@O2 @GOVUK still haven't received my emergency alert... notifications were on and the rest of my household received theirs (my partner at 14:59 my son got his at 15:20) fingers crossed I'm with them if an emergency happens or I'm stuffed!

@O2 - nice to know your **** signal prevented me from getting the #emergencyalert while sitting at home. As my @EE device provided by work was going mental. Another reason why @O2 are incompetent at the bare basics, and could be responsible for the unthinkable.

I guess I better change network carrier before a National emergency occurs. Cause I only get 3G at home on @O2 so no emergency alert for me 🤨

@O2 do you have any info when my signal will be working again. Its nearly been a week and with 2 children with disabilities it's becoming frustrating not having a working phone!
