    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 @seymourdrums Received contract sim today & trying to keep old no. Went thru guide on your website , it give errors twice. Rang customer service 3 times & got cut off. Think ill just keep my old paygo sim, since o2 customer service is none existent. Bet itll be hell trying to cancel new sim?!

    @SebDance @Iskandar64 @O2 Yeah, but it's only once you use 26gb a month. I barely use that a year, so most people shouldn't have an issue.

    I see that @O2 have merged with @virginmedia and I now think that it's now time to move my o2 mobile contract to someone new, o2 have been excellent over the years but I have had bad dealings in the past with virgin media they are completely hopeless.

    @O2 Well km still waiting for my sim card from 5 months ago and after me ringing 02 customer services 4 times to tell them I havent received it I got a lovely letter from a debt collection agency yesterday morning #incompetentidiots

    @O2 great service-keep someone on hold for 30 minutes and then cut them off! Expert phone company who can’t operate a switchboard. Only calling to ask about all of the massive changes to my contract and the option to terminate. Decision made!

    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??
