    @O2 Hey! Word of advice for your staff - do not be rude when someone calls you to tell you they’ve found a plan that’s half the price and is offering the same. Your pushy advisor was very rude and didn’t want to give me my PAC Code. Sort it out - won’t be coming back!

    @O2 I have been passed from pillow to post all week, finally got through to the repair center & I have to wait again now for another phone call that probably won't come! Literally the worst service I have ever received & I am so angry!👌

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @O2 poor service again today, misinformed by agent...AirPods out of stock, call back and get same agent...AirPods in stock....so order, it’s never processed so have to order via #livechat again. This is not a difficult thing to complete...... #frustrating

    Well it looks like I'm now going to have to TETHER so I can actually use some internet on my PC seen as @virginmedia is STILL down in my area. Now all this is gonna come out of my data allowance @O2 , brilliant

    Hey @O2 I have really poor network signal at work and am struggling with data services. I have checked service outages and a mast is apparently down, please can you advise when this is due to be fixed? It’s been awful for weeks now #o2networkissues

    @O2 your customer service is disgraceful. We have been in a queue several times today and been cut off, we eventually speak to someone only to be cut off again. We want to speak to a real person who can help us and actually stay on the line to listen to our concern
