Tim Easton (@timeastonco) reported from Bromley, England@toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

jnthn (permanently broken) (@JSDBroughton) reported from London, England@plusnethelp no online chat and not even a call queue available. We’ve had no internet for most of today (intermittently up). Line fault troubleshooting says no problem with the phone line (plusnet line rental) What’s the best course of action? SE6
-
Steve Hunnisett (@Blitzwalker) reported from London, England@greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

Sir Alex of the Knight 🏳️🌈🇪🇺♿💙 (@LinJaneThe2) reported from London, England@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

-
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!
-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandI feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandHowever, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@TelevisionGold @TVCatchup I used to have Plusnet when I lived in Glasgow and never had a single issue, and I used their own router and had Sky towards the end of living there
-
Anya Gair (@anyaebgair) reported from London, EnglandNice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.
-
Angeline Clean (@NortysTweets) reported from London, EnglandRecently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

Kay Protheroe (@Kay_Protheroe) reported@Plusnet can you please tell me why I was hung up on while I'm trying to find out when you'll activate my broadband now I've moved home? Stupid there's no way to contact other than phone, which I don't want to do as I get hung up on.

Jude A (@Jaddle) reportedIf you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026
-
rosie posie (@rosieon25371922) reported@Plusnet I want my £150 reward. Cough up and stop welching and breaking contract. It is bad faith and appalling behaviour. Sort this out as your team on the phone do not sort this out. They lie and gaslight.
-
Andy (@andy_the_chef) reportedMorning all coffees on. A dry start, no doubt followed by rain later, current issues with broadband persist. #plusnet never had a problem before but now it just keeps dropping.
-
Wanga-unLimited (@Consumer4You) reported@Plusnet We've been told that we must renew by 8 March but as you are dropping phone service on broadband we will cancel instead. Will the account and bills lapse if we do nothing? Thanks
-
Notahappybunny.com (@BunnyHoppingMad) reported@Plusnet be nice if you were straightforward & didn’t fob females off when we are asking for your ****** internet service to be sorted! Paying for 900 mbps and getting 170!!! 😡
