  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

  • trina_latham trina_latham (@trina_latham) reported from Richmond, England

@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

  • Daninho58 Daniel (@Daninho58) reported from Poplar, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp No internet for 24 hours. What is going on #plusnet? These problems crop up every now and again with this internet provider and this is going to be the straw that breaks the camels back.

  • Green_AJ AJ Green (@Green_AJ) reported from Kensington, England

@Plusnet I’ve had three network dropouts in the past two days. You forced me to sign up to a new contract to get this fixed saying this wouldn’t happen. What is going on??????

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

@plusnethelp I've just noticed I cannot connect to my WiFi on my android phone in the front room of my house today. Wasn't an issue yesterday. Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

  • uk12345 ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England

@nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

The worst part of having a problem with @Plusnet is to have to listen to that music while waiting for support.

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • andywash Andy 💙 🇪🇺 (@andywash) reported from Hackney, England

@VirtualAstro No problems on my Mac (on plusnet)

  • PETERPAHOR PETER PAHOR (@PETERPAHOR) reported from Poplar, England

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@plusnethelp @plusnet if this page was shut down in May why is the feed still here why have an account up which no one checks?

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • JSDBroughton jnthn (permanently broken) (@JSDBroughton) reported from London, England

@plusnethelp no online chat and not even a call queue available. We’ve had no internet for most of today (intermittently up). Line fault troubleshooting says no problem with the phone line (plusnet line rental) What’s the best course of action? SE6

  • lorddanger Mark Greaves (@lorddanger) reported

@Plusnet Can I suggest you 'buy' some new customer service and customer account software so you dont have what your people call 'glitches' during house moves which causes a 3 week delay in broadband service. What a rotten customer experience.

  • Scott0383 Scott Murray (@Scott0383) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Is there an outage in the ky2 area of Kirkcaldy, Fife. Router showing constant blue light but devices not connecting to internet.

  • CritchleyIan Ian Critchley (@CritchleyIan) reported

@OpenreachHelp Yes I have raised this. Engineer due on Monday. That is no help as we totally rely on it for WiFi calling. BT were informed yesterday. The overhead line to the house is 30 years old, broken and spliced to give my next door neighbour 3 supplies. (Voda,Plusnet ,sky).

  • Lunto_Brum Lunto (@Lunto_Brum) reported

Can’t believe the terrible ‘service’ of @plusnet @plusnethelp that has left my daughter, a hardworking teacher who lives alone, with no internet since end of Jan. Broken promises, excuses & no call back left her unable to work from home and facing an even more isolated half term.

  • glennshep Glenn Shepherd (@glennshep) reported

@flyingmonkeyuk @Plusnet @plusnethelp Mine too. Third day in a row, although today it's been all day. Down detector shows lots of people complaining of downtime today. Of course, their Service Status page claims that all is fine 🙄

  • lameyxx Amy Fowler (@lameyxx) reported

I didn’t think I’d be so dependent on the internet but fml just work properly damn it. I have dvds I can watch yes but my phone signals crap and I want to scroll and watch Ibiza weekender. As an adult paying for my own internet I should be able to do this. @plusnethelp @Plusnet
