@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

@altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

.@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

.@O2 Just spoken to a customer service advisor who has confirmed that your supposed Volt benefit of increased data can only be achieved by giving up other more important benefits. At best misleading and very poor customer service and advertising.

@virginmedia Yes, I would like to believe that someone competent is handling this issue now. I now have a reference number and date of delivery for the order. But extremely poor service from Virgin Media! I had no issues getting VOLT offers processed from @O2!

@O2 Made or received. I've tried the back of the house near a window and the front near a window. Same problem. Haven't had this problem until recently. It's probably due to recent carrier services software updates.
