Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

My @o2 number porting saga is not over. Haven’t been able to receive texts since end October after the porting debacle. Seems my number hasn’t fully ported. Support keeps telling me it is escalated, but no resolution. Official complaint laid, but no response. I hate @O2.

@O2 @sevendotzero Nearly 10 years on and 4G and 5G service in London Bridge (SE1 2RT) area is still appalling. My work phone on BT Mobile gets approx 100Mbps on 4G, my personal phone on O2 gets between 0.8Mbps and 2.3Mbps.

@O2 @moocoo91 There was never this issue a few months ago, seems to be in the last couple of weeks there has been low availability.I clicked on straightaway and received an error message for no reason,once I logged back on,it was sold out.really annoyed.
