    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 Hi can you please, please sort out your sales team and customer service also. I was offered a deal over the phone by a sales staff member only for a manager to take over the call and advise me that there was a mistake and would not be honouring the deal. Very disappointed

    @O2 Day 8 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Thanks yes I tried turning off and on my phone and data but still didn't work. I don't think it's my phone as I had 4g signal and after I left the busy town I got a connection. I think it's due to O2's low capacity.

    @O2 I order the 14 pro max at the end of September. Not even so much as an update of when I will receive it. Even a rough date! Phoned multiple times to no avail starting to seriously consider cancelling can you provide any help

    Safe to say I won’t be renewing my contract with @O2 once it ends. Terrible customer service. Happy to overcharge by mistake but unable to refund into the same account? 🤨
