    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 hi, I have just taken my daughters phone into the Apple Store as the audio stopped working on her iPhone 12 mini, they have given me a report which shows bottom and top speakers need replacing. The phone is out of warranty but still under contract. Help please!

    Actually can not cope with the lack of signal I have with @O2 Can never get through and stay connected on the phone. Never have signal to use maps, my phone is so pointless. What am I even paying for???

    @O2 I raised a fraud ticket for an account takeover on 22nd February. Despite numerous phone calls and assurances that this would be looked into and the Fraud Team would be in touch……we are now some 6 weeks down the line and I’ve heard nothing. Please can someone be in touch.
