@O2 a letter advising payment required for outstanding bill on my mother’s phone, payment had been made on the 23rd July, we are unable to get through to an advisor as the network cuts the line off instead of connecting us to understand why phone blocked.

@o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

Decided to treat myself to a new phone last week. It’s great having no network for a week especially in the time of a pandemic due to a failed port in and @O2 advisers just fob off with wait another 48hours. #FirstWorldProblems

@skytv @O2 using both your phones today, signal continuously awful and dropped numerous calls. How when you are pushing 5g the signal is always flicking to 3g! Terrible performance today and recently!
