    @jwickhyoung @VodafoneUK I couldn't even load tweets over the weekend at my aunt's house in Dunfermline. The internet doesn't like H+ data in 2023. Thanks @o2. Makes me wonder what I'm paying all this money for when my mobile doesn't work when I'm out and, y'know... mobile.

    @O2 @JEALWI Good luck with paying off your device, I’ve been trying to do exactly that for 4 weeks, latest today, 45 minutes of being passed about from dept to dept by staff that have no idea what they are doing. Shocking customer service, the worst I’ve ever experienced

    Hi @O2 I just called support about my number port. Was told all ports are delayed but can’t say by how long. I asked if that is likely to be days, weeks or months. The answer was “it won’t be months”. So, could be weeks? Meanwhile, no contact or MFA number available. Not great.

    @O2 I have never used the sim @virginmedia provided me with when I took out the deal. I need to know how to cancel it when the contract is up. I can’t use the app because you keep sending instructions to the sim that I don’t use. Can you help please?
