So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • LancePaters1 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • frankopazo1 Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England

Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

  • Pipsos4 Pipsos (@Pipsos4) reported

@O2 why are you unable to port a number over after 5 days, three phone calls and lots of lies by your customer service operatives??

  • Scent_Trail Suzanne Jones (@Scent_Trail) reported

@O2 I have just had notification that you have turned off 4G on my account, and as a result I have no signal. Can you tell me why please?

  • JustPikachoo James (@JustPikachoo) reported

@O2 @tescomobile @giffgaff 2. As such, I've asked if it possible for a list of third-party businesses that use the O2 cellular network, and hopefully we can start a process of elimination in that approach. A lot of the reports online suggest that it is a 'live call', meaning that it is a real person on the

  • VictorKauseni Victor Kauseni (@VictorKauseni) reported

@O2 Your agent BMD is busy selling unsuspecting customers expensive deals promising customers refunds through cash back. O2 takes money via direct debit but BMD has not paid the cash back to customers. We have contacted O2 for help and you done nothing where are your morals?

  • alexthesmith Alex Smith (@alexthesmith) reported

@O2 attempt number 5 to call customer services. Your "advisors" do so enjoy dropping, assuming they can even speak English.

  • 2thieves Jonas Twothieves (@2thieves) reported

@O2 Can O2 fix the SIM issue that I can make outgoing calls and texts but do not receive incoming calls and texts. Please do not continue to be useless.

  • join4te Jay (@join4te) reported

@O2 Day 49 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

  • BrianMa63080971 Brian Martin (@BrianMa63080971) reported

@O2 Hey O2 - 15:30 and a call back from an O2 "manager" who is nasty, arrogant, utterly unhelpful and seemed to enjoy being argumentative. The Ombudsman has just found against O2 after my previous complaint - please regard this as a new complaint.
