Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Hi. I emailed 5 days ago about my monthly bill and haven't had a response. I've had VAT added on top of the monthly amount of £30 rather than included in that total. That has never been the case and it's meant to be inclusive of the £30 total. Could I have it sorted please?

@O2 I have been through the network tips to no avail. The data speeds have been abysmal latelyin the centre, plz fix that asap. Connecting to hotspots is not a solution, we got a data allowance for a reason and we should be able to use it.
