    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

    @O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

    @O2 I’ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select “Get help” you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

    @O2 just spent 45 mins trying to get an odeon ticket on priority. Screen froze for 10 seconds when they came available then 45 mins of there is a problem with you request. No a positive experience at all

    Be very careful joining @O2, they do not let you cancel your airtime if you have device plan left to pay. I’ve left the country and am happy to pay the device plan, but naturally had to change network. They won’t let me cancel the airtime and never tell you that when signing up!

    Mistake of the year: yesterday I got a pack code from @EE as @O2 was much cheaper. Provided a pac so number moves tomorrow. Went out to my usual places today & did some sim swaps between ee/o2 eSIM and wow is @o2 slow! I’m now on the phone with ee & trying to stop the port!
