Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 I’ve no idea, probably. That’s irrelevant tho. You can’t charge £43 for less than a minutes data without any warning or cap. It happened before I even got ur text informing me of the relevant charges for Mauritius. That’s just not how you treat a loyal and long-standing customer
