    @O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

    @TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

    @O2 2/2 I don’t need self help articles. I need a new sim card sending out for my iPad! I have had ‘No service’ for about 6 months.

    @O2 cut my SIM card off for no apparent reason and activated a new one. Left me stranded 100 miles from home with no way of using Apple Pay, contacting anyone or being able to eat it travel. Slept outside all night in rain. No one available as all off for queens funeral. HELP ME

    @Scottycelticman @O2 @EE Virgin moved me over to o2 masts recently and same issues. Every other mobile provider gives me great reception in these areas. Honestly shocking. Won’t even play music.

    What’s going on with @O2 I’ve been two days without signal!! Had an emergency today and had to get to hospital….couldn’t even call ahead I had to use someone else’s phone!! I better not be expected to pay my full bill this month this so ridiculous 😡🤬😡🤬
