    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    @AndyMeanie @O2 I would but I literally just upgraded and I cant really afford to pay off the whole contract right now. Bit **** when roaming is included and they knew I was going to be away.

    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 @AviationBlue @O2 as a customer of O2 for nearly 20 years I am so disappointed. I have been charged for using data roaming at a ridiculous cost, as couldn’t make a call! Sent a DM to resolve and had no reply.

    @O2 - a mast has been down near my house for approx 6 weeks now meaning my phone and data are often unusable. I work from home and rely on my phone to earn a living. Every time I speak to customer service I'm assured someone is 'likely' on the case and I'll get a call back.
