Bairdy π (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me Β£28 for 18mth contract. I pay Β£27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

We were switching from Plusnet to BT, the engineer came today to enable something in the cabinet but the distance was an issue. So we can't have the product we needed, Plusnet can't reverse the cancellation and I'm tearing my hair out!

All UK tech support (by Leeds uni halls), stuff gets fixed quick, they don't stress about you using your own kit. If you want fttp they might not have that yet though
