    @virginmedia @O2 What happens when you are a current Virgin broadband and Virgin Mobile customer? I’d rather go to O2 for mobile to get the double data but as Virgin Mobile is an MVNO, I’m on EE or Vodafone service.

    @O2 Poor service in the St Albans area for over 3 days now. How long does it take to fix a mast. I have just moved to you from Vodafone and thinking of going back to them. I cannot run my business with service like this. I am supposed to be on 5G. Cannot even make a call.

    I very good @O2 no service until Saturday the 23rd!!! I am paying for a service and you are failing to provide this service I need 4G access, BT and Sky have no issues.
