    Best internet provider? Currently with @Plusnet and they are absolutely terrible. Can’t connect phones to the WiFi and the signal goes about 1m in the house and what you can get is slow as anything 🙄

    @Stano_6 @Plusnet Down the road have FTTP but its hit and miss around here. some people still have less than 5mbps downloads speeds in brand new estate builds

    @plusnethelp your customer service live chat and phone number is not very helpful. Do I automatically get a new router if I join Plusnet broadband and phone package? Simple question. Can’t get an answer!

    As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

    8 yrs with @sky no problems one month with @Plusnet billing issues. If you are thinking of switching to them give it a miss.

    @scottkenneth83 @plusnethelp @Plusnet Online has been disabled all the way through lockdown. They were great at the start but gradually got worse. No internet for 8 weeks, went down every time weather was shite, told me to tether my work laptop to my mobile, wanted to charge me £100 for a house move.

    I left PlusNet after 3 or 4 years not because of how **** both their service & customer service are, but because they go on & on about how good those things are when they are so VERY ****. TalkTalk might be a little bit ****, but at least they sort problems out... eventually.

    @Plusnet Had email to say plusnet call protect activated on my account, it's not showing. I now get email saying it and voice mail is being removed at my request. WHY .. I NEVER REQUESTED IT TO BE REMOVED

    @simesa just had a chat with a Plusnet tech person (*they* called *me*!) who advised on positioning the router better; using 2.4ghz in rooms far from it not 5ghz; also, I should search for better channels (?!) I’ll try all that but a Mesh is the next stop if things are still bad.

    @MarcSettle That router is the worst I have used. Plusnet service is okay though. We got an Eero on Prime Day last year, it works great. Get yourself a nice mesh network for Christmas, you deserve it and the Scottish authorities have said it, people need to plan for a digital Christmas.
