?

    @O2 I ordered an iPhone in February - received a fake plastic device and have spent 8 hours over 10 calls with the support team to try to resolve this with no luck. Absolutely terrible service from O2 ! Day 36 #day36 #o2customerservice

    @O2 over an hour on your dumb chat and the agent still hasnt got me through security. Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?

    @O2 I wrote on a post the other day about signal in the area, you said to do some check. Well, we did and found out that there is a mast down which you have failed to inform your customers about the problem. I am moving to a different network for this, what a joke of a company

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more
