@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

@O2 Hello, I've been trying to unlatch my phone from the O2 network for 6 weeks now, I bought the phone from O2 some time ago (obviously). My number has been ported over to the new provider already thinking it would not take O2 this long! Reference 40765592.

Anyone know why @O2 have increased their Airtime plans by £2.50 instead of the promised £1.80? Seems to me that the increase is pretty damn close to their dropped rate of inflation they promised not to use!

@O2 it’s been 2-3 weeks, can’t get any data when out and about. 4G & 5G network and still nothing at all. Paid my bills and this is the service I get back??? Embarrassing, poor service! 😡😡

@O2 you don’t answer the phone & the ‘live chat’ does not cater for finding out why you are repeatedly phoning my son or how I stop the same number leaving me dozens of voicemail messages per day. I can only block numbers calling me, not stop them leaving voicemails. Help.

Further refund for the prolonged period without service. This, I was told, would be calculated by @o2 . This turns out to be untrue. Last night I again spent time with customer service. Last night I was told I could have the month's charge refunded. I didn't reply for 14 minutes

@TelecelGhana pls make me understand how 2.5GB of data can run out within 30mins when I even can’t use quarter of my 100GB data bundle with @O2 network. Should I believe you guys are scamming your customers in Ghana or it’s a joke? From last week Tuesday I have spent £15 on data!

@O2 raising their prices again. Which wouldn’t be such a terrible thing if the service was better rather than excusing their incompetence away. At the earliest opportunity I’ll be off to EE. Won’t have to suffer having @virginmedia offers thrown at me either.

@O2 @MoneySavingExp Just had emails to say that my monthly plan with O2 will increase by £2.50 in April rather than £1.80. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under £17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.
