@O2 I returned my item and the accessory on 11/12/2020. you got them on 14/12/2020. I'm still waiting for a refund after having to phone up over 20 times just to constantly be told to wait 5-7 days. Now I'm told to wait 21 days? What is your problem?

End Dec I said here my @O2 signal was rubbish (2 bars of 3G indoors, in Stevenage). Hats off - they've sent me weekly texts saying 'looking into it'... even had a call from them (they said they couldn't hear me as breaking up, ironically)... I'd just like it fixed please. Thanks

@o2 hi, i hope someone can help, my wife upgraded her phone yesterday to a S21 Ultra 5g and after doing the SIMswap, she is unable to receive texts. Any texts go to her old sim and phone if its on. We've tried all the suggested solutions but nothing is working. Can anyone help?

What is going on with O2 at the moment? Their webchat doesn't work, purchasing an upgrade on their website doesn't work and I was on hold for the better part of two hours yesterday while phones just rang out... and all I want to do is give you my money!! @O2 horrendous service!
