@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 I'm seeing loads for sale on reselling sites too, you should track the customers down and block the transactions then put them back on sale to people who actually intend to go see Peter Kay.

Now now @O2 enough’s enough. How come some of us can’t even log on to the app but others are already able to start profiteering from tickets they’ve secured? Nice gesture @peterkay_co_uk to keep prices low but not much help if they just go straight on resale sites!
