@ajayjagota @GBNEWS @LloydsBank Agree. All the major banks seem as bad. I phoned Plusnet though this year... 45 mins.. Sorry our it system is down call back tomorrow. When I called back... Today we are honouring or covid hero's and support is closed! I swore quite a lot.

@Plusnet Thanks - it now appears to be working, was off for approx 1 hour (1.30-2.30) with a notification on my mobile data settings that you had turned it off (rather than just me being out of signal range). So hopefully all sorted now

@Plusnet cont ...... I was told I would receive a callback as a matter of urgency. This was at approx 9.45am & I'm still waiting. I have received an email to inform me my broadband is now live!!!! NOT without a router it's not 🤬 As a new customer I'm not at all happy 🤬🤬

@theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.
